ULB79 (5/5): - Vị trí KS ở trung tâm thuận tiện đi lại Phòng không có quạt hút, có cửa sổ thông với giếng trời từ nhà bếp của chủ nhà đi lên, mọi mùi đồ nấu ăn đều bay lên khắp phòng vô cùng khó chịu, đóng cửa sổ lại thì phòng lại quá bí Nhà vệ sinh bẩn, có những con nhỏ li ti thân mềm bỏ dưới sàn ra từ những khu hở của gạch

Loud music at 5 am, people walking around, I could even hear the neighbours brushing their teeth. My son's room had no window. Our room opened onto a cement wall. The room smelt damp.

Caroline (4/5): Ok, men vil ikke book der igen. - Det lå godt i forhold til, hvor vi skulle være. Badeværelset var ikke særlig lækkert. Der var meget larm udefra gaden, men derudover var der også nogle som skændtes i lobbyen sent om aften/natten.
Sparrow 2 (3/5): - Es war eigentlich alles in Ordnung bis auf den Umstand, dass im Stockwerk darüber mehrere Kinder sehr sehr laut randallierten , und zwar die ganze Nacht und seitens der Hotelleitung absolut nichts dagegen unternommen wurde. Das Hotel ist ansich schon sehr hellhörig und das Zimmer neben dem Aufzug nicht zu empfehlen, wenn Kinder zum Spaß die wirklich ganze Nacht diesen als Spielzeug benutzten. Kurzum, ich konnte kein Auge zu tun und habe am nächsten Morgen ausgecheckt. Hierbei kam man mir trotz Kenntnis dieser nächtlichen Randalle keinen Cent entgegen. Sehr schade,aber absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Verwunderlich, eie solch gute Bewertungen zu lesen sind..

Sam (3/5): - Hotel insisting they only take cash on arrival - they were unable to fix their card machine which apparently was broken for our whole 3 day stay there. Fridge didn't work, air con didn't work either. Room not overly nice to be in. Its a good location for temple of literature and Ho Chi Minh museum etc, but its not in the old quarter so all the tour groups (for e.g. Halong Bay, Ninh Binh) do not pick up from this hotel, so you have to get taxis to meet them, normally at the opera house

Josephine (7/5): Excellent location - restaurants and street foods, banks and ATMs and easy for grab to locate - Tuan, the person in reception, was helpful, accommodating and tried to respond to our requests. Provided daily of bottled water, coffee, room cleaning and clean towels. Kind of challenging to communicate. Tuan would use digital translator, the other staff dont have the translator so there were several miscommunication.

Reager (8/5): Convenient, clean hotel in the heart of the city. - The location was great in the heart of the city. Easy walking to attractions and many local restaurants. Friendly staff who spoke English. Airport transportation was convenient and helpful. Room was basic but clean and comfortable. I travel solo and don't need a lot of amenities. No pool, gym, or spa. Did not have satellite TV.

Trinity (10/5): Great - It was very clean and the staff were exceptional. The location was great and so using grab was very cheap. The one window in the bathroom was a bit broken so it often rattles but it wasn't a big issue.
