• Art (10/5): Would definitely recommend! - The location is amazing. The room is large and fits perfectly a couple. There was an issue with the lock which was quickly resolved without disturbing the guests, whom were my elderly parents.

• Isabella (4/5): Estadia prejudicada por falhas de manutenção e falta de solução adequada. - Tamanho do quarto, localização. Tivemos problemas relevantes com a fechadura eletrônica: a bateria estava fraca e, em diversos momentos, a porta simplesmente não trancava, permanecendo literalmente aberta. Por telefone, conseguimos uma solução provisória para travá-la por dentro; porém, por fora, o funcionamento seguia intermitente. Isso gerou insegurança para sair e deixar pertences no imóvel, especialmente porque não havia trava mecânica interna adicional que impedisse eventual acesso de terceiros enquanto estávamos no apartamento. A troca da bateria ocorreu apenas em dia útil, embora o problema demandasse suporte imediato. Tivemos inclusive de reorganizar toda a nossa agenda, pois não consideramos seguro deixar o imóvel vazio até a solução definitiva. Também houve problema com o filtro de água, que apresentava vazamento. O anfitrião enviou água mineral, o que solucionou a questão apenas de forma temporária. No banheiro, o box apresentou vazamento significativo, molhando todo o piso ao redor e inviabilizando o uso do tapete, que permaneceu encharcado durante toda a estadia. Também sentimos falta de alguns itens básicos de cozinha, embora isso não tenha comprometido gravemente a experiência. Apesar de tudo relatado e documentado, não houve qualquer compensação financeira, troca de unidade ou medida equivalente. Por fim, também houve intercorrências no momento da entrada; contudo, como o check-in foi antecipado, optamos por não considerar esse ponto na avaliação, partindo do entendimento de que haveria tempo hábil para a realização dos ajustes necessários.

• VANESSA (10/5): - Apartamento limpo, confortável, bem equipado, funcional, bem dividido, com aspecto de novo. Eu moraria no apartamento. A limpeza também é perfeita, e o atendimento ótimo, tudo eletrônico. Recomendo.

• Adriano (8/5): Ótimo custo x benefício, seguro e muito bem localizado! - A acomodação do Pratik no bairro Jardim Botânico foi muito boa! O prédio é antigo, mas todo reformado. Paguei a mais para ter o terraço, mas achei desnecessário, pois era simples e não estava muito limpo. Mas o Studio/AP é bom, tem bons itens de cozinha e equipamentos. Achei a TV meio ruim, com poucos canais e sem instruções, mas também não fiquei vendo TV ;-) Mas o restante foi muito bom. Senti falta de um olho mágico na porta para segurança. E achei o atendimento da equipe BEST STAY muito bom, cordial e atencioso! E conseguimos resolver bem um ou outro problema durante a estadia. Enfim, voltaria a ficar lá, pela acomodação, internet, localização e segurança! Agradeço a atenção! Paguei a mais para ter o terraço, mas achei desnecessário, pois era simples e não estava muito limpo. Mas o Studio/AP é bom, tem bons itens de cozinha e equipamentos. • Veronica (8/5): Voltaria, me senti muito confortável mas o centro tem um “toque de recolher” - Ta tudo novo e bem decorado. Os funcionarios sao simpaticos e é colado no metrô. O centro é super legal mas apenas nos horarios comerciais. Fechou o comercio ou fim de semana eu nao tinha coragem de andar por ali. E o apto faltava alguns itens.

• Renata (10/5): Great stay. - Great location, clean and comfy apt. To open the door you need an app it’s all high-tech so it took some time to figure it out and after all it wasn’t working but we contact management and they fix the bug. If you high-tech you will be fine and love it.

Good eateries in the area and quite safe at night. The apartment is comfortable and a good size. Well appointed kitchen with supermarket opposite. Comfortable beds and plentiful hot water and it was good to have some bottled water to start with. safe building with QR code access then codes. Quick response from chat contact for issues (check spam for the QR code) Initial QR code as new to using this access style but is ok after a couple of tries , check the spam box in email the day before as ours was in there
