The space is bright, spotless, and equipped with all the modern appliances you could want — from a full kitchen to air conditioning system that was much appreciated during the hot Roman Summers. The highlight was the stunning view of Castel Sant’Angelo right from the window — it felt like living inside a postcard. The location is FANTASTIC, just a short & pleasant walk to St. Peter’s Square & the Vatican also close to a mini-market, caffè, restaurants, and shops. Truly a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking scenery. Manolo, the owner/host is very welcoming and responsive if you need any assistance and/or suggestions! • Monique (10/5): Great place to stay when in Rome! - We loved the modern design of the place, it felt fresh and stylish. The view from the window was stunning and made our stay even more special. The location was great too, with plenty of excellent restaurants just a 10–15 minute walk away. The space was clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our family of six. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we’d definitely come back!

• Pietro (10/5): Perfection at its Best! - Our family of six had an unforgettable stay here. The apartment is super luxurious — spotlessly clean, huge, and equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. The full kitchen has everything you could possibly need (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster… you name it!). The owner was incredibly professional and kind, taking time to explain both the apartment and Rome to us. The view is breathtaking, and the location couldn’t be better — just a 5-minute walk to the Vatican, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The beds, bedding, air conditioning, and two huge bathrooms were all exceptional. We truly didn’t want to leave. Thank you to the owner for making our holiday so special — simply stunning! How is it possible that anybody who stays here can find anything wrong! This apartment is PERFECT!

Check in process terrible - The apartment was clean and well appointed We had to wait and hour after check in time to get access and when we entered all the luggage of the previous people was in the apartment . We had to then wait on extra 30 mins for the previous people to collect their luggage and give us the key before we could go out .

• Jacqui (9/5): A great place to stay - An excellent location and a lovely apartment, just perfect for us. These are very minor details with which we would have rated the apartment exceptional. Although communication with the owner was fine it would have been even better if perhaps we’d had a text, call or visit after we arrived to see if things were ok. There wasn’t a guide to the facilities: we eventually found manuals that helped us operate some kitchen equipment and only discovered the wifi link by accident. Having read previous reviews about ‘welcome treats’ we were looking forward to some especially as we arrived at 9pm, a carafe of water chilling in the fridge didn’t quite cut it.
• Anne (10/5): Wonderful and comfortable stay in Rome! - This apartment is in the perfect location! Right over the bridge, you’ll find many shops, restaurants, and bars. It’s located close to Vatican City and a short walk to many famous sites (Pantheon, Piazza Navona and Trevi Fountain). Management was quick to respond to our questions and requests. Even being on a busy street, we still slept great on the comfortable beds and darkened shades. We would highly recommend for first time visitors!
• Raghupatruni (10/5): Wonderful location, clean, spacious unit - Wonderful location Lots of space Very clean Comfortable beds and showers Owner was responsive Owner did not meet us at property so it was hard to know how to use things and it was confusing to know how to get in. This may have been because we were arriving later in evening. Also he was upset we left lights on(which is understandable) but he said we were wasteful and disrespectful, could be language barrier and translating more harshly but if this was important than it would have been nice to have a manual and rules. Door was also not working well when arrived but was fixed immediately. Taxes had to be paid in cash. It would have be nice to have electronic way to pay for receipts etc.
• Mary (9/5): Superb - Kitchenette is well equipt,we were able to cook our breakfast. Superb location,near the Vatican,accessible to bus. Place is so spacious and bright,comfortable bed,has extra sheets and towels. It was a worth to stay, we will highly recommend this place. The shower head needs to be replaced. Not soundproof

• Attila (10/5): Family - Super host, super accommodation. Very clean, tidy, modern. Special thanks that my elderly parents and I were able to book the accommodation earlier. They were very helpful. Communication is fine. Everything is easily accessible from the accommodation, one street from the Vatican, restaurants, breakfast cafe, etc... in short, we can only recommend it. There is no such thing.

• Karolina (9/5): I recommend it - Very nice and SPACIOUS apartment. We were 3 people, so it was perfect for us! If You dont want to walk or use public transport, taxi will be ~20-25€ per ride to the city center (like Colosseum). You can easily walk to St. Peters squre. We did it couple of time in the evening after resting in the apartment. There are a lot of restaurants aroud, it took us ~10min walk max. Also very convenient to have mini markets downstairs for water or snacks. In few comments i read about the stairs. Its perfectly normal in Italy that there is no elevator. And the stairs was very wide. Of course if You have very big suitcases it can be inconvenient We strugled a bit with the hot water in showers. The third person in the row useing shower at the end of shower always got cold water. Also bedding was a bit strange for us. The blanket was not pulled up. It was three layers of sheets ant the blanket was between them. It was a bit strange and not comfortable.
• Julia (10/5): Amazing apartment in a beautiful part of Trastevere - Amazing location in Trastevere, within walking distance to Vatican City and comfortable walking distance to other major attractions in Rome. The apartment was very spacious for 5 people and the facilities were fantastic. Manolo was a great host - helping my friends with their luggage when they arrived and was very responsive to our requests. Very noisy location - apartment was located a few blocks from a hospital so there were constant sirens during the night.

• Dianne (10/5): Perfect luxurious stay for 2 couples winding down at end of long holiday - Luxurious apartment had everything we needed for 3 night stay, especially washing machine/dryer. Great location for exploring Trastevere. Close to lots of restaurants and bars. Manolo pleasant, helpful host. Be aware that as with most Rome apartments there are stairs, no elevator.

It was very clean and Manolo, the owner was super helpful giving us easy instructions to get into the property. He also gave us some great tips of things to see and do and couldn’t have been more helpful, even getting us taxi transfers to the airport. All the amenities worked wonderfully and it was fully air conditioned in every room which was really appreciated in the heat. We would definitely come and stay again.

• Bobbie (9/5): Glamorous Family Stay in Rome w Great Location - The pictures of the beautiful property don't do the decorations justice. It's way prettier with beautifully decorated rooms. The view across the Castel Sant'Angelo was especially amazing as we had the best view toward the fireworks for the Girandola. Having two bathrooms was great for my group of six although we did have to take turns with showering for warm water. We did have to go up stairs to the apartment, but never even saw another resident. The bus stop is right outside the front door. Great place! Trash collection could have been better with small trash cans in the bathroom. Additionally, there were specific recycling cans in the kitchen, but there wasn't one for mixed trash.
