• Paul (1/5): Atrocious customer service - Never saw it as I was advised the night before while travelling to Italy that they had cancelled our booking due to them double booking
• Mandy (2/5): Great position, but property needs some attention. - This property was in a fantastic location. There was no dryer. It was delivered on the morning of day 2 and we made the decision to leave the property a day early. It was concerning that the owner blamed the last occupants when I have seen reviews saying that the dryer didn’t work properly. The heaters didn’t work, but aren’t big enough to keep the property warm. In over a month of travelling, this was the only property where we were cold. The internet only worked if you were seated close to the router. The bed in bedroom 2 didn’t fit the bed base.

• Alison (7/5): Florence was wonderful but the apartment let it down with lack of attention to details. - The location was ideal. Spacious and was well equipped The lift was not working, major maintenance. My issue was that we were not given prior warning. Our landlord should have informed us as there were 2 flights of stairs. We had a problem with the washing machine, we contacted landlord but we had no direct way of contacting him and we were unable to sort things out. We were in Florence for 3 days and used every minute to visit the sights. When searching for a property lift and washing machine were essential. I slept in the second bedroom and the mattress was at least 8inches too small for the bedframe. Because of this it would have been very hard for 2 people to use it. The place was clean but could do with a deep clean. There was no information on emergency contacts etc which is usually found in a holiday apartment. The WiFi code was written in an old exercise book and the cleaner gave it to us. Otherwise we would have had to look for it on modem. The property was charming in an excellent location but the details meant that the word luxury in its description was a misnomer.

• Maureen (9/5): A suitable place for family or group of friends to stay when in Florence. - The apartment is centrally located and very spacious, clean and artistically designed. Amenities were also provided. A malfunctioning and flickering light at the hallway but that’s just minor

• Hillary (8/5): Lovely location - Location was perfect, steps from the square. Has a washer and dryer. 2 bed/1.5 bath, plenty of room for stays of several days. Hot water in shower was unpredictable.

We wanted an early check in which was not possible but the host allowed us to drop off our luggage earlier (which is the main reason for early check-in) and we could spend the day as we please. The rooms were big and comfy. The rest of the communal areas were spacious. There is everything you could think you need available. The location is very central to all attractions. Shame we only stayed 1 night.
• Anonymous (7/5): Nice location, good amenities, place could be updated - Location, space, multiple bathrooms, washer dryer, elevator! Bad wifi except right next to the router, some outlets were faulty, shower temp wasn’t consistent.

• Jaesik (8/5): Very good - Perfect location. Nice manager and technician. Electronis(washer and dryer) were not in good condition. Also, heating system was not working well and it was little bit cold.
