- Markus (9/5): A pleasant surprise, excellent value - Such great value for money, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the accommodation was after the price I paid, compared to elsewhere. Clean, modern, and all the facilities you could ask for. My room entrance opened directly on to the communal kitchen area, so I felt I had to keep the only curtains/blinds closed the entire time for privacy. I'm still happy I stayed here - I just prefer more privacy without having to block the only source of natural light :)

There is free laundry available in the kitchen as well! Host was responsive and helpful. Everything was amazing. Everything was great! Parking on the grass may have been a bit too big of a curb for the car but we drove onto it through the sidewalk entrance so was all good:)

Not sure if it’s the owners of the property but every morning I could hear what I assume to be a buffalo migration or kids running around above our room every morning at a sparrows.

Walls between studios seem to be thin, however this no problem if the other guests are considerate. On one side surrounded by trees. Bus stop in front of building. Some minutes walk to beach. We would stay there again.

- Michelle (6/5): Not What we were expecting. - Our hosts were very friendly and accomadating The room and facilities were clean and modern. The beds were very uncomfortable. We were unaware of the shared kitchen facilities, so we rushed back from out daily site seeing trips to cook meals as not to clash other guests. I tried to find on website that the kitchen facilities were a shared space , it may have been stated but I couldn't find it. I would have prefered cooking facilities in my room. The parking on the footpath was abit strange and a constant competition for space with the other guests. Our Hosts were pleasant just not our usual choice of facilities for a holiday stay.

- Jessica (10/5): Great Pool, Great Stay - Loved the pool. Lots of additional/shared features. Easy checkin & out with lockbox. Nice room and had everything we needed. Great walking distance to everything in Palm Cove & felt very safe & secure. Only thing was the shared laundry (washer/dryer) was always being used by other guests and the walls are slightly thinner so we could definitely hear other guests which was a slight downer.

- Robert (5/5): Rooms are well appointed but don’t expect a good night’s sleep. - The bed was comfortable & the location was excellent. The noise through walls from adjoining rooms was horrendous. Pool view studios use a shared kitchen & laundry which is very close to units 3 & 4 and often guests were using these facilities at times when we were trying to sleep - in one case using the dryer after midnight. If you are on a budget and have to stay here then I suggest booking unit 1 or 2. If your budget is not that tight and you value your sleep then do not stay here. After 9 days, of what we hoped was rest and relaxation, we have come home tired.

Only explanation I can think of is bed bugs as they weren't there when I went to bed and appeared when I woke up. Didnt see any bugs in the room either, the door was almost always closed. Gonna be itchy for days 😫

The curtains did very little to stop the outside light and lights from the kitchen area from coming in. That was the only thing that disrupted our stay but overall the stay was very nice.

- Rene (6/5): Redelijk, schone kamer en Palm Cove is fijne plek - De kamer was super schoon en het meisje (bij aankomst en vertrek) was erg aardig, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer ligt 1,5 m van het zwembad. Dat geeft ‘s ochtends vroeg en ‘s avonds met schreeuwende kinderen en ouders die niet corrigeren en lawaaierige jongeren in aangrenzende appartementen overlast! Een buitenruimte ontbreekt. Daarnaast zijn de kamers erg gehorig. Het ontbreken van een eigen keuken is ook jammer.

- Pagan (6/5): - Great location, but disappointing experience overall The property is conveniently located near Palm Cove beach, which was a definite highlight. However, our stay was overshadowed by several issues that made it hard to fully enjoy. Despite selecting the “pay later” option, our payment was processed weeks in advance without any notice. The host was lovely to speak with, but had I not reached out, additional charges would have gone through without my knowledge. Parking was a major concern—only available on the council strip, which unfortunately led to damage to my car. While the furniture itself was stylish, cleanliness was lacking. The couch, comforter, and shower were noticeably dirty, and there were limited blankets with stiff, uncomfortable pool towels. Most concerning was that our room was accessed while we were out. We returned to find the door unlocked, which left us feeling uneasy.

- Marvie (9/5): - The apartment is located close to the beach / esplanade. About a 5 minute walk. The room was spacious enough. There a normal full fridge in the room, mugs, kettle, coffee, tea. The water pressure was good. The place was clean. The common kitchen was fully equipped with cooking utensils and esdentials. It had washing machine and dryer free to use. Washing powder provided. Pool was right in front of our room. Bed was comfortable. Sofa bed was ready for our child. Parking can be a bit of a challenge if the accommodation is full and we could hear people from other rooms but for the price we pay - they did not matter.

Room 4 faces the outdoor kitchen, so there is a loss of privacy. The floor of the apartment was not clean. IMO, not a good place for families.

There was a communal kitchen right outside our patio doors so we had to keep the curtains closed , so not able to have light in the room as everyone could see straight in. No privacy.

- Delaney (9/5): Gorgeous Apartments in Gorgeous Palm Cove - Really nice little apartments, spacious and modern and clean. Only arrived late for one night so didn’t get to make use of the pool or kitchen but was lovely. There was not enough room for all the cars to park, so we had to park up the road, not a big deal though.

No place to have easy access to suitcases without putting them on the floor or bed. Early morning noise from construction traffic in the street. The bed was very saggy.
