• Mohamed Sazni (1/5): TOTAL SCAM. AVOID! - Perfect Location This was a nightmare. I booked a month in advance for my elderly parents, but the manager, Mr. Muneer, tried to cancel the night before. When they arrived at 4 PM, he made them wait in the lobby until 6 PM like they didn’t even have a reservation. Worst of all, he tried to extort more money from us. He claimed they had to leave after two days unless I paid an extra 40 RM per night cash. It was a total "bait and switch" scam. To top it off, the room was disgusting—dirty towels, a stinking bathroom, and reeked of cigarettes. Muneer is dishonest and unprofessional. Do not risk your trip or your money here.

• yang (10/5): 来这就对了！别挑了！8.5的评分不是虚的 - 房主回复信息很快 入住很顺利 没有花很多时间 位置也很好 楼下有便利店什么东西都有 打车能直接到酒店门口 在大堂等车还有空调 走路去双子塔只需10分钟 绝对是个宝藏住宿 枕头是乳胶的很舒服 家具都是好的 只是餐具稍微有点脏 自己清洗一下就好了

• Ali (8/5): - I want to extend my stay for more 6 hours but when I ask the agent how much i need to pay extra he said 20 Ringits per hour it's so much like I paid 150 for 1 night stay but 120 for 6 hours r so much this really disappointed me

• Kumra (2/5): Avoid this one, you will find better ones in same price - Host seems very rude, we asked for late checkout since our flights was delayed, its fine, but then we said atleast he can keep our luggae for few hours, and then he again asking 20myr per hour to keep the luggage, this is really bad , this is not how you treat your guests

• Guest (7/5): - There was a few plug point that doesn't works and also maybe need to provide big iron board for make it easier to use because the provided iron board too small. Make it a bit hard to use it. But overall, it's was a nice place.

• Nadene (9/5): Overall, a great stay and we would be happy to return (perhaps to a suite with a view). - The complex was in a great location to walk everywhere. It was quiet and well maintained. The apartment itself is basically equipped in the kitchen but when we asked for a flipper to turn eggs, the manager was quick to respond. Luckily most people eat out and don’t cook much at home. Having an in suite washing machine was handy. Overall, we would rent there again. The photos on the Booking.com listing are a little misleading. You see photos from a variety of apartments and don’t really know which one is yours until you get there. I thought I had booked a suite with a city view from the balcony which is what I saw in the photos. Unfortunately our city view was 100% blocked by the hotel next door so we had to keep the curtains drawn at all times for privacy. It also reduced the amount of light coming in the suite.

• Francisco (4/5): Somewhat disappointing - Mr. Monir was very nice and willing to help with any questions raised. The bed and sofa were quite uncomfortable. The shower had too little water pressure. The kitchen utensils were somewhat insufficient.

• Robin (10/5): 5 thumbs up for Mercu summer sweets - The host was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist with unrelated subjects such as how to use grab and get to the grocery stores. I had no complaints whatsoever

• Vasantamalar (1/5): Scam - Only plus point was the location which is in mid of city. I booked one bedroom apartment and I pay more for it..but I ended up getting studio apartment. When I called and enquired about it. The staff told me there isn't any on bedroom apartment in that suites..I have no idea why should I need to pay more just to get studio apartment. The room image given was totally different. Moreover the cleanliness was too poor. Especially when it comes to bathroom. We truly not satisfied with this. I hope the management don't scam 😕 anyone after this... I didn't not feel like I stayed at suites apartment..it was just a very low budget apartment for me.
