• Schachner (5/5): Nicht für empfindliche Schläfer - Sehr netter Kontakt, sehr zentral und gut gelegen, sauber und sehr gute Betten. Es ist einfach wirklich sehr laut gewesen und das Schlafen ist deswegen recht beeinträchtigt gewesen. Schlecht zu belüften. Es ist auch zu hell nachts im Schlafbereich, da es keine richtige Möglichkeit zur Verdunklung gibt. Wer empfindlich ist, sollte Schlafbrille und Oropax nutzen.

Very clean and comfortable. Host is very responsive and does everything she can to make your stay pleasant. Thank you! As apartment is below street level, despite heating, lower level bedroom felt cold at times.

De hosts zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam en goed via Whatsapp bereikbaar. De locatie is centraal. Fijn dat er een supermarkt op de hoek is. Wij komen er graag terug! -

• Danielle (10/5): Fabulous apartment in a central location with the most amazing host! - Spacious apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Surrounded by food options from supermarkets to cafes to restaurants. Walking distance to all the attractions but if you’re tired, it’s also close to the metro. Lovely host who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Highly rate this apartment and would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends. NA

• Danielle (10/5): Fabulous lott apartment in excellent location with excellent host. - We arrived late at night Chiara the host of this apartment was so responsive and suggested some late night food spots and nice restaurants for the following nights which was so helpful when we did not know the city at all. . She remotely let us into the front gate then we accessed the lock box near the door. Very secure apartment with locked security gate. Clean apartment fully equipt. Comfortable bedding and apartment. only 6 minutes walk to the heart of Milan shops and attractions and supermarket on the corner of the street. Make sure you have 25 euros to leave on the table for city Taxes. Chiara booked us a pick up taxi on checking out of the property so she really went above and beyond what a host would usually do. nothing - it was all good for our 2 night stay

The owner was amazing and ve - I liked the privacy we had while we were there and was a quick walk to everything in Milan. It was a great size and was very accommodating The only thing we weren’t a fan on was due to being a basement apartment there was no view but that isn’t controllable due to the building.

They left us some complementary refreshments for our stay and they also assisted with booking onward travel to the airport. Finally, there was a slight issue with a crack in a mirror that we don't recall happening but the host, Chiara told us not to worry and didn't charge us, which I thought was very nice . Nothing.

• Clare (10/5): What a delight to stay in this lovely loft apartment, only two night, but we wish we could have stayed more! - Lovely hosts, they were waiting to meet us on arrival to greet us and show us around, which is rare these days. Helpful with taxis and local knowledge, kept in regular contact. Well resourced kitchen with coffee machine, washing machine, and dishwasher. Helped us out at short notice when there was a local water supply issue (completely not their fault), and again kept in regular contact with updates. Again, they met with us on check-out to wish us well and collect the keys. Nothing, it was lovely!

• Janine (7/5): We really enjoyed this stay but the sleeping arrangements are unique and was manageable for 4 nights for 3 people. - The location was excellent. Excellent WhatsApp service for arrival instructions/departure instructions which made everything very easy, Excellent security. The flat was very secure with an electric gate plus a further gate and door to get in. The flat was spacious but very open plan sleeping arrangements. The shower was hot and powerful. Washing machine was helpful ( we are runners). The ‘bedrooms’ set up is like a giant bunk bed so I would only recommend for close families/friends . We took our 20 year old daughter . Both bedrooms are in the same space so everyone can hear everything. Lights on in 1 bedroom mean lights on for 2 bedrooms. Only 1 toilet so any trips to the bathroom in the night will wake everyone. It is a basement flat/ echo chamber with all the usual city centre noises throughout the night ( cars, refuse collectors) plus apartments/stairwells will travellers wheeling out cases in the middle of the night. Ear plugs would help lighter sleepers.

The path leading to the house's door may be a bit narrow, and you might need to carry your luggage down some stairs, but it's not too difficult. Inside the house is clean and well-organized, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed is spacious and comfortable, and the host is friendly, waiting to welcome us even though we arrived relatively late. They are responsive to questions and provide helpful directions to find the house. The washing machine is relatively small and doesn't have a drying system. We didn't inquire about this from the host before using it, which caused our clothes to become wet.

• Michael (5/5): Location is the key for this apartment , suitable for no more than two people. - Location was fantastic, apartment was clean and the host was very accommodating. Not good for families who have more than 3-4 people as the bedrooms are very close together and there’s too much noise from the top level bedroom when people are walking. Some of the aluminium strips on steps were loose and you had to be careful not to trip and possibly hurt yourself while going up or down.

Air purifier in the downstairs bed area. Nice black out curtains. Lovely foam mattresses. Short door way in to the bathroom, watch your head if you are tall, lol!

Lenate airport is near. Chiara was always quick to respond and very nice. it was cold inside although Chiara turned on the heater , it still did not work at night🙈
