• Elina (10/5): - Excellent location, very roomy apartment. I liked the stocked fridge with the pricelist clearly identifying each item.
• Adam (10/5): - The apartment is very modern, equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent as everything is walkable and easily reached from the apartment. The shower is the walk in type and the floor is easily soaked as the floor isn't tilted if you aren't careful so we used a lot of towels as floor mats.
• João Gomes (6/5): Ok - The apartment is in an excellent location, which made it very convenient to explore the city. One of the biggest positives is how quiet the apartment is. Despite being located in a capital city, there was very little noise from the street, which made it very comfortable to rest. The central heating system works very well and can be easily adjusted, keeping the apartment warm and comfortable during our stay. The Wi-Fi connection was very good, with strong speed and stability throughout the apartment. The hot water supply is also very good, although it takes a few minutes to heat up. The check-in process itself was simple and smooth once we arrived at the correct location. One of the main issues was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathrooms, especially when the doors were left open. This was unpleasant and should definitely be checked and resolved. We understand that the building is old, which by itself is not a problem, but it clearly lacks maintenance. The entrance area has spider webs, loose cables, and the exterior of the building is heavily covered in graffiti, giving a very poor first impression upon arrival. Another important point is the capacity of the apartment. Although it is advertised for four people, it is realistically much more suitable for three (for example, a couple with one child). One of the beds is actually a sofa bed in the living room, which is not ideal for four adults or four friends sharing the space. The apartment also feels relatively small for four people. The kitchen area is quite limited. The dining table is not very practical for four people, and cooking properly is difficult due to having only two burners available. The arrival instructions could also be improved. There was confusion regarding the exact location, as no precise Google Maps coordinates were provided. Clear coordinates would make the arrival process much simpler and avoid unnecessary confusion.

• Maria (7/5): - Τέλεια τοποθεσία!!! Μπαίνοντας στο σπίτι, μύριζε έντονα τσιγάρο... βρώμικη κουζίνα, λερωμένα πιάτα κ ποτήρια στα ντουλάπια, σκόνη μέσα στα ντουλάπια... επίσης, χαρτί κουζίνας ή χαρτοπετσέτες ή έστω μια πετσέτα θα βοηθούσε αν υπήρχε...

• Skaistė (6/5): - The location of the flat is very convenient-central and easy reachable. Equipped kitchen is also a big plus. The flat was quite cold considering that it is winter. Also the floor was very cold, extremely unpleasant to walk (and no slippers left for that matter). The toilet was stinky, the toilet cover fell apart immediately. The naming of the flat on booking completely doesn’t match any reality in the flat - luxury cozy modern is way way far from that.. unfortunately.

• Armando (10/5): - Ho soggiornato a Sofia e purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata delle migliori. L’host non si è mostrato molto disponibile e ci sono stati problemi con la lavatrice che hanno complicato il soggiorno. La posizione e l’alloggio erano discreti, ma il servizio ha lasciato a desiderare.

Me dieron la info de cheking 1 hora más tarde ya que no contestaban al chat, y porque tuve la suerte de tener alguien que pudiera llamar al número nacional para que me la dieran, me dicen que se les olvido... se les olvidó? 1 hora mas tarde??? El horno sucio, asiento del WC roto, se salía. El sofá horrible, no tiene colchón sino un neopreno de 4cm. La cama muy blanda con otro neopreno (que mas o menos estaba bien al menos). El baño se moja todo y la fregona malísima que no podrías secar el suelo. No vendría mal una persiana al menos. Creo que son detalles que se pueden mejorar la verdad.

• Bilyana (8/5): Great flat, great location but slow communication with the host - key lock and easy to find with the pics navigation the host sent me The host communication was a bit slow. I requested check-in between 12-13 o'clock and didnt get a decline till 11 am. Had a business meeting and was super difficult to accommodate as I didnt know if I can check-in at the time I asked for. The check out was easy but even 10 days later Im still waiting for an invoice. It's a business trip. hopefully I'll get it

• Borislava (8/5): - The location is perfect. Close to many nice bars and restaurants. The apartment is very nicely decorated. If you sleep in the living room, noise is coming from the street, especially on Friday or Saturday.

• Sabrina (7/5): - Posizione centrale e ambiente accogliente , dotato di tutto il necessario per poter anche preparare dei pasti a casa Abbiamo prenotato per 4 e al nostro arrivo il letto aggiuntivo non era presente, abbiamo aperto il divano e lo abbiamo sistemato in autonomia ma purtroppo più che un letto era un incubo (materasso quasi inesistente e tre notti lì sopra si sono sentite tutte). La doccia non presentava una tenda o una protezione e l acqua finiva inevitabilmente sul mobile di legno posizionato proprio accanto

• Sofija (9/5): - Great location, comunication with the host, spacious, pleasant. It needs a shower curtain and air conditioning. My fault is that I considered that every apartmant nowdays has air conditioning.
• Baha (10/5): Exceptional - This is one of the best places in which we stayed. The host was outstanding. Chris went beyond the call of duty in helping us when our luggage did not arrive at Sofia airport. This property is most sincerely recommended for being clean, spacious, and well equipped.
• Paola (9/5): Superb - Good location, spacious apartment, well equipped for staying a few nights. There were some issues with some of the appliances at arrival, but the host was very quick to reply and fix it.
