• Asya (7/5): Schönes Apartment in einer schönen Stadt - Sehr gute Lage, gute Ausstattung und Service, schön geräumig und sauber Leider ging die Klimaanlage nicht wirklich
• Dylan (6/5): Lovely location, cleanliness & communication poor - Perfect for groups, nice layout of upstairs bedroom separate from downstairs along with each having an ensuite. Lovely rain showers and shampoo and body wash is supplied in both. Full fridge and freezer very handy too. Very nice views on roof too. Ideal location The pool was extremely green - when we contacted about this nothing was done, the filter had clearly not been changed in a long time so we had to try and clean it of the algae, however as we didn’t have the correct chemicals or ability to empty pool and scrub the walls and floor it stayed completely green. Air-conditioning is poor also as in built system is barely noticeable and the two units given are extremely loud and only work by blowing the hot air somewhere (we put the pipe into the kitchen area as out the window attracted lizards however the kitchen was then roasting in the morning) The decking was also full of holes under the astroturf cover on it so we fell countless times as its hidden and there was a massive hole at the end of the stairs - a handyman came out and looked at it but said it was going to be after we left he fixed it.
• NEREA (6/5): - Me gusta del alojamiento, que era grande tenía muy buenas vistas y estaba bastante céntrico por lo que eso es un punto muy a favor del alojamiento. Las camas cómodas y todo muy limpio No me gustó del alojamiento que la calefacción no funcionaba, en cambio, salió frío y hace bastante frío en el alojamiento en general. También se nos ofreció el jacuzzi de arriba gratuito y no funcionó ningún día por lo que era imposible utilizarlo. Se informó al alojamiento y no nos dieron solución, únicamente que gracias por la información. El jacuzzi es lo de menos, pero la calefacción en invierno… de valorar. Aparte de caiga bastante la pintura de la pared que eso lo afecta pero si hay humedades. También, el código del apartamento no funcionaba, primero nos dieron uno que no iba, a continuación otro que no iba y ya nos dimos por vencidos y íbamos todos juntos o nos llamábamos entre nosotros para abrirnos, ya que no iba el código.
• mariola (1/5): Najgorsze wakacje, wyrzucone pieniądze .Wróciliśmy wszyscy chorzy. - Lokalizacja była ok. Najgorszy apartament-Katastrofa Pobyt 22.12.2025 02.01.2026r Apartament 2 sypialniami. Apartament był dwupoziomowy z krętymi schodami.W opisie brak jest takich informacji, jest informacja że są udogodnienia dla niepełnosprawnych.Apartament nieprzygotowany do przyjęcia Gości,wyziębiony,i nie posprzątany. Przekazaliśmy informacje że nie działa system ogrzewania.Serwisant przyjechał następnego dnia i stwierdził że nie da się naprawić.Póżnym wieczorem otrzymaliśmy 2szt małych wentylatorów dla apartamentu 120m2.Niemożliwe było dogrzanie.Do końca pobytu system ogrzewania nie został naprawiony.Woda deszczowa z zewnątrz dostawała się apartamentu z sufitu i nieszczelnych okien.Na ścianach i suficie wilgoć, pleśń i odpadający tynk.Informacje o dostającej się wodzie deszczowej przekazywali już inni goście w 03.2025. O wadliwie działającym ogrzewaniu również były informacje od innych goście. Właściciele nie zrobili nic z problemami zgłaszanymi przez gości. Apartament natychmiast powinien być wyłaczony z możliwości użytkowania i najmu, dopóki wszystkie usterki ni będą usunięte.Powinna być kontrola techniczna stanu apartamentu.
• Rossella (1/5): Lamentable - Lamentablemente, no hemos podido ni acceder a la instalación. Reservamos el alojamiento para una semana con pago inmediato. A los 10 minutos fuimos contactado por los anfitriones para rellenar los formularios de los huéspedes y proporcionar copias de los documentos y exactamente cinco minutos después nos volvieron a llamar para comunicarnos que habían decidido anular la reserva por problema en la instalación, alegando que el reembolso tardaría en ser efectivo entre 7 y 12 días, sin ofrecer ninguna alternativa de alojamiento. Lamentable .

• Sarah (1/5): Stay here as an absolute LAST RESORT - Location and it was clean, that’s about it. The service was shocking, I had staff members laugh down the phone at me, I had them ignore me, I had them hang up on me and be incredibly disrespectful & unprofessional. The shower flooded on day one, which went all the way from the bathroom, into the bedroom and under my 6 month old babies bed and dangerously close to electrics, We had to use all the towels to stop the flooding, they repeatedly told me someone would come to fix and they did not, until I put in a formal complaint to booking.com who escalated the matter. Funnily enough they were quick to act then claiming there “must have been a technical error with the messaging system” (baring in mind I was speaking to staff on the phone, through the app and also email, but sure, it must’ve been a technical error 🙃). When the shower was fixed (after two days) the smell of sewage was leaking into the bedroom. As I mentioned I was travelling with a 6 month old baby, I needed a replacement kettle to make baby bottles safely as the one in the apartment was faulty, it continued to boil and would not turn off making it dangerous to touch, after 3 attempts to get a replacement I purchased my own to which I was expecting a reimbursement (shocker they didn’t reimburse). The patio door was also broken and would not close safely. It was quite possibly the worst experience I’ve had with customer service. I can absolutely understand that sometimes things break, and that’s ok, what is not ok; is the staff being disrespectful, ignoring contact attempts (on ALL platforms might I add), laughing down the phone & also hanging up on me. There was one saving grace which was an Irish staff member who was more than helpful. I wouldn’t stay here again if I was paid.
• Corinne (5/5): Appartement bien placé et confortable mais détails à revoir - L'emplacement, le parking même si éloigné, la literie, les chambres spacieuses et de bon goût, la piscine même si très petite et accès difficile L'absence d'informations sur l'adresse précise du parking, l'appartement sur 2 niveaux, la climatisation défectueuse dans le salon et une chambre, la porte vitrée du salon qui ne se fermait pas, l'absence de tasses à café adaptées indispensables à l'utilisation de la cafetière Nespresso, l'absence de serviettes de toilettes pour un couple, et l'apothéose, l'intrusion de 2 personnes dans l'appartement ayant reçu les mêmes codes d'entrée que les nôtres donc attribution par l'agence d'un appartement occupé ...

• Roberta (5/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación y la.posibilidad de refrescarse un poco en la piscinita de la azotea. Las camas son muy cómodas. Su estructura en 2 plantas con escalera muy larga, el aire que no refresca bastante sopla muy poco y no enfría. La puerta de la terraza estába rota y no se podía cerrar. Mejoraría también la limpieza exterior de la terraza y el mismo suelo que lleva un césped artificial puesto a cachos y sobretodo reforzaría la estructura ya que pisandolo parece estar en un barco.
• Jean-Pierre (10/5): Exceptionnel - Emplacement idéal pour visiter les principaux monuments à pieds. Appartement très propre, spacieux , climatisé, moderne, bien agencé. La piscine est bien sûr un plus pour se rafraîchir. Un petit carrefour est juste au pied de l'appartement, parfait pour faire quelques courses. Ravis de notre séjour, nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute. Juste un petit bémol concernant la chambre du bas, elle est mal assez insonorisée comme dans beaucoup d'hôtel en Espagne.

• Ingrid (4/5): - L'emplacement Panne de climatisation en cours de séjour. (46 degrés dehors). Aucune réaction de la part du prestataire.mais vu les commentaires ça reflète leur manque de service envers leurs hôtes. Peu d'ustensiles dans la cuisine Le sol très sale (pied noire en marchant). La douche avait encore des cheveux et autres. La piscine n'est pas propre. Ni les extérieurs (terrasse). Odeurs de tabac en bas très désagréable. C'est franchement dommage parce qu'il y a du potentiel. Une honte pour le prix !
• Marika (9/5): Nice apartment with pool for exclusive use! - Good location, super small swimming pool for exclusive use, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate bedrooms on 2 levels, fully equipped kitchen, terrace, adequate price The air conditioning was not working (about 40°C), after contacting Booking.com part of the amount was refunded.

• Jennifer (6/5): Good value for money and - The location, the view and the interior of the property was lovely! There was an unpleasant smell coming from air con/drains. Only 1 towel each for a 5 day stay and would be good to have cushions to sit on near the pool area

Really beautiful apartment with a lovely rooftop to enjoy the pool a - Beautiful rooftop pool and view Comfortable bedrooms, good storage for your clothes Lovely bathrooms . Clean , good a/c. Quiet during night and day! Great location. The pool towels leave blue fluff everywhere so would recommend they get replaced. Would have liked an option for a double bed. It was difficult to not be able to sweep or vacuum as I like to keep the floors clean, but I’m just being picky really!
