• Sue (7/5): Great location with lovely views and clear check-in, but the apartment is dated - The location was near the beach, bars and restaurants. Check instructions were very clear. Beautiful view from balcony. The bunk bed room is very small and is off the main bedroom. I feel it would be only suitable for a family with small children. The bed linen/towels/ cups could all do with updating. It’s an old apartment but sufficient for our 2 night stay.
• Gesche (7/5): Balkon nicht nutzbar - Der obere Balkon hätte eine tolle Aussicht gehabt war aber verschlossen und ein Schlüssel war nicht zu bekommen. Da die Balkontür sich nicht öffnen ließ, konnte man das Schlafzimmer dahinter nicht lüften. Der Fahrstuhl war defekt und deshalb mussten wir unsere Koffer übers Treppenhaus in den 3. Stock schleppen.

• Saray (1/5): Lamentable anfitriona prepotente y sucio - El checking era a las 15:00, le escribo a las 14:30 que había llegado y que me enviara las indicaciones para poder aparcar el coche en el parking y comer algo hasta las 15 horas. No contesta, la llamo y no contesta. Cuando me envía los videos con las indicaciones me tiene para arriba y para abajo, tuve que aparcar fuera y con un menor a pleno sol y las maletas. Cuando la llamo una segunda vez ya eran las 15:40 y le digo si le parece normal la manera de actuar, se pone a chillarme y me dice que si me quiero ir que me vaya. Cuando entro al apartamento. Sucio y lleno de pelos hasta en la nevera. El papel higiénico sucio y empezado, muchas cosas rotas, sin cortinas por lo que la intimidad en la noche es nula. Es una lástima porque el apartamento es bonito pero muy poco cuidado. Lamentable la limpieza y la anfitriona. No lo recomiendo para nada. Muy maleducada y prepotente. Nunca mas.
• Peter and Liz (10/5): Excellent apartment - Excellent location for the beach and all amenities. Very secure and quiet. Very good check in procedure with a video produced by Chloe. The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities required for a memorable holiday. Overall a great experience. Unfortunately the weather wasn't ideal. We have been to Tenerife six times now and this was the first time we had a lot of rain and strong winds. That said, we appreciated the apartment even more because it wasn't ideal outside.
• Justyna (9/5): Polecamy!! - Fantastyczna lokalizacja, bardzo mili mieszkańcy, super atmosfera, bar na dole, bardzo blisko do plaży, apartament przestronny, dwupoziomowy, piękny widok na baseny i ocean z każdego piętra, a także z drugiej strony przy wejściu na góry i panorame. Prywatny parking w zamykanym garażu to największa możliwa wygoda w tej lokalizacji! Docenialiśmy to bardzo. Super stosunek jakości do ceny. Apartament lekko przestarzały ale to kwestia gustu, wszystko sprawne i w miarę czysto. Serdecznie polecamy! Mimo pralki brak kapsułek lub środków do prania, brak podstawowych przypraw czy kawy.
• Marelle (8/5): We were pleased with our stay! - Location was amazing!! Apartment was very specious. 2 bathrooms. Fast internet. Parking spot in the garage. Nice views from every balcony and widow. Host was very responsive. Everything in the apartment is fairly old and would need a little upgrade. Mattresses for example. We were cooking at home every day and there were missing some basic stuff for that in the kitchen. Bad smell from canalisation was leaking from upstairs bathroom.
• Flaminia (9/5): Estancia de 10 - La localización es inmejorable. Las vistas a la playa muy chulas. Es un apartamento tipo duplex con dos baños en cada planta. Hay dos habitaciones aunque están unidas. La habitación de matrimonio y la litera. Al estar comunicadas si tienes que ir al baño, hay que pasar por la habitación de matrimonio. El piso es totalmente equipado. Hay secador de pelo y plancha de ropa. La terraza da a la piscina y es espectacular porque también se ve el mar. También quiero destacar que las camas son muy cómodas (cosa rara de encontrar cuando se trata de pisos vacacionales.) La anfitriona súper simpática y disponible en todo momento. Nos ha encantado!! Se nota que es un piso viejo. Tanto los baños que los muebles son viejos. Aunque es destacable el buen mantenimiento de los mismos por lo que no es un problema. El piso estaba limpio, por lo que no llega a ser un problema.

• John lane (4/5): Great view and location otherwise avoid at all costs. - The view and the location The standard of the apartment was poor, no curtains or blinds only a sheet and a single pillow on the bed a moth eaten crochet throw,a settee that cost €100 and drawers etc of a very poor standard. One plug socket for all the kitchen appliances. Could be made very nice but requires money to be spent.

• Diego (8/5): Posizione strategica - La posizione unica, centralissima e vicino a tutti i servizi e le migliori spiagge. La struttura, centrale ma tranquilla e con una piscina bellissima e poco frequentata, l'alloggio è comodo tranquillo e spazioso, su due piani con due bagni e una spettacolare vista mare. La totale assenza di presenza del gestore, sebbene ci abbia dato indicazioni precise sul check in e parcheggio con ritiro della chiave nella key box. L'alloggio è un po' datato nell'arredamento ma soprattutto manca il condizionatore nella stanza da letto, molto calda. Inoltre poche le prese a disposizione per caricare le batterie del telefono e poter avere anche l'abat jour accesa. Si sarebbe apprezzato un telo in più per lutilizzo della piscina.
• Marcell (8/5): Ár-érték és elhelyezkedésben tekintetében kiváló - Nagyon szép panoráma fogadott a 3. Emeleten lévő lakásból. Hatalmas segítség az autót bérlőknek, hogy saját parkoló jár a lakáshoz (mélygarázs). Part, éttermek és boltok 4-5 perc sétára találhatóak. Nagyon tiszta lakás. Csendesebb üdülőkomplexumban található a lakás, környező és utca zajokra semmi panasz nem volt. Kedves emberekkel vagy körülvéve. Nyári időszakban nem tudom ki tud elaludni egy olyan második szobában ami az erkélyből van kialakítva üvegfallal (napközben eléggé felmelegszik). B opciónak jó a klímás nappali konyha, de ott semmi sötételő nincs az üvegablakok előtt. Apartmanként lehetne alapfelszereltség a só és cukor.

• Eva Brčáková (3/5): Sklamanie, nikdy viac - Pekný, čistý a nepreplnený bazén. Apartmán blízko pláẓ̌e a obchodov. Počas dňa bol apartmán fajn, ale počas noci otrasné. Ani jednu noc sme sa komfortne nevyspali. Noci boli hrozné. Čakali sme apartmán s 2 spálňami, ale ta mini miestnosť urobená z časti balkóna sa nedá nazvať spálňa. Navyše je priechodná s prvou spálňou. Poschodová posteľ je stará a extrémne vŕzga. V noci ste počuli každý pohyb a nedalo sa na tom spať. Aby sa deti aspoň trochu vyspali, museli sme vybrať matrace a dat ich na zem. Na hornom poschodí, kde sa spi, nie je klíma. V noci musíte mať otvorené okna, aby sa tam dalo dýchať. Z ulíc ide veľký hluk. Každú noc hladná hudba a hluk do 2-3 hodiny rána. Navyše, žiadny zatemňovací záves tu nie je. Žiadne súkromie a žiadne pohodlné spanie. Nikdy viac by som sa tu nevrátila. Radšej si priplatim, ale na dovolenke sa chcem normálne vyspať. Sklamanie veľké. A večer chodil po balkóne 5 cm šváb.

• Mairead (7/5): location was super ! Complex clean & quiet ! - Location location location , beautiful pool and sea views, cleanliness, taxi rank - just outside (if needed). Split level- so bedroom and bathroom are upstairs which suited our family. There is also shower/ toilet downstairs which is very handy ! Kitchen well equipped. The pool area was so quiet and clean. No mad scrambling for sun beds !! We all loved this complex and had a great holiday. Chloe video showing how to find apartment was great. If you are traveling with an older child/teen/adult then it may not suit. The ‘2nd bedroom’ is really part of the original main bedroom ‘terrace’ area. The bedrooms lacked privacy for all, as you had to go through one room to get to other. The outer wall of smaller bedroom is a complete wall of glass/patio doors making it a very hot room with flimsy curtains. This setup wasn’t great for our family( I am aware that this is just our opinion)! Note- There are no internal light switches in this 2nd bedroom!! . (The light switch is accessed from the main bedroom.) There are no sockets either, So you can’t charge phones or plugin a cooling fan in that room….and it needed it! When our teen (15) was in bed they had to call us to turn off the main light ! It didn’t spoil our holiday but it made nighttime more uncomfortable than it should have been. Other Small issues that we had (easily fixed and no big deal ) included:- The mattress was too small on the lower bunk , a big gap down one side ! So teen had to sleep on top bunk. Downstairs- There isn’t enough room on couch for three to relax. We had to bring down the comfy chair from the bedroom. Lastly. There is no toaster, although it is listed . I did ask for one but we didn’t get any (our teen lives on toast)

• Mark (9/5): Great stay at a nice apartment! - Great location, clean and spacious apartment with all the amenities, good communication with Chloe the host. Didn’t realise on booking that to get to the second bedroom you have to walk through the main one! A toaster would be a good addition also.
• Bbs (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is great. The apartment is excellent, even better than we expected. The instructions for retrieving the key were completely clear. Everything great.
• Norbert (1/5): Bad - The communication was relatively quick, and the central location, ocean view, and parking availability were positive aspects. Unfortunately, the most noticeable issue was that the apartment was dirty everywhere. There wasn’t a single part of it that was clean. We booked for three adults and one child, but the accommodation was completely unsuitable for this purpose. The beds were short (the mattresses were no longer than 170/180 cm) and uncomfortable. One of the "bedrooms" was created by enclosing part of the balcony, which was a terrible solution. The pillows were uncomfortable. The blanket was just a sheet that was clearly not washed before our arrival. There were no blackout options for the windows, which was awful. Every noise from the neighbors could be heard because of the poor building structure. The furnishings were outdated. We travel a lot, but we have never encountered such poor conditions for this price. If reviews align with our own experiences, I usually don’t leave one, but I find it completely incomprehensible how such a poorly maintained property has a rating of 9.2. Not recommended from my side.
• Mary (9/5): Superb - This apartment is even nicer.than, the listings suggest. I loved the size, the spaciousness, and how traditional it felt. I loved the tenerifian vibe in a part of Tenerife where the vibe is more touristy Nothing! If you like Costa Adeje this is a good space, great view and fabulous location.
• Lisa (9/5): Would definitely return. - Loved the location and the host was very accommodating. We were given clear instructions/ photos of easy self check in/ out. Bars, shops ,restaurants on the doorstep. Highly recommend this property … Chloe was super easy to deal with. The large double bed was super comfortable. The bunk beds were difficult to sleep in.

• Chloe (9/5): Lovely, clean, well equipped apartment - The host was very responsive and friendly. She gave very clear instructions/sent videos of how to access key and enter the apartment. Lovely little well equipped apartment with very comfy beds. Great bars and restaurants just outside (with no noise pollution in apartments from them!) Only a 5/10 minute walk to Fanabe beach with more great bars and restaurants, you are spoilt for choice! Great value for money and would definitely recommend!
• Johanna (9/5): Really good ❤️ - Amazing apartment, wonderful view to the ocean. Upstairs shower had some plumping problem, water came to the bathroom floor. In downstairs shower too, little bit small but ok.
