• David (7/5): A bad experience - Modern & clean Out look not very good not enough toilet paper or handwash locking the door with a electronic push button switch this did not work we were unable to get out no instructions to help you with this or in case of fire pool had green algae in you could tell it was there for sometime

• niko_leta (8/5): Sehr gute Lage, top Ausstattung - Das Komplex besteht aus einigen Appartements, die vermietet werden. Das Gebäude und das Apartment wirkte luxuriöse, Ausstattung top, alles was man braucht. Betten bequem. Küchenzeile ( die haben nicht genutzt), aber war alles dabei was man braucht. Eine schöne Lokation, die man weiter empfehlen kann. Pool und Liegen vorhanden. Das Komplex wirkt ruhig dort kann man richtig entspannen. Achtung beim Buchung, Seaview bedeutet nicht unbedingt Meerblick. Das irritiert total. Bei meine Buchung stand "Aussicht" und wir hatten kein Meerblick. Man muss genau gucken. Der Vermieter war nur per Email zu erreichen, telefonisch leider nicht. Beim Problem mit der Dusche waren einige Nachrichten nötig um Probleme zu schildern.
• Wiktoria (10/5): Warto tu przyjechać! - Świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie było blisko. Na plaży ratownik. Wspaniały basen i zawsze wolne leżaki. W apartamencie było wszystko czego potrzeba. Dookoła cisza i spokój. Super odpoczęliśmy i jeśli tylko będzie taka możliwość na pewno wrócimy!
• Medarova (1/5): ❌ Разочароващо преживяване – не бихме повторили - Единственото положително нещо беше локацията на обекта. За първи път поискахме да напуснем мястото ни за настаняване още на следващия ден. За съжаление връзката със собственика беше невъзможна. От самото начало престоят ни беше съпътстван от проблеми. Свързването със собственика беше изключително трудно – отговори получихме едва след намесата на Booking. При настаняване ни посрещна счупен чадър на терасата (а апартаментът е на шести етаж, изложен на силно слънце), което я направи неизползваема. Нямахме кабелна телевизия и телевизора също се оказа неизползваем. Липсваха консумативи в стаята. В целия апартамент нямаше огледало, освен малко в банята – абсурдно за място, което трябва да осигурява комфорт. Рано сутрин се будехме от кучешки лак от другите стаи като за този проблем също не срещнахме съдействие от никого. Една вечер решихме просто да седнем до басейна на една от пейките – не сме ползвали басейна, а просто искахме да си отдъхнем. Вместо това бяхме грубо приканени да напуснем, сякаш сме направили нещо нередно. Най-неприятното беше тоталната липса на ангажираност от страна на собственика. Не прояви никакъв интерес към проблемите ни. Чувствахме се нежелани, разочаровани и единственото, което искахме, беше да напуснем възможно най-скоро. Благодарим на booking за оказаното съдействие! ❗ Не препоръчвам това място. Определено не отговаря на очакванията, създадени от описанието.

• Smudger55 (9/5): Relaxing , peaceful , fabulous - Been to the apartment before, very spacious, clean, not the cheapest in nessebar bit worth the little extra. Pool good, but needs more beds around it as can get occupied quite early (not the apartments fault, more to do with the apartment management) Very close to the beach , short stroll away, quiet location , wifi excellent, internet ready tv so can watch your won Netflix / prime etc. Air con excellent, and the views from the penthouse apartment is to die for. Complimentary tea / coffee / milk /water would be very welcomed. Bedding different from home , sufficient for stay but if upgraded would be an even better vacation.

Old and mold used coffee in the coffee machine and hot water kettle. Not clean dishes. Drain in the bathrooms plugged with old dirt. Not working TV in the living room. No internet.

Excellent pool facilities with free cabanas, pool was not crowded and plenty of space. Building is immaculate and secure. The title reads “Penthouse apartment with sea view” - This is a small studio on the top floor and faces the opposite direction from the pool and sea view suggested in the photos, overlooking neighbouring rooftops. The ‘free parking included’ was not available as suggested. Despite this, we had a fantastic stay here. We made minimal use of the apartment, enjoyed the pool and loved the location. Very good value for money, but just be aware none of the images used in the listing are from the apartment booked
• Smudger55 (9/5): Fantastic stay , thoroughly recommend - Beautiful apartment. clean.spacious. kitchen good. air con fabulous. pool very good, was getting busy and bed reserving was becoming more of an issue as the week went on. tvs in every room, front room tv was massive. 2 minute walk to beach. 10 minute walk to Nessebar. we know the area quite well and this was ideal for our stay. Thoroughly recommend, we will go back. wifi code did not work. no access to safe that was in the apartment. no key to locked gate for easy access to beach. none of these hindered our stay but would have been icing on the cake.
• Csagca (9/5): Demanding, modern apartment. - The pool and garden are very nice. The view is beautiful. The large, well-equipped rooms open from a corridor and are separated. The owner was helpful when we had a problem with the wifi and traffic through the garden gate. Everything is resolved. Nothing.

• Denise (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is stunning, fully equiped with all the facilities and with an amazing balcony overlooking the sea and park just in front. On-site access to a pool. Very quiet and within a few minutes walking-distance to the beach. We can't wait to come back!
