- Edward (8/5): - Great location, lively neighbourhood with bars, restaurants and while we were there, local festivities. Apartment was clean, had all you need for a pleasant stay. Easy entrance when we were awarded how it worked Coach was somewhat outdated, not convenient, toilet didn't flush well. Bed had one long cushion, not well thought with 2 persons. Little space in bath for showering
- MAURICIO ANDRÉS (10/5): La perfecta estancia en Santander, fácil, limpio y muy cómodo - Todo, las instalaciones, lo cerca que estaba al centro, la limpieza y el cuidado en los detalles. Lo único que añadiría es un platero para escurrir los platos, por lo demás era perfecto.

Pulito, come appena ristrutturato. Bagni comodi e puliti. A due passi da fermata autobus. Quando siamo arrivati non c’erano gli asciugamani ma contattato l’Host ha subito rimediato portandoceli immediatamente, rimediando a una semplice svista.

- Clare (6/5): Comfortable, but not an ideal location and needs a bit more to make it worth the money. - The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. It was mostly very clean. QR code for entry was very efficient and worked well. There were very good buses nearby that you could catch to anywhere in the city. It is about a 20 minute walk to the Centro Botin and seafront, a bit longer to the nearest beach. There is no air conditioning, despite it being listed as a facility. As a result, it can get very hot. It was also very noisy/smoky due to the bar downstairs if the windows were open. There is no kettle, tea towel, dish drainer or oven gloves. This made using the oven and washing up pretty tricky, especially as there are not enough plates to put them in the dishwasher after one use. We also had to wash all the towels because they all smelt very damp.

Too warm to sleep or stay in. It ruined my stay in santandar. I tried to contact the owner but they ignored me which is rude and frustrating. Bar below so constant smell of smoke rising through the windows. It was awful to stay here.avoid It states on the profile that there is air-conditioning. There isn't. Not even a fan. - Judit (8/5): Apartamento cómodo y bonito pero sin aire acondicionado - Apartamento nuevo, cómodo, buenas camas y bien decorado En el apartamento se indica que tiene aire acondicionado y no es cierto, está situado encima de un bar que cierra tarde por las noches, en el primero no podíamos abrir las ventanas debido al ruido. Menaje de cocina muy justo para 5 personas.

The apartment advertised on booking .com site was not the one we were in and it was not up to the standard advertised. We had a bath with simple hand held shower and not what was shown on booking.com site

Small but adquate balcony with morning sunshine. Would have liked to have a safety chain on the inside of the door. Also a kettle would be nice!
- Michael (9/5): Superb - Modern apartments and great location. Surrounded by bar and restaurants ,friendly local people. Only 10 mins walk to city centre . Parking was expensive.
- Yu (8/5): Good stay and comfortable for the relaxing holiday - A new apartment with a lot of bedrooms for 5 persons. The facilities are new and clean. There is no handle around the tub, which might be a risk when it’s slippery. The property is in the old district of the city. A bit far away with the beach.
