- María Nieves (8/5): - Camas cómodas y limpias, toallas en abundancia y limpias, mucho menaje de cocina, no faltaba de nada. Buenos armarios. Buenos baños . Piso amplio. Muy cercano al centro de la ciudad. Mucho comercio de proximidad. Solo dan un juego de llaves para una familia de vacaciones de 2 adultos y dos adolescentes, se solicito para una estancia larga de 18 días, pero no lo facilitaron según dicen por seguridad. Se aparca un poco mal en la zona.
- Hernan (5/5): Good apartment, not good location - The apartment is great, big, well equipped and comfortable. Was also very clean and the staff were super kind. The view from the port is cool at night. - The place were is located is very noisy, even with the windows closed. Has an avenue there and a lot of roadworks outside and people working on improvements inside the building. - The apartment is far from the beaches and best places (up to 50 minutes walking or forced to use bus) and if you are renting or driving a car, the public parking is massively full and collapsed, so you can miss a big part of the touristic vibes from Santander. - You need to walk 10 minutes to get the keys for the apartment on a random street for the check in and drop them again when you check out.
- Alejandro (1/5): Muy mala experiencia de check-in - Las vistas son muy bonitas, y tiene mucho menaje en la cocina Estaba un poco sucio (con mucho polvo), y muy ruidoso. Sobretodo, bastante complicado hacer el check-in: las instrucciones estaban mal, no respondían al teléfono, no cogían el teléfono… bastante frustrante. Perdimos fácilmente 1h
- José Manuel (5/5): Buen apartamento, gestión del mismo por parte de la inmobiliaria bastante incómoda. - Apartamento El proceso del checking, por no darnos las llaves presencialmente, tuvimos que estar hora y pico de reloj en la puerta metiendo miles de datos a través del móvil y teniendo que ir a buscar las llaves a otra ubicación no cercana al apartamento. Antes tuvimos que realizar múltiples llamadas donde solo contestaba un contestador y dada la hora que era ya pensábamos que nos quedábamos en la calle. Si llegamos a saber antes el proceso de checking tan tedioso, no hubiéramos reservado ese apartamento. Llevo viajando con booking por el mundo muchos años y este ha sido el proceso más largo, tedioso e incierto.
