• Domen (5/5): Poor quality, dirty, worn out and bad service. - The apartment was decent size. We booked this apartment as it included a sofabed, but the property wanted to charge us CHF 65 to set it up, which we declined. We asked for bedding so we would do it ourselves, but they didn't bring it, which meant we needed to call support at 11pm when we arrived and took the bedding from another apartment, instead just going to sleep at that late hour. The apartment is also worn, dirty and smelled of cigarettes.

The lounge suite was uncomfortable. The bath is very high and difficult to get in and out of the bath., not recommended for seniors. Coffee table very low, not for seniors. Pillows are too flat.

• Dirk (2/5): - Die Website hat nicht meine persönlichen ID Dokumente nicht akzeptiert. Es gab dazu kein Feedback. Auf Anfrage wann wir den Türcode bekommen, wurden wir informiert, das dies am Tag der Ankunft passiert. Um 15h00 (Checkin Time) war kein Türcode da. Auf Anfrage per Email, wurde uns geraten die Dokumente über die Website hochzuladen. Die Website war für uns aber zur weiteren Verarbeitung gesperrt. Nach 5 Versuchen per Telefon Telefon, ist eine Person an das Telefon gegangen und hat dann die Dokumente Manuel hochgeladen. Wir bekommen den Türcode bei -9 grad Celsius 41 Minuten nach Checkin. Das System muss verbessert werden!!!

• Thomas (5/5): Nie wieder - Das Beste an der Wohnung war die Lage. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war echt nicht gut. Super kompliziert. Die Anmeldung war super nervig und die Sauberkeit der Wohnung indiskutabel. Die Wohnung war sehr abgewohnt, der Wasserkocher hat gestunken und die Mircowelle hat beim Einschalten auch gestunken. Eine Frechheit war der Preis für das Parken. 40€ pro Nacht. Wahnsinn.

• Gabriele (7/5): Für den kurzen Aufenthalt war dies ein gutes Quartier. - Das Bett war sehr bequem und der Service hatte wie gewünscht eine zweite Bettdecke bereitgelegt. Vielen Dank für die Orga! Die Lage war prima, in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Entfernung zum Zentrum ca. 10 Minuten Autofahrt. Das Seeufer war aber auch zu Fuss gut erreichbar (Treppenstufen). Die Küchenausstattung ist nicht wirklich aufs Kochen eingerichtet. Es gab zwar zwei Pfannen aber keinen Kochtopf in dem man z.B. Nudeln machen könnte. Wir haben uns dann mit dem Käsefonduetopf beholfen. Es wäre hilfreich, den Hinweis zu geben, dass keine normale Kaffeemaschine sondern lediglich eine Siebträgermaschine in der Wohnung vorhanden ist, damit man sich entsprechend darauf einstellen kann. Für niemanden zu empfehlen der einen schönen Aufenthalt in Zürich - Bei Ankunft haben wir eine Stunde mit dem Sevice telefoniert, da alle unsere Zugangsdaten nicht gestimmt haben, auch die Reservation für den Parkplatz war nicht vermerkt, weshalb wir nicht einmal in die Garage kamen. Der Support per Telefon war unterirdisch, da sie überhaupt nicht lösungsorientiert waren, uns nicht verstanden und nur immer wieder meinten wir sollen eine Mail schreiben. Als wir dann in das Apartment kamen, mussten wir feststellen, dass dies überhaupt nicht den Bildern bei Booking entsprach. Nicht mal ansatzweise sah es aus wie auf den Fotos. Es war sehr schmutzig. Direkt ebenerdig mit der Straße. Auf der Straße befand sich eine Baustelle. Unmittelbar vor dem Fenster. Das Bad hatte keine Tür, weshalb man halb im Schlafzimmer geduscht hat, zumal auch das ekelhaft dreckig war. Daraufhin haben wir uns beim Support gemeldet und ein anderes Zimmer gewünscht. Wir haben Bilder geschickt und eine Stunde telefoniert. Es wurde für uns überhaupt keine Lösung gefunden. Der Kundenservice war dann zunehmend unfreundlich und hatte überhaupt kein Verständnis dafür das wir uns unwohl gefühlt haben und in einem dreckigen Apartment saßen. Null Lösungsorientierung und keine einzige Lösung für uns. Man versprach uns zuletzt am nächsten Tag erneut das Apartment putzen zu lassen. Das passierte allerdings nie. Der Support schrieb uns, dass sie nicht garantieren müssten das das Apartment so aussieht wie auf den Fotos, sondern nur das die Quadratmeter der ausgewählten Kategorie stimmen müssten. Für uns völlig unverständlich.

• Bärbel (5/5): Wer Wert legt auf etwas persönlichere Atmosphäre mit Charme und persönliche Betreuung legt, sollte etwas anderes mieten. - Die Lage Umständliche, nur englischsprachige Kommunikation (kein deutsch in der Schweiz 😳), unpersönliche sterile Ausstattung (Kommentar des Büros: Gelegenheit für individuelles Design, oh je, oh je) keinerlei Kochutensilien wie Salz, Pfeffer, Öl… Kein Spüllappen, kein einziger Spülmaschinentab, nichts zur Begrüßung wie Wasser oder Ähnliches, Küchenhandtücher werden erst nach mehrmaligen Bitten, 24 Stunden verspätet geliefert. Schimmel an der Badtür, ungepflegte Terrasse. Code an der Haustür funktionierte am vorletzten Abend nicht, musste durch die Garage, für die ich zum Glück einen Parkplatz gemietet hatteund einen extra Code hatte, ins Haus gehen. Ansonsten hätte ich vor verschlossenem Haus gestanden, habe nämlich telefonisch am Samstagabend niemanden erreicht.

• ArunPatel (10/5): Luxurious short stay - The apartment was well maintained, equipped and beautiful. It felt very luxurious. Master bath was exceptional! The location was kind of far from the city center. One of the bathroom had terrible cigarette smell. Informed the owner, they said someone will come next day and clean it but no one came.

Lebensmittel-Einkauf an Sonntagen beim Bahnhof Wollishofen oder Bahnhof Zürich Enge. Appartement B15 im Parterre hat kleine, überdachte und von Hecke umgebene und daher eher dunkle Terrasse ohne Aussicht. Appartementtüre schliesst automatisch (mit Code) und kann leider von innen nicht separat verriegelt werden. Das ist unangenehm. Eine separate Verriegelung mit Schlüssel oder Vorhängeschloss wäre sehr zu wünschen. Sauberkeit gut, teilweise Haare am Boden.

J'aurais souhaité néanmoins une communication beaucoup plus facile et rapide avec par exemple l'application WhatsApp. Le manque de réactivité au niveau communication avec l'utilisation de WhatsApp, par exemple, étant donné que je viens de l'étranger.

The parking was really expensive and our car did not fit and were asked for a bigger place and they said they cannot provide it. Be prepared that you have to have everything including salt and stuff and pepper and everything for laundry. Our flathead one ceiling which was in glass blocks and all night it was lighted so it's not possible to sleep at night cuz you have light in there
• Leanne (6/5): Disappointing from start to finish - Quiet! Nice shower although sliding door into bedroom not ideal and not very private. Very basic and uncomfortable apartment. There has been no thought put into these apartments. Difficult to chill and relax here; cheap furnishings and bedding and no coffee, tea or any kind of refreshments provided. Very disappointing that we couldn’t even make a drink on arrival. Our room had a terrace that was separated from the neighbours by a few bushes. No privacy! There is no staff on site so you are literally messaging and calling staff in a call centre who have no idea where you are or what the property looks like. We had conflicting information each time we called. Bit far out of town but Tram 7 is about a 5 minute walk away. Overnight parking in the garage for 2 nights will set you back a whopping CHF68!!! There is one space available to book outside just to the side of the garage for CHF54. There is no option to park on street as it is all residential permit holders only. Think twice about booking this place. Would not recommend or book again.

• Ahmad (10/5): Exceptional - Everything it was modern, elegant and classy wished we stayed longer There we 2 or 3 cockroaches they must look into it and fumigate every 6 months. It might turn other people off. The bed was making sound not sure was the mattress or base but it was a turn off for us adults. Ooh my God that induction stove is a no no no I used induction stove before this one was like learning how to drive an aeroplane. If not changed please put proper instructions we sent an email no one helped. We even asked the african lady who was cleaning she couldn't switch it on. After hours of trying to switch it on my son got lucky but was a problem to switch it off.

• Dexter (8/5): Short, Beautiful visit - not too shabby accommodation 🤟🏼 - Modern style, clean, minimalistic. Quiet, safe location yet not too far from lake nor city center. Could be better furnished; many appliances in kitchen (inc coffee maker & dishwasher) but no coffee, cleaning detergent nor even basic salt, pepper. Fridge was completely empty (no bottled water, butter, milk…) 1 sink in master bathroom not functional Claimed 3 beds, but 3rd bed is really just a leather sofa, not pull out sofa bed, so not very comfortable. It was also extremely hot, ~30’s C, abnormal June heatwave in Europe) & with no ac and only 2 small fans we were very uncomfortable. 🥲 Zürich is a beautiful town however & we did enjoy our visit
• Jonathan (1/5): Predatory host, dangerous rooms, mold, exposed floor hazards, beware. Terrible experience - Good location. Terrible rooms, building is not as advertised. Exposed flooring upon entry, jagged, hazardous edges of the wood and concrete. Interior temperature was 34 degrees celsius at 7 pm. No ventilation, no air conditioning, strong odor of mold and must. No wifi.
• Katelynd (9/5): Immaculate spacious studio apartment - Immaculate and spacious studio apartment, with big bathroom and fully equipped kitchenette. Easy self check in via access code. Laundry facilities, iron and ironing board. Perfect for our stay in Zurich. Highly highly recommend!! Short walk (5-10 mins) to tram stop. A little out of the way from shops ect but short walk to tram stop.

• Onyekachi (1/5): Bad - Intimidating us with charges over an act of smoking that was carried out in another room different from the room we stayed bc they sent a picture claim on that and the picture wasn't the room we stayed. Their management is horrible by that singular act of accusations and fraudulent attitude. They play games of importing tray of ash from other rooms or maybe ash arranged and then accuse their customers after they have left with such a horrible photo bc they feel they can exploit and charge our already inputted credit or debit card. Their management is shocking. Not a nice place bc they ruined our holidays joy after that accusation.
• Isabella (7/5): Good for short stay - Ease of access. Proximity to the center . Bed and mattress. Owner not responsive. Pictures a bit overstating.
• Antje (8/5): Very good - Well equipped. It had everything we needed. Good location. We requested parking which was in basement and very convenient. The lower shower door bracket was coming away from the wall. There was also a loose wire under towel dryer. See photos.
• Suzanne (7/5): It’s was great - Property was lovely location was perfect for what we wanted. It was clean and bright Not enough pillows there was a small one for each person and no spare pillows if you slept with two. The terrace was dirty and we could t use it. Cigarette butts everywhere. The table and chairs were not wiped down to dusty and full of leaves.

• Engin (5/5): Super Neighborhood Disappointing Experience - Location of the building was good but the neighborhood was super nice. Paid parking was also nice and useful. The apartment we stayed was in the basement floor. My flat specific experience was very disappointing. Level of dampness caused black molding even on power outlet. At first glance everything seemed ok but when I looked carefully what I saw was annoying. Spider webs, headboard was really dirty. No fresh air was in the room accompanied with a nasal burning heavy air. It should have never been listed to me. I think that is not healthy.

• Akira (1/5): BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! - We were given a room (BE01) that was extremely dusty (we found over 7 spiders in the apartment and so much dust - the place hasn’t been vacuumed in years). We found hair and mold in the bathroom. The rug emitted a horrific smell and hasn’t been washed in years either. There were brown spots on the bathroom floor which looked very much like dried sewage. ALSO WATCH OUT: the glass door that is opaque is somewhat see-through. This means that you can see the person on the toilet and in the bathtub from both the living room and the bedroom which isn’t ideal if you want a bit of privacy. In all my years of using booking.com, this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The pictures do NOT match AT ALL with the actual place. I have never written such a bad review before, but honestly, had I known about this place earlier, I would have stayed anywhere else but here. Having been to Zurich many many times over the years, I cannot believe that a place like this hasn’t been taken down.

• Pui (6/5): quiet place with minimal facilities, - The location is not far from Zurich HB by taking a few tram stops, there are steps and slops leading to the apartment, luggage carriers beware! The cleaning lady was helpful, though she couldn’t change the toilet seat problem. the toilet seating board was broken upon check in, no replacement even we checked out
