• Nicole (7/5): Super Lage mit kleinen Einschränkungen - Die Gastgeber wie auch Francesca waren super freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar und kamen auch um zu helfen (Die Heizung hat anfangs nicht funktioniert, dies wurde aber umgehend gehoben). Die Wohnung lag sehr zentral, direkt an der Underground Station Leytonstone. Es gab einige Restaurants, Imbisse und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Wir wurden mit einer Schale Obst und Wasser empfangen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine... Leider gab es keinen Schrank oder Kommode in der Wohnung, wo man seine Anziehsachen ablegen konnte. Nur einen Kleiderständer um was aufzuhängen. Da wir 1 Woche da waren, war das sehr ärgerlich. Auch im Badezimmer gab es keine Abstellmöglichkeiten. Auch löste sich schon die Tapete im Badezimmer. Die Betten sind auch gewöhnungsbedürftig aber man konnte trotzdem ganz gut schlafen, Da die Fenster nicht sehr dicht sind, hört man auch einiges (U-Bahn...)

• Raquel (9/5): - Un apartament molt bén distribuit i equipat. Erem 4 i hem estat molt còmodes. Tot molt net i cuina perfectament equipada. La ubicació perfecta amb parada del metro al costat. El propietari ens ha deixat cafè per a tots els dies i fruita de totes classes. Potser els matalassos. Però això és molt difícil de puntuar perquè és una apreciació personal. Per a mi, massa tous

• giovanni (10/5): Non manca nulla!!!! - Innanzi tutto la comodità e la vicinanza alla metro. DUE MINUTI A PIEDI. L'accoglienza del proprietario che in pochi minuti ci ha risolto la questione degli adattatori delle prese elettriche. Massima disponibilità. In frigo acqua e latte. Frutta fresca e delle tortine per la colazione. Il posto poi è davvero super. Lontani dal centro e dai prezzi folli. Leytonstone ha ottime birrerie e vicinissimi i supermercati. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto ma lieve, i materassi potrebbero essere più comodi e duri.

• Oly Gardea (9/5): Great location and comfortable stay - We really enjoyed our stay at Dreamstay Apartments. The location was very convenient, just a short walk to the Leytonstone Tube station, which made it easy to get around London. There are also plenty of stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby, so we had everything we needed close by. The area felt safe and pleasant, and overall it was a great place to stay.
• R.J. (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf! - Heel fijn appartement naast het metrostation Leytonstone in een leuke wijk. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en keurig schoon. Het was na een dagje Londen elke dag echt even ontsnappen uit de drukte van het centrum. We waardeerden het fruit en de koffie/thee. Voldoende supermarkten en eetgelegenheden in de omgeving. Zoals eerdere recensies al aangaven, zijn de matrassen op de bedden echt een minpunt in vergelijking met de rest van het appartement.
• Daniela (9/5): - The apartment has strategic location next to the underground. Also supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. The apartment was clear and well furnished. We were five people so one has to sleep in the living room, where you can hear trains from the underground. There were only cutlery for five people, not even an extra spoon.
• Chee Guan (8/5): Short visit to London - Excellent location, just a short walk to Leyton Stone station. Good eateries, convenient stores and small shops just around the corner. Quiet neighborhood day and night The yard is unclean with many materials lying around. Flooring throughout the apartment is squeaky and can be an annoyance for light sleepers. The carpark needs some tending to.
• Manuel (10/5): Familie mit zwei Kindern - tolle Zeit - Perfekt für eine Familie. Das Appartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt braucht. Die U-Bahn (Central Line Station Leytonstone) ist zu Fuß in weniger als zwei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und bietet eine sehr gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt. Geschäfte sind ebenfalls zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Kontakt mit den Verantwortlichen der Unterkunft war einfach - eine Reaktion kam innerhalb von Minuten. Am Tag unserer Ankunft ist das Thermostat der Heizung ausgefallen - das wurde innerhalb von zwei Stunden in Ordnung gebracht. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Für ein Appartment für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre ein Staubsauger schön, damit man zwischendurch mal Krümel vom Frühstück beseitigen kann (Besen ist vorhanden) - ist aber eher ein Wunsch. Sonst gab es nichts auszusetzen.

• Sabine (8/5): - Fijn appartement. Ligt heel dicht bij metro station, waardoor je binnen 30 minuten in centrum van Londen bent. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Tuin kan een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Dan zou je ook lekker buiten kunnen zitten.
• Iris (9/5): - Zeer vriendelijke beheerder, die erg goed bereikbaar en zeer behulpzaam was. Leuk de persoonlijke boodschap en het fruit bij aankomst. Super dicht bij de metro (central line) en fijne locatie om Londen te bezoeken. Appartement was schoon en volledig ingericht. Fijn dat er koffiecups en een melkopschuimer staan. De afgesloten parkeerplaats is fijn. De bedden waren wat hard en 2 matrassen leken wat ouder (je voelde de veren). De parkeerplaats ligt vol onkruid en rommel. Jammer dat de tuin niet onderhouden is. Een nette tuinset in een opgefriste tuin zou een goede toevoeging zijn, met name in de zomer.
• Kroll (7/5): - Excellent location, good facilities. 1. Front gate has exposed rusty nails from where a couple of boards fell off. 2. The property has a garden space and it was HOT while we were there, however there was no furniture in the garden or shade. This would be a wonderful plus to be able to use the garden or eat outside. The house could use an instruction manual like an Airbnb has, particularly for using the shower faucets correctly and how to dispose of the kitchen composting.
• Marian (10/5): Overall, my stay was enjoyable and comfortable, with a clean flat and excellent location, making it a great choice for m - I appreciated that the flat was exceptionally clean, with no mould in the bathroom. The availability of fresh fruits and clean towels was a nice touch. The location is incredibly convenient, just a two-minute walk from the metro station, with 24-hour shops around the corner and an Aldi supermarket only five minutes away on foot. Overall, it made for a very comfortable stay! Although my stay was wonderful, I noticed a couple of areas for improvement. The proximity to the metro was convenient, but I could hear some train noise from the living room, which was a bit distracting at times. Additionally, the single beds felt slightly unstable, and the mattress in the master bedroom was a bit too soft for my liking. These are just minor points that could enhance an otherwise perfect experience.

Lovely touch with the fresh fruit in the bowl on arrival plus cold bottles of water in the fridge. Felt like home. Decor very basic but we didn't mind. We arrived late on Friday, and the area felt okay, with shops and bars nearby. Very good communications with the property admin. Car park space available, but overgrown with weeds.

• Clearine (9/5): Comfortable and a whole house - The property is a spacious 2 bedroom house with a decent living room/dinning room, kitchen and bathroom. There were condiments and oil in the kitchen and an iron and small ironing board. There were bath gels, etc in the shower and ample towels. It's right on the street but has one or 2 stairs at the front. Located close to the busses and underground train station The host was pleasant. I was given the number for the adjacent apartment and when I couldn't open the door, phoned her and got the correct info. It was fairly clean - there was some hairs on the bedsheets. The heater did not seem to warm up the entire house. I did not get the WiFi password whilst there. Sonce I had my phone, so I used my hotspot so it wasn't a real issue. The noise coming from above and the adjacent property makes it sound like someone is in the building with you but it stopped around 11, so my sleep was not disrupted.
• H (9/5): Leytonstone Dreamstay Apartment - The dreamstay apartment is a beautiful apartment just like the pictures shown. A good size, tastefully decorated and very conveniently located. There is off road parking, for one car. But also the London tube, just on the doorstep. Very convenient. A personal welcome board greeted us as we entered...nice touch! Also a nice and toasty warm apartment. Fresh fruit and flowers left for us and plenty of bottled water. Hubby was happy there was a coffee machine to have decent espresso shots! Great host.. friendly, polite, always available and eager to help. Definitely recommend and stay again in future. Should mention, for those not familiar with London, to be aware of school road restrictions. About 45 mins, twice a day, where car entry into the road is restricted. Didn't affect us though, and won't affect you if using public transport.

• Chi (10/5): Good Location, Great Host - location was perfect for us as there's a tube station 1 minute walk away for the central line that gets us to oxford circus in 30 minutes for £3. The Host can be contacted easily and replies to your query's very quickly. The property was clean and have good facilities. I will rebook this property when we're next in the capital.
