• Freddi (10/5): Absolutely stunning and a designer's dream - The house was absolutely gorgeous, as were the views. Upon first entering, it comes across as a clean, nordic style house, but when you look more closely, you realize it's actually like living in a flagship store for Scandinavian Design. The Danish nightstands, the Finnish tableware, the Swedish lounge chairs... every single detail was so thought through. The colors, black tying everything together, were those found in nature, and brought in using different woods, as well as leather and stone. The name Lapland's Gold also shone through with the way yellow accents were used. There were so many things to bring people together, the way the furniture was arranged, the myriad of boardgames, outdoor games, bicycles and snow shoes, seating groups all over and the most gorgeous views to calm ones mind. No need for TVs, lol. Also, could have used a map and compass and suggestions for hiking routes.

• Amanda (10/5): A perfect combination of comfort, style, tranquility and natural beauty - From the moment we arrived at Villa Lapin Kulta, an idyllic retreat on the shores of Lake Inari, we loved everything about it: in particular the stylish interior design, the incredibly comfortable beds, the well-equipped kitchen, the cosiness, the spacious wood-fired sauna and the magnificent VIEW from the huge floor-to-ceiling windows. It was a privilege and a pleasure to spend our long weekend immersed in the pristine natural beauty of the Arctic wilderness. We were lucky enough to view the Northern Lights from the hot tub on the night we arrived and also experienced snowshoeing for the first time, thanks to the (high-quality) winter sports equipment provided. Communication with Niina was excellent, from booking to departure. It really was a perfect and truly memorable stay.
• Ibrahim (10/5): Incredible - Amazing place, everything was provided even tiniest details were available, the view was incredible and worths visiting both in summer and winter, definitely one of my best stays I have ever had, I have been to enormous number of five star hotels and resorts all around the world and I would definitely say that my stay in Upea villa Lapin Kulta was definitely one of the best experiences I have ever had, will definitely come back
