• Maxime (10/5): Amazing view, perfect place to stay near Malaga! - The view (frontal sea side!) and location are amazing. The apartment has direct access to the seaside walkway (car free). Parking is easy to find within the accomodation space (behind closed gates so safe). There’s a supermarket and pharmacy across the street. Plenty of playgrounds nearby for children. A very good ice cream salon too, everything is in walking distance! Malaga centre is 20-25 min. drive which was also very convenient. The apartment has so many facilities: wine fridge, big American style fridge + freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine (even for coffee beans), washer, dryer, … there’s also a swimming pool but this was still closed in March, they were preparing it for the upcoming season though. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Many thanks to WintoWin Rentals as well: plenty of information, good communication and very friendly staff. Everything was ok!
• Vincent (10/5): Wonderful Christmas break - We stayed a whole month over Christmas. Wonderful location and very nice and clean apartment. Amazing sea view. Very friendly contact persons. Bus stop and supermarket just across the street. We would love to come back one day! Switching on the air conditioner for heating the apartment always resulted in massive heating of the main bedroom, which was tolerable but not ideal.

Victoria! - The place is really beatyfull and perfectly located, we added a few small things to make it even more special like coffee mugs, cutting board, wooden spoon, soup ladle, kids chair, potty, etc. We were a bit unlucky with apartment facilities like dishwasher, hot water or balcony blind...
• Marek (10/5): Lovely place! - Beautiful apartment less than 1 minute away from the beach. Stunning view and very helpful host, very good connection to Malaga… I loved it, my family loved it, if you are looking for a brilliant place to stay - just go for it! —-
• Palmqvist (9/5): I would go there again - The view from the balcony was nice and the apartment was great. There were parking lots inside the residential area, though they were very small. Supermarket was very close to the apartment. Easy access to the beach. Many restaurants nearby. The residence was nice and we felt it was safe place to stay. Everything in the apartment was nice and clean, just like in the photos. Swimming pool was not available, due to water saving campaign - no information was shared in advance of this. Communication was a bit confusing, since we were asked twice the same questions about our arrival time. Also there was no reception and the contact person could only be reached by Whatsup call. Not any problem, but customers should be notified about that in advance. Also some e-mails were sent during our stay, but naturally you don't really read any e-mails during your holiday. The lock of the door is a bit tricky and it is worth to let children to use it correctly to avoid further problems.
• Andis (9/5): Lieliski, lieliski, lieliski. Gribēšu tur atgriezties - Jūra tieši blakus. Pastaigu promenāde un restorāni 5-10 minūsu attālumā. Autobusu pietura uz Malagu tieši blakus. Veikals - turpat pāri ielai. Automašīnu stāvvieta atrodas apartamentu iežogotajā teritorijā gar mūra sētu un ir ļoti šaura un biežāk tā ir pilnībā aizņemta nekā brīva. Ja grib noskrāpēt savu auto, tad šis parking tam ir piemērots.
• Kevin (10/5): - The place is very well designed and maintained, with modern amenities. It was also very clean, with a nice sea view, access to both swimming pool and beach, and a supermarket just across the road. We had to park outside the complex on 3 out of the 5 nights that we were there.
• Katarina (10/5): Exceptional - We couldn't wish for anything more. The accommodation was excellent, clean, spacious, modern, fully equipped, and with lots of storage. We also had a see view. It was approximately 1 min walking to the beach, to the supermarket, and a playground. The beach was amazing. Nice and quiet, sandy and good facilities around. The staff of Win to Win Rentals were very polite. Friendly, helpful, and speedy at replying. We would be happy to return any time. Everything was perfect

• Margit (5/5): In other circumstances I would go there again. - The location and the apartment were just perfect. It was a very beautiful apartment with a great view. If it were in other time, without the noise... I would have given highest scores for the place. But unfortunately for this amount of money to have this vacation, where you have to wake up at 8 because of the noise and can not have peace in- or outside the apartment, was very frustrating. There was a construction below our apartment from Monday morning until Friday and outside they renovated the pool, so it was very loud inside and outside the apartment. Not the vacation I would have chosen for my family. The apartment was missing towels, there was no garbage bin in bathrooms. Of course the staff brought it to us when we asked for them.
