• Nataliia (10/5): - Апартаменты расположены в тихом и спокойном месте, что позволило нам отлично отдохнуть. Внутри — две одинаковые спальни с двуспальными кроватями, что было особенно удобно, так как мы путешествовали двумя парами. В апартаментах есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. В целом остались очень довольны! Из минусов — не хватало бокалов для вина, а подушки показались не очень удобными, хотя это, конечно, индивидуально и зависит от предпочтений каждого.
• Tania Surrow (8/5): Great view from the balcony. Quiet at night. - Great view from the balcony to the North of Teide. Very quiet at night. WiFi great. Great location and lovely green compound. Very few kitchen utensils. The balcony furniture is very uncomfortable. Beds are not so good. One day the owner (whom we had never met) just showed up unannounced with a repair man for the laundry machine (which we had not been told something was the matter with). That was very weird and uncomfortable. The residents across from the balcony play very loud music and have extremely loud fights. The compound is full of cats 🐈 who hang out on the balcony and tries to enter the apartment. So if you are afraid of or allergic to cats this is not the apartment for you.

• Lucilla (8/5): - La struttura si trova in zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, l'appartamento è comodo e la cucina dispone di attrezzatura per poter cucinare. I letti molto comodi. Mancanza del cambio lenzuola e il bollitore inutilizzabile

• Pérez (7/5): Estancia vacacional - Cerca de una cala. Espacioso y limpio. Piscina buena. Zona muy tranquila. Sábanas muy gastadas, tenían bolas. Me hubiera gustado que tuviera mesa y 4 sillas en lugar de banquetas. Sería bueno canalizar el desagüe del aire acondicionado ya que hay que ir vaciando la garrafas que llena enseguida.
• Lisa (1/5): Find somewhere else at all costs - As soon as we arrived, I knew that we'd been conned. They didn't even bother to clean any of the dishes or even put sheets on the second bed. All the furnishings felt like they'd been simply picked up off the side of the road, as nothing matched, was dinged to hell, and felt like it was going to fall apart in an instant. There was no way to feel safe and comfortable in this place. I called Booking to cancel our reservation, and they were honestly very helpful but the local property manager was not. The local property manager offered us a full refund but only if we left that instant, which was at 23:00 hours. They also were fully aware and acknowledged that we had a sleeping 3-year old with us and nowhere else to find a place that night. We ended up leaving at dawn the next morning, and booked a different apartment in another part of the island. Based on the quality of the apartment and the property manager/owner, I plead that you please please do not stay here and go somewhere else even if it costs a bit more! Don't make our mistake.

• Martin (9/5): Superb - Very nice apartment. All was clean. Very helpful host. Apartment is in calm, nice and safe appartment complex. Comfortable beds. Parking is on street and sometimes youmust little bit drive to find free place but we always found free place. Occasionally there was some noise from neighbours. We were going to bed early with kids at 22.00. Normally, after 23.00 it was quite.
