• Gisella (1/5): Was not the best place - There was a restaurant around the corner that was great food and dessert prices, you could walk to leather shops and other sightseeing The beds were very uncomfortable, needs improvement on the decor, charged us 100euro for tax for 3 people when we should of only charged for 2 since we had a child under 12, the direction getting there with our Gps was not clear, the maintenance person who showed us in wanted a tip, trash was always outside and men doing drugs we could see them every night from our window
• Thomas (7/5): - Host was very nice. Nothing serious to complain about, location was amazing and the washingmachine was a nice bonus. Appartment was a bit dated, ac in livingroom and toiletseat need to be fixed.
• Marisa (5/5): - La ubicación ,que nos permitieron dejar las valijas antes del check in.Nos dejaron agua fresca en la heladera No andaba el tv,no tenia adonde calentar leche,el horno eléctrico (muy sucio)no tenia una fuente o algo para poder calentar o cosinar en el.
• Jennifer (4/5): The location was excellent, but the apartment was very uncomfortable. - Great location. Everything we possibly wanted to see and do in Florence was walkable. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The host was understanding when we mixed up our dates and sent check in instructions via video. The apartment could have done with a lot more comforts. The bed was small and hard as a rock. The furniture wasn’t anything we wanted to come home to. No coffee or anything extra in the apartment. The AC was difficult to work. This was a cheaper place than a lot others in the area, but still could have been much improved upon.
