• vladislav (10/5): Comfortable stay - Really liked the apartment. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Nice welcome gift on arrival too. The sea is nearby, with plenty of restaurants around. The two large pools and the bar area were also great. Happy to stay here again. Nothing, all was great
• Olga (10/5): We also received complimentary wine and fruits upon arrival, the host was nice, shared some local tips and tricks. Also - The apartment looks just like in the pictures, the balcony is spacious, you can even sunbathe in the bedroom if you open the window. The view is nice, shops and restaurants are nearby, and a shopping mall is within 7 minute walking distance. They also have a private parking, which is very useful in Tenerife

• Kieran (9/5): Excellent , well equipped , comfortable and spotless - Property is an old hotel converted to apartment so you have a mix of holiday guests and full time residents The hotel was spotless and in an ideal location Nobody’s fault but parking is an issue Almost impossible to get a spot on site but in no way did this effect our stay

• Татьяна (10/5): Excellent stay! - A modern, very clean apartment with a large and comfortable bed in the master bedroom and two beds in the second bedroom. A great ocean view towards La Gomera and La Palma. The apartment is excellently equipped with everything you may need, very rich cutlery, a coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, air conditioning in every room (!), a large smart TV, iron, etc, etc. The building has two large swimming pools with sunbeds and a cute pool-bar with great cocktails and coffee. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. We especially recommend the nearby Italian restaurant Desiderio, and the Dino supermarket is very conveniently located as well. The big Rosa Shopping Mall is also nearby. The whole area is quiet, with pleasant seaside walks on the promenade and a lovely beach nearby. Excellent host who meet us in person and provided keys. We would definitely stay here again. Nothing
• Clare (8/5): Lovely clean and spacious apartment in a very chilled and quiet location with good bus routes. - The apartment was spotless and plenty space for us 3. There as a bedroom, 2 shower rooms which was brilliant, lounge and kitchen. The location was very nice albeit a very quiet are so if you wanted more action you could get a bus into Adeje which took 20 mins or taxi is cheap enough (around 15 or so euros). There were 2 pools and one is advertised as heated but i am not sure this is true as was freezing, so we often popped along the road to the Hard Rock Hotel pool. There is a nice little pool bar with lovely friendly staff. Overall if you are looking for a chilled and quiet holiday this is perfect. If you are looking for more action you may want to look nearer to Adeje and similar. This location has everything you need though so if you're not looking for action packed then this is perfect. There were plenty bars/restaurants around and supermarkets equipped with everything you need. There was a couple of issues when we stayed there regarding a leaking toilet but the maintenance man came out same day and fixed straight away which was excellent and these things happen. For us the location was on the quiet side but we did enjoy a few nights in the local restaurants and had lovely meals in all of them. You can't really walk on foot very far which is what we normally enjoy doing on holidays but that was down to us not researching enough. Plenty pools and restaurants to visit if you are not like us and enjoy walking most of the day.
• Alžbeta (7/5): - Prostorny byt, pohodlne postele, klimatizace ve vsech pokojich, super bazen, k dispozici plazove osusky a plne vybavena kuchyn vcetne vsech spotrebicu, !dve koupelny! hned vedle potraviny a plno moznosti, kde se najist. V dochazkove vzdalenosti 2 plaze s cernym piskem. Mozno na obou snorchlovat. Podle pobrezi kousek promenady. Hostitel nam umoznil pozdeji check out.. Ubytovani bylo ciste tak na pul, smotky cernych vlasu byly jak v pracce, tak za dvermi v koupelne :-/ na 7denni pobyt pro 4lidi 2 rolicky toaletniho papiru, takze jsme si ho museli dokupovat. Nemoznost sezeni na balkone pro 4 lidi, i kdyz byt je koncipovan pro 4 lidi, tak sezeni bylo jen pro 2 lidi a sedacky uz meli nejlepsi za sebou.. Neustaly hluk ze stavby v okoli a nebo z hotelu kolem, vecerni produkce koncila kolem 23-23.30 :-( a byla opravdu hlasita :-( nekdy bohuzel sedeli i ostatni obyvatele uplne dole pod ubytovanim a byli nesmirne hlucni :-( museli jsme prakticky vzdycky usinat se spunty do usi.. Nemoznost zaparkovat pred hotelem, vzdy naprosto totalne plno, takze jsme museli parkovat v okoli a nekdy to byla fakt vyzva :-( Nejvetsi zklamani ovsem byl vyhled, protoze z balkonu se kouka primo na dalsi obrovsky vezak, ktery stoji primo pred ubytovanim, coz z fotek neni jasne.
• Colin (8/5): Family of 4 - Njce Stay - The apartment is exactly as expected. 6th floor but 4 elevators. Apartment has everything you could possibly need. Air Con in all rooms, with individual remote controls. Separate bathrooms and showers. TV, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher. Plenty of supplies for all kitchen items. Beds were comfortable and double bed was very big. WiFi is good. Perfect for family of 4. Would recommend. Collected from and dropped to airport for reasonable price. OS3 pool bar is very cool and relaxed, nice cocktails. There is no reception or activities at apartment block. There are a couple of nice restaurants nearby, JP Rocks nice for English breakfast. A few shops also nearby, Hiper Dino has everything you need. Overall the Playa Paraiso area is very, very quiet though. We had to travel into Fanebe and Los Americas for a more lively atmosphere. It was nice to come back to a quiet pool area every day though. Recommended buying an umbrella for your sunbed at pool. There are none. Apartment was great, but area was very quiet. Much quieter than expected. With teen kids we had to travel outside for more entertainment.
• Alex (10/5): Perfect getaway for a family - Great, bright, and spotlessly clean apartment - perfect for a family. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking. The very big TV was a nice touch, and the Wi-Fi was very fast. The building has two large pools and a bar with tasty cocktails. Overall, a fantastic location with many restaurants nearby, a charming beach and bay, and even a shopping mall. It was warm in July, so having air conditioning in the apartment was a real plus! nothing

The apartment was clean & comfortable The taxi had difficulty finding the apartment both at beginning and end of the holiday. While generally well stocked, could've done with a few more glasses, bowls & cups. Perhaps a more info on larger supermarket wouldve been helpful..we discovered the bigger superdino on our last day
• Janno.o (8/5): Good apartment in great location - We stayed in the apartment for two weeks. It is a good size for a family of four (we had a baby and a 6-year-old with us). The apartment was in good condition and had everything needed for a longer stay. The apartment’s location is good – a quiet area with several restaurants and shops right in front of the building. There’s also a large shopping mall nearby. A beautiful promenade perfect for walking, and a black sand and rocky beach are both within walking distance. - Parking can be quite a challenge – the building has a small private parking area, but it’s usually full. In that case, you’ll need to find street parking, which can also be quite busy. - Next to apartment house is large hotel and loud music quite often in the evenings (until 23:00).
• Brianna (9/5): Peaceful winter escape - Our host Igor was wonderful and very helpful. The tea, cava and water was a lovely touch! Location was great, not too far away from the main touristy areas but far enough to be so peaceful. The supermarket was very close by, a very sweet little beach where the sunset looked incredible. We were very happy. There’s nothing I can think of we didn’t like - all our expectations were met.

• Jonathan (9/5): A lovely stay at the Paradise view family Apartments. Ideal for families. - Ideal apartment for a family of four, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very well equipped and clean. Fantastic sunset view from the balcony. Shops and restaurants nearby. Bus stop 2mins walk, into Costa Adeje etc. Minor thing, there was no umbrellas by the poolside.
• Alex (10/5): Perfect apartment and comfortable stay - Beautiful, clean, modern big apartment with a nice view to sunset. We like the comfortable wide bed in the main bedroom. Each room has its own air conditioning, which was important due to the heat. Two bathrooms were nice. There are two big pools with a bar below. We also like the location: many restaurants, bars, shops, and two small beaches are nearby. The host was very responsive, and the unexpected fruit plate with a bottle of wine was a pleasant surprise. It was a really perfect stay; we would love to return. Nothing, all was perfect.
• Janet (10/5): Wonderful. Would stay here again. And please book that airport transfer as it’s cheaper and less hassle. Taxi dropped u - We decided not to take the airport transport, regrettably, so we got to the apartment hours past the agreed time. Igor was so kind and even met us at this restaurant to walked us to the place as we couldn’t find it. Anytime I needed help, they were so helpful. They even helped me book a car. The place is really clean and modern. Good location as we can walk around. It’s was a bit hard to find street parking so pay extra for the private parking.
• Patricia (9/5): Superb - Very clean and comfortable. Lovely welcoming touches with the fresh fruit on the table and a bottle of wine in the fridge. Igor picked us up at the airport and was very helpful sorting out extra sheets etc. We had an issue with the door and he sorted it out immediately. We had a lovely holiday here.Beautiful little area-everything we needed on our doorstep.

We were kindly allowed a late check out as well, thank you! There was some confusion and an hour wait for our taxi collection on arrival but this didn’t deter from a great holiday.

I would come back here if I return to - Great location, near to a cute little beach and shops nearby! Very clean, with all the amenities you need. Good aircon units in all room and the master bathroom is lovely! Hardly anything! Could have done with a softer pillow- but I swapped one from the smaller room and that was much comfort!

• Lucy (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was immaculate and presented really well. Beautiful decor, excellent cleanliness and really nice little touches like chocolates. Check-in was smooth as was check-out and the owners went over and above to ensure a great stay for us. It isn't often that you see a rental property to this kind of high standard. Would thoroughly recommend a stay there :-) It got a bit noisy at night but that is down to the central location, so nothing to do with the actual apartment.

Warm and friendly greetings which already set the tone for a great stay. My family and I really enjoyed it and will definitely repeat if the chance occurred.
• Tomas (10/5): Exceptional - Property is newly refurbished, in perfect location of the town, all shops, bars ,restaurants ,spas just 2/3 minutes away. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming, was very easy to move in and move out. on arrival we get free bottle of champagne and nice plate of fruits Nothing to say. Everything was perfect.
