- Sally (4/5): It wasn’t great - Location was great. Bed was comfy The internet was patchy at best. Could not watch anything on TV due to the connection. The hot water ran out in the morning after 1 shower

Maybe extra towels for more than 2 nights. When it’s a bit cold and damp in Melbourne they take time to dry. An extra toilet paper roll would also be appreciated!

Given the price point there were a few things that were missing, and would consider a hotel instead next time. Hot water ran out very quickly despite short showers. The towels provided were thin, some had holes and they were quite small. No option to store baggage on check out (though is an apartment not a hotel) but was a bit disappointing as we ended up going straight to the airport instead of exploring more of Melbourne.

- Varun (6/5): Convenient but inconvenient - Close to MCG, good location Very noisy surrounds, even inside the accommodation. You can hear neighbours through the walls, so very inconvenient. Doors and windows are not heavy enough to reduce the noise, had a disturbed sleep all night.

Excellent value for money given the location, which is ideal when needing to visit Epworth Hospital. Ensure you read the instructions for parking before arriving.

- Dallas (8/5): Clean and Comfortable - Property was very clean and comfortable. Cannot fault the property at all. Was perfect for our needs. My disappointment was regarding the security deposit as it was held 3 days prior to my stay commencing - I am more than happy to give a security deposit on arrival but 3 days prior was a bit rude (payment for the room was paid in full before my stay) When questioned I was told to read terms and conditions….i didn’t see any information about the withholding amount would be taken so far in advance. Money was released within a day of us checking out - I guess that is something.

- Helen (10/5): Excellent and would stay again. - It was modern, clean, had a lovely street aspect from the window, and a small courtyard with beautiful gumtree. Also a lovely cleaner helped us when we couldn't access with our gate code as we were a little early. She explained why the code wouldn't work and that helped considerably. It's possible there were place mats for the dining table but I couldn't locate them. I used a small cutting board instead. I would put placemats on the centre of the table or in an obvious spot. It won't take long for the table to show signs of wear if guests don't use mats.
- Madisson (5/5): Good room, terrible sleep - Great location close to MCG. Only 10 minute walk to Coles and Cafes. Easy self-check in and parking on site. Modern and very clean. Comfortable bed. I booked the room for a work trip, travelling from 1.5 hours away and hoping to have a good nights sleep with a full day of training the following day nearby. When I arrived the bathroom window was open, which I noticed and closed shortly after arriving. Unfortunately there is no fly screen or anything on this window. Being on the ground floor with trees just outside the window meant that a few mosquitoes must have gotten inside the room before I had the chance to close the window. I woke up at midnight shortly after falling asleep to mosquitos buzzing around my head. I have allergic reactions to their bites and barely slept all night from the stinging and itching as I’d been bitten all over. There was nothing in the room I could use to get rid of them and no staff on site to help with the problem. In the morning I was covered in red welts all over my face, neck and arms, and I’d barely slept at all.

We appreciated being upgraded to a king room with a terrace. The key code system for independent check in worked well for us, but some people's codee must not have been correct, and we had banging on the doors late at night. Once at 10.30 and once at 3am.
