• Javier (3/5): Mucho que mejorar! - Piso en bajo en un bloque viejo! Olor a cerrado, mucha humedad en paredes, zonas bajas. Nos faltó un juego de sábanas que no se repuso hasta el día siguiente. Nos alojamos 4 y había sólo dos tenedores, con lo cual compramos de plástico. Muchos aspectos que mejorar Hormigas en la cocina, las que quieras y más.

• Roberto (4/5): Falta de mantenimiento. - La ubicación. Muy bien Aunque el apartamento estubo bien en su día, ahora el mantenimiento es pésimo. Puertas que no cierran, tapa del inodoro rota, paredes que se caen de la humedad, térmicos que saltan al encender aire acondicionado o nevera, enchufes que no funcionan, no hay antena para ver la TV.... Suciedad en baños, la cama del sofá cama sucia, no se ha cambiado nunca, almohada y sábanas sucias...
• Carme (3/5): - La ubicación horrible y decir que el menaje del apartamento era escaso, es mucho decir, no teníamos tenedores, tan solo dos, nos tuvieron en la calle 40 minutos esperando las llaves

• Monika (7/5): - Duża przestrzeń Apartament wymaga odświeżenia / wyremontowania oraz większej dbałości o porządek. Parking de facto nie jest dostępny i trzeba za niego dodatkowo płacić.
• Bogdan (5/5): Broken boiler - The AC is working, two functional bathrooms and an equipped kitchen. From the first day, the water was rusty, meaning a problem with the boiler, confirmed also by the condition of the boiler itself which looked damaged. No action from the owners after informing them. During the last days, the kitchen was flooded with water from the boiler which kept running, again no action from the owners after informing them. Disappointing.
