• Viorela (1/5): Hair on bedsheets and very moldy!! - In the city center I found hair and dirt/lint on the bed linen - unacceptable!! There is a high possibility that the sheets were not actually changed, but only straightened on the bed. In addition, the musty smell is terrible; If you have asthma or other respiratory problems, you can’t live there. If you don’t have any issues, there’s a high chance you’ll leave with something. This apartment should not be rented out until it is renovated. The window blinds are also moldy. The walls are very dirty, and there were spider webs. I tried contacting the rental, but they didn’t answer me anymore when I told everything I found in the apartment - we spoken earlier about the check-in, which wasn’t smooth also (I didn’t received any instructions, I called, some guy told me will send immediately the details, nothing happened. Called again when I was in front of the building, I had to wait more minutes because he wasn’t at the office. The details weren’t complete, he didn’t know to explain me well what to do to enter the building, I had to send some pictures etc.)
• Carlos Rossa (10/5): Great place - Location is prime. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay. It's big for European standards, four people can easily live there. There's a supermarket on the corner and a cafe downstairs. I would definitely stay there again. Nothing. We mentioned to the host that there were no wine glasses and within hours we had half a dozen of bohemian wine glass at the property. Google maps complicated a little on how to get there. If you come by train or bus, just walk through the tunnel (on your right hand side) and take the elevator (yes there's an elevator in the tunnel) to the first floor. You will be on the street, easiest way ever.

• Sara (9/5): - La ubicación, la limpieza y el anfitrión. Las ventanas de una de las habitaciones están a pie de calle y no tienen ningún tipo de barrotes, me parece un poco inseguro.

• Lawrence (7/5): It was as if someone forgot to supply the items that one expects in decent lodgings. - Location great. Had to call the owner to get access codes because the email response was not functional. No garbage pail in either bathroom. No sponge or detergent to wash dishes. No hand towel in kitchen area to wipe hands. No soap/body wash in either shower. No coffee or tea to prepare in the morning. No night table or light on one side of a double bed. At this price point, I expected better.
• Gabriele (9/5): Würden gerne wieder kommen - Die Lage war perfekt. Nähe Bahnhof und Zentrum. Trotzdem ruhig. Tolle Frühstücksbar direkt daneben. Aber auch jede Menge Bars und Restaurants sehr nahe. Die Wohnung hatte zwei Bäder und WC und war gut geschnitten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine Kleinigkeit: Ein paar Kleiderbügel mehr, wären gut gewesen

• Leanne (10/5): Excellent stay, wonderful and helpful management - Communication was excellent and we were able to access the apartment before the usual check in time, so appreciated as we were walking the Camino del Norte with our children and arriving earlier was a blessing to get settled and relaxed on arriving in Santander. The apartment was spacious, the bathrooms seemed quite newly renovated and having an excellent washing machine and dryer was great. The kitchen was very well equipped and we were able to cook and use the dishwasher. The beds were very comfortable. At first we weren't sure about the location, it's on a quiet street back from the main road that looked a little suspect. But we really liked that it was quiet but we could be on the main street in a minute from leaving the apartment. It was all great, no complaints at all, maybe the sofa could have been more comfortable but that's all I can think of which is why I gave the property a score of 10. There were cheaper options for apartments but we felt it was worth paying a little bit more for the comfort and location.

• Denise (4/5): Very basic, not in a good area & felt unsafe - Location is close to city centre but not in a good area. As previous reviewers have said the negatives are as follows: The apt was very musty & damp. It is in an old building and the outside was very shabby, surrounded by graffiti and not very appealing (see photos below). The apt is on the first floor & is very noisy. There is no elevator & the neighbours pass by when entering & exiting the building via a noisy wooden staircase. There was little natural light & no air conditioning. The bathrooms were worn, water gushed out of the shower which only had a a flimsy shower curtain & soaked the floor. Poor quality beds/bed linen, the sofa was very uncomfortable. No parking, it is basic student accommodation & we could not recommend a stay here.
