• Hortense (3/5): Pas reposant. - Le logement est bien situé. A 2 min à pied de la mer et 10/15 min à pied du centre historique Le logement n’est pas très propre, moisissure sur le plafond de la salle de bain, joint du plan de travail sale, encadrement de porte d’entrée non terminé. De plus le logement n’est pas du tout isolé. C’est comme si nous avions vécu avec les voisins (ronflements la nuit, déplacement de chaise et bruit de branchement sur prise électrique à minuit!!). Nous entendions tout ce que les voisins disaient. Très compliqué de se reposer pendant les vacances lorsque nous entendons du bruit tard le soir et dans la nuit.

• Lucia (7/5): - Die Lage ist wirklich genial! Aufgrund der dünnen Wände ist schlafen wirklich schwierig. Man hört alles durch und vorallem eine sehr laute Tür… die einen immer wieder aus dem Schlaf reißt. Erholung gab es deshalb keine… Auch stehen immer wieder Menschen direkt vor dem Fenster/ Tür und quatschen oder sind laut. Ruhe findet man hier schwer.

• Kateřina (1/5): - We had booked the accommodation for three nights, but after the first night, we left and found another place to stay. Don’t be fooled by the photos posted here. In reality, the accommodation looks very different, and the surrounding area was genuinely quite unsettling. The property has no heating at all, and during the winter, the temperature inside the apartment was around 13C.

El apartamento es una cucada, tienes todo lo que necesitas, cómodo y limpio Por mas que lo pienso no hay nada que pueda indicar.

• Vilius (4/5): The flat was dark, cold, moldy - didn’t match the photos, but it was clean and in a great location. - Location is perfect - near to the beach and to the port. Also city center 10 min walk. The flat looked completely different from the pictures in booking. Seems that the host rents several same flats in the same building, and they used the best-looking flat for photos. Our flat did not match what advertised. The flat was dark, cold, and had a moldy smell. There was only one window facing an inner courtyard with tall buildings, so very little sunlight - was a feeling like living in the basement. The courtyard walls were covered in graffiti with some trash and cigarette buts on the ground. Inside the flat, walls were in many places cracked and peeling, and the furniture was very basic. Couch was covered in sheets and very uncomfortable to sit on. The shower was small and uncomfortable to enter and water always ran all over the bathroom floor. On the positive side, the flat was generally clean, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets were fresh. We used the flat just for sleeping. To be in the flat felt very unpleasant. The location was excellent—very close to the beach, the port with restaurants and activities, the city park (5-minute walk), and the city center (10–15 minutes). Underground parking was nearby, secure, and spacious, though expensive (€30 for 12 hours).

• Diane (1/5): Very disappointing! - Local bakery around the corner. The location is a haven for drinking until the early hours of the morning with a night venue opposite the front door, making excessive noise and drug taking. I had to ask approximately 10 extremely noisy people to remove themselves from the doorstep at 4am.

Sehr gute Lage: fußläufig zum Strand, in die Stadt und auch der Hafen ist schnell erreichbar. Cons: The bathroom door is semi-transparent and offers almost no privacy.The apartment is located in an alley full of graffiti, which gives a rather unsafe impression. The walls are extremely thin – you can hear everything from outside and the neighbors.At night, people knock on the door and ring the bell, which is very disturbing.When we contacted the accommodation to request a change, no solution was offered; we were simply told to “be careful.” Die Toilettentür ist halb durchsichtig und bietet praktisch keine Privatsphäre. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Gasse voller Graffiti, die einen eher unsicheren Eindruck hinterlässt. Die Wände sind extrem dünn – man hört alles von außen und von den Nachbarn. Nachts wird an die Tür geklopft und geklingelt, was sehr störend ist. Bei Kontaktaufnahme zur Unterkunft wegen eines Wechsels wurde uns keine Lösung angeboten, stattdessen hieß es lediglich, man solle „aufpassen“.

Via dell'appartamento senza uscita quindi molto tranquilla Non è un appartamento ma un ex negozio piano strada con una sola finestra che da sulla strada quindi poco utilizzabile fortunatamente la strada è senza uscita quindi tranquilla. Il bagno non ha finestre e nemmeno un areatore. La doccia funziona male perchè esce acqua dal piatto doccia ed abbiamo dovuto chiedere degli asciugamani aggiuntivi che gentilmente ci hanno portato. abbiamo avuto problemi con l'accensione delle piastre elettriche perchè non c'era nessuna spiegazione di utilizzo L'aria condizionata gocciava dalla lampada appena fiori la porta d'ingresso che chiaramente non funzionava forse erchè andata in corto

• Alfredo (9/5): Ambiente de playa, parques y centro historico - El barrio de la Malagueta es muy centrico, cerca a la playa, a los cafes y restaurantes cercanos al faro, a los parques, el ayuntamiento y a unos 7 minutos a pie del centro historico. La seguridad es muy alta, uno puede caminar cerca del hospedaje sin problema alguno, uno se siente que respira tranquilidad. Hay negocios cercanos en caso uno quiera matar el hambre de muy tarde, y que estan abiertos hasta entrada la noche. Con respecto al apartamento, cubrio nuestras expectativas, no hay ruidos molestos, se duerme buen luego de una larga jornada de tour a pie, todo funciona muy bien. El sofa, el colchon y almohadas comfortables. La maquina de cafe muy eficaz. Hay un lugar cerca para tomar desayuno "La Canasta" a menos de 50 metros. Es una cafeteria que abre desde temprano y eso permite comenzar bien el dia. Recomiendo mucho este lugar. Solo una recomendacion: Al usar la ducha, el agua corre por el borde al lado de la pared y luego cae al piso. Luego de 5 minutos, esa agua es mas o menos abundante, aun cuando pusimos las toallas en el piso. Podrian poner un tope en el borde inferior de la ducha para que el agua se quede dentro y no salga. Mas alla de eso, todo excelente.

• Monzalge (1/5): - The walls of the room are made of paper. There is a bar outside the accommodation, and young people stand outside our door all night shouting. When they finally go to bed around 4 a.m., the laboratory nearby opens around 6 a.m., making even more noise. Sounds from other apartments can also be heard. The apartment is located in a drug-ridden alley, which was not described when booking. It is on the ground floor, where people pass by right outside, making it impossible to open the windows or let in sunlight. There is no balcony or terrace either. We received too few towels during our stay. The bed is rock hard, and the pillows smell of dried-in sweat from previous guests. In the photos, you can see the picture of the address they provided at first, and then where we actually ended up

• Lucy (8/5): Lovely apartment with a great location - The property has everything you need. The location was great, 2 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the old town. There’s also a lovely pastry shop just up the stairs from the apartment. If there was any issues, the owner was very easy to get ahold of and makes sure your stay is as best it can be. Our stay was to enjoy both site seeing and some partying so we didn’t mind this too much as we understand but there is a club just outside that shuts early morning (only opens on weekends) - a group of people were outside our door talking most the early morning. Just made a ruffle of the door as if to open it and they left. We didn’t mind as we understand and weren’t too bothered by it but something to be mindful of

While the interior is fine, the exterior leaves a lot to be desired. It is located in a back street covered in graffiti and did not feel at all safe as a location.
• Kirill (4/5): Terrible experience in a side street - Location in the city is very good, closer to the beach. The property D1 is located in a terrible side street. People sleep, piss on and have party just in front of your door. It is not clean inside either.

I did not like the fact that the bathroom was not checked before handing the property over to us and there was a drip from the bathroom ceiling which was unpleasant.

• Philip (1/5): Poorly Located Apartment - The apartment was clean and well equipped. The apartment appears to be a conversion of a storage unit. The main door to the apartment is located off a hidden rear courtyard. On both nights we were there large noisy groups of people gathered in the courtyard immediately in front of the entrance door. They made excessive noise all night from 11pm to 5.30am and as a result we were unable to sleep for 2 consecutive nights. We had no option but to vacate the apartment and we booked other accommodation. The location is not suitable for long holiday stays, lone or vulnerable travellers. To date we have had no response to our complaint to customer service or the apartment owners.

The appartment was located in an alley, where yours adults where partying every night and did drugs. They knocked on our Windows and door several times, every day almost. There was garbage everywhere outside the apparment, used siggarets and people and urinated on the walls. The AC, did not work proparly Even after the host had tried to fix it.
