Ernst-Peter (6/5): Insgesamt eher positiv, aber gewöhnungsbedürftig. - Lage im Ort gut, nach anfänglichen Problemen mit der Schließtechnik ging das dann gut. Die Sauberkeit völlig in Ordnung. Problematisch die Toiletten- und Waschraumsituation: Bei beiden keine Geschlechtertrennung!Geschlechtertrennung
Kai Julian (1/5): Es gab keinen da ich nie an einen Menschen gelangt bin der bei denen arbeitet - Nichts Keine Kommunikation mit echten Menschen. Ich versuche seit drei Tagen einen Menschen zu erreichen und bekomme eine KI aufgebunden. Auf einem Anrufbeantworter gesprochen, dass ich einen Rückruf erwarte, welche nie Kam. Ich habe das Gefühl das diese Apartment garnicht existiert. Ich stand an der angegeben Adresse, wo nicht ausgeschildert wurde und Nachbarn gesagt haben das sie diese Apartments nicht kennen. Ich empfehle euch nicht hier zu buchen. Das ist das Kunden unfreundlichste was ich je hatte. Wiederholung seit drei Tagen versuche ich mit irgendwem Kontakt aufzunehmen

ANTONINA (6/5): Переночувати можна - Кімната зручна все в кімнаті було, можна було відпочити, особливо я після реабілітації була тому шукала тихе і спокійне місце, де можна було відпочити! Недалеко транспорт. Постіль була нечиста, як одіяло, так і покривло, запах їжі з кухні йшов, не дуже комфортно всередині душ не закривається , як і туалет. Кімната з кодом поки приловчився його ввести!

ANGELA (1/5): poca limpieza - Tanto en la habitación como en la cocina había cucarachas. Los baños y las toallas de las habitaciones estaban sucios. En las habitaciones se oía todo, además la cama y la almohada eran muy incómodas.

Soeren (1/5): Enttäuschend und absolut unzuverlässig. - Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen. Weniger als 12 Stunden vor Reisebeginn erhielt ich vom Hotel über WhatsApp eine Stornierung mit der Begründung angeblicher Renovierungsarbeiten. Wir waren zu fünft für das ACDC-Konzert angereist und hatten die Unterkunft Monate im Voraus gebucht. Die Nachricht erreichte uns jedoch erst am Vorabend um 22:30 Uhr – eine alternative Unterkunft war zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht mehr organisierbar. Zudem wurde ich gedrängt, die Stornierung selbst über Booking vorzunehmen, was ich selbstverständlich nicht getan habe. Auf Nachfrage beim Booking-Kundenservice stellte sich heraus, dass dort keinerlei Information über die angebliche Renovierung vorlag, obwohl das Hotel behauptete, dies bereits vor einer Woche gemeldet zu haben. Booking wird den Fall prüfen und das Hotel entsprechend konfrontieren. Es drängt sich leider der Verdacht auf, dass unser Zimmer kurzfristig zu einem höheren Preis weitervermietet wurde und man uns deshalb storniert hat. Daher: Vorsicht bei Buchungen in diesem Hotel.

Also, after returning to my home country, I received an e-mail asking me to pay 20 dollars for a remote control that was not there in the first place or if it were I would not use nor see anyway.

Alhussein (8/5): - Multiple toilets and showers. Organized refrigerator and freezer partitions in kitchen. Best value-for-money we could find in karlsruhe. Basic cooking amenities could be provided in the kitchen like foil paper. Cleaning Staff flagged the room to have needed a post-checkout extra cleaning when in fact the room was left in a good condition, and host asked for extra payment to cover that extra cleaning which they regarded as "damage".

Emir Timur (5/5): Manche Probleme aber Preis Ok - War angenehm und sauber Wir sind in der Nacht um 2 Uhr gekommen, waren total müde, in der Nacht konnten wir im Zimmer den Fernseher nicht ausschalten, es gab keine Fernbedienung, und Stecker war nicht erreichbar, ich musste mit dem Licht vom Fernsehen im Zimmer schlafen. In der Früh um 8 Uhr haben die Personal angefangen Staubsaugen, es war sehr laut, draußen habe ich den Mann gesehen, der geputzt hat, er hat oben nichts angehabt, meine Kinder wollten nicht zur Toilette gehen, weil er nicht angezogen war, ich musste ihm bitten, dass er nicht rauskommt..
