Braian (2/5): - La luce è saltata due volte a causa di un nostro sovraccarico di energia a quanto pare,la prima volta ci hanno detto che avrebbero mandato un elettricista in mattinata ma alla fine abbiamo dovuto chiamarlo noi ed è questo l’unico motivo per cui è venuto,altrimenti non sarebbe venuto nessuno.Abbiamo pagato l’elettricista a spese nostre la prima volta ci hanno detto che ci avrebbero ridato i soldi invece una volta che abbiamo lasciato la struttura non ci hanno ridato i soldi in quanto il guasto era stato “causato da noi” e non da un malfunzionamento del servizio,pertanto abbiamo pagato 100 euro di elettricista per nulla e ci hanno lasciato tutta la notte senza luce,la seconda volta che è saltata ci hanno sempre detto che saremmo dovuti rimanere senza luce tutta la notte e hanno mandato qualcuno in mattinata,la mattina dopo è venuto veramente qualcuno il quale ha premuto un solo bottone,se ce lo avessero detto prima avremmo risparmiato 100 euro.Dalla cauzione ci hanno detratto 158 euro perché il massimo di consumo erano 25 kw al giorno e noi ne abbiamo usato una media di 70 kw,essendo in 6 non vedo come sia possibile consumare solo 25kw al giorno.Ogni volta che avevamo bisogno di qualcosa lo staff ci impiegava sempre del tempo a rispondere e certe volte non rispondeva nemmeno,comunicazione terribile,per quanto la casa possa essere bella io per questa esperienza personale che ho avuto non ritornerei mai presso questa struttura.
