• Berrie (10/5): Ontzettend genoten van 12 dagen Valencia - Perfecte locatie direct aan zee met een mooi strand. Daarnaast sta je in 20 minuten in de binnenstad van Valencia Uitzicht op de bouwplaats was wat minder

• Keith (10/5): - The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Just 1 minutes walk to the beach in a great location during warmer weather but we found it a little lacking on restaurants within easy walking distance during the early months. (Within a 15 minute walk) bus stop on the doorstep to get into valencia city and plenty there. Would definitely return from say April onwards as pool may also be open. Nothing not to like about the apartment once everything opened. Entirely our fault for coming a little bit early.

• Anahit (10/5): - It was a very comfortable apartment. The bus stop was very close, which made it very easy to get to the city center. The area was very beautiful and safe, and the beach was a 3 minute walk away
• Liam (8/5): Great spot to enjoy the beach suburbs of Valencia from - Great location close to the beach, beach front eateries. 15 minute drive or 25 minute ride from the old part of town or the impressive science museum, art centre and aquarium. Also close to the the trendy Cabanyal district of Valencia. We highly recommend the tapas tour of the area with Sas (https://tapasmetsas.nl/en/home). Pablo was friendly and helpful. We were keen on the pool but it was closed - this should be clear as a part of the facilities statement. Facilities are a bit dated and access is not clear - more guidance would be good. The sea view is more oblique than direct which involves the city over a bit of an industrial wasteland.

• Francisco (8/5): - Excelente localização, a poucos minutos do praia. Posta do sol espectacular, amanhecer aí da melhor. Duas habitações, espacioçaa, TV com canais, cozinha equipada com utensílios básicos. Toalhas e limpeza no geral boas. Cama de casal aceitavel, nao sendo assim as camas individuais, sendo estas muito molestar no colchão Casa de banho ampla e equipada, com sabonete e cremes. Varanda sem vista à piscina, mas consegue-se ver a praia, sendo que a vista no geral nao é das melhores. Facilidades para lavar (máquina de lavar roupa). Tivemos de ligar para receber as instruções de acesso quando ja tínhamos realizado checkonlibe solicitado e indicado a hora de chegada. Ficamos algo perdidos no momento da nossa chegada O lugar de estacionamento é pequeno para três SUV. Sao tres carros contiguos. Quando chegamos ja havia um lugar ocupado quase pisando a linha de separação e ti e problemas pata sair. Pensamos seriamente em deixar o carro fora do estacionamento, mas nos dias seguintes tivemos "vizinhos" pelo que qcabou por correr bem. Uma noite decidimos cozinhar, perto da meia noite, Ligamos o ar condicionado, o forno , e com as luzes da casa a luz foi abaixo. Ligamos ao responsável quem rapidamente nos ajudou a resolver ( o tivemos que baixar e subir o break novamente) Não utilizamos a piscina, aparentemente nao é possível levar cadeiras e nao ha espreguisadeiras l, na verdade nunca entendemos. ,

First i want think M Pablo for his hospitality, L appartement est tres propre, une belle terrasse equipee d une belle table pour les petits dej, cuisine bien equipee, 2 chambres, sdb tres propre, et un canapé qui se transforme en un lit double tres confortable, la piscine est grandieuse.. une zone tres calme, une corniche a 60 m, le bus est a coté, un grand parking en bas de la residence..je recommande fortement Merci Pablo Nothing

Todos los bares de alrededor cierran muy pronto eso es lo q me chocó pq yo estoy acostumbrada a pesar de vivir en lugar muy pequeño a q los bares cierren entre semana en verano como pronto a las 1 allí a las 23:00esta todo más q cerrado. Pero conseguí mi objetivo q era descansar Yo solo cambiaría el colchón pero se q soy bastante delicada pa la cama y se q es complicado complacerme con eso

• Heather (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment was well supplied with everything. King size bed was super comfy. Very close to the beach, which you can see from the balcony. Bus to town just round the corner. Some little grocery shops close and there are restaurants along the promenade which you will def walk along. Enjoyed our stay for sure. Quite a distance into the centre of the city but the buses are very frequent and right outside the building. Only issue was the swimming pool wasn't open while we were there but this was clearly indicated on the booking info. Anyways you have the beach right beside you.

• Dace987 (9/5): Spacious apartments within arm's reach of the beach - Very spacious apartments, many things have been thought of - there is both coffee and laundry detergent, cookies. Comfortable beds, non-slip floor in the shower. The sea is a 2-minute walk from the apartments. The owner is very responsive. The instruction is prepared in such a way that everything can be understood without unnecessary stress and additional questions. A gym and swimming pool are also available there (in October, however, it does not work). The apartments are located behind a closed fence. There is also a local cafe. The location is far from the center, but if you want to enjoy the beach, then this is not an obstacle. There are no large grocery stores nearby. There were minor problems with the drainage - the water in the sink did not go away and the water in the pot did not flow for a while. Overall, we are very satisfied!

• Marta (10/5): Relaxing place - This appartment is very clean, very comfortable and just 3 minutes from the beach. There is a bus stop just in front of the residence who goes directly to the center of Valence ( 30 min ). Parking space is in the underground parking. Parking space is not very wide so for someone with a big car it can be too small, if your parking neibourghs parks not well. There is a very good contact with the owner of the place. • Ana (8/5): Very good - The "doorman" was very helpful, the neighborhood bar onsite was terrific with very friendly staff. The apartment was great for a few days' stay--hot water, central a/c, nice towels for the shower. Complimentary tea and coffee. The parking space was a VERY tight squeeze--might be good to indicate it's best for small cars. Also, the twin beds were too bouncy, and the pillows were more like cushions. Larger pillows would be better!

• Sanjeev (9/5): Superb - It was an amazing stay. We loved everything about it. Its in front of the beach. We could even enjoy the beautiful sunrise, each day of our stay. Apartment is well maintained and owner has very well thought about the need and comfort of the visitors. Facilities with in the Apartment compound were great as well. They have padel courts, huge swimming pools, children playing area and a bar. If we happen to come back to Valencia we are gonna stay here. Everything was perfect. While booking, I thought it was slightly over priced but given the season, location, facilities and the cosy atmosphere in the apartment, I realised it was worth.

Apartment was equipped by all one's needs (towels, flatiron, hairdryer, washing machine, etc.) was super clean and spacious. Garage near by the elevator. The owner Adrian was alwas ready to help us when we needed.
• Julie (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was really nice and very clean. The beds were comfortable. There was everything we needed in the property, and the water in the fridge on arrival was most welcome, as were the snacks - really nice touch. The internet works perfectly well and there's a big TV with Netflix etc... available. The apartment complex is well looked after and completely safe, with great amenities. The people who work there are super nice. It was very convenient having a cafeteria/restaurant on site and the beach is only a couple of minutes walk away, which is great. The host was responsive and friendly. There's a little shop just around the corner which was open on Sundays so that was perfect. The view from the apartment is not very nice - you can only see the sea if you turn your head to the side but your immediate view is quite industrial with a bit of a noisy road and concrete walls with graffity on them. There is no lock or child security on the balcony door, and it opens very easily so children could potentially open it and then climb on the banister too as there was a ledge - this was scary for us as we have two children so we told them not to touch the balcony door but we really had to watch them just in case. The biggest disappointment for us was that our main criteria for booking this place was the pool, and the fact that the listing clearly stated that the pool was open. However, the pool was not open because the Apartment Complex Managers had decided to delay the date that they would open it. The Host knew this, they'd emailed him before we turned up but he hadn't warned us, didn't let us know on arrival either - we had to find out for ourselves and get in touch with him to ask about it. We were dismissed, like it wasn't a big deal and were told that it wasn't his fault and that we could get a discount on a future booking. We thanked him and explained that we wouldn't be back because we try a different destination every year but that we were hugely disappointed about the pool. He didn't offer us another form of compensation. So I had to go through Booking.com to argue my case. It was stressful and time consuming because the Host opposed it, even though I would not have booked his property if it had been advertised with no pool, and similar apartments with no pool were much cheaper. In the end Booking.com agreed that I should get compensated but it definitely made me feel upset that the Host wasn't more fair and reasonable and really didn't want to take responsibility for the issue...
• Fanica (10/5): Exceptional - This apartament felt like home. Everything is new in the apartament. The beach is 2 min walk. Adrian is a helpful host and everything is functional and very easy to use. Easy check in. Private underground parking, oceanview, Netflix, Prime-ALL you need for a perfect trip! Highly recomended! All was perfect!
