Guest Reviews
- Evelina (7/5): Superb location, just needs better cleaning - The apartment is located in very good area, you can reach Westminster Abbey by foot, Victoria station, metro and bus stations are as well nearby. The apartment is well equiped, has beautiful balcony. Easy check-in and check-out. Apartment needs deep cleaning, both sheets and towels had stains. As well there was no air conditioner so it gets quite hot inside. The bed is small, not for tall people (more than 6'1") and more suitable for a couple rather than group of friends.
- francesca (7/5): - La posizione: bus sotto casa, metro a due passi. Negozietti per cibarie vicini. Macchinetta del caffè con cialde. L'arredamento essenziale e carino in poco spazio. Il balconcino. Zona tranquilla. Tutto il necessario per la cucina anche se non usata. Tv letto con Prime . Il balconcino con vetri a terra all'arrivo, il wc con cestino per la carta..la scala ripida per salire a letto. Alcuni aggiustamenti.
- Mark (10/5): Very pleasant and well cleaned - The balcony and the view with the lights, very nice good location short walk to most attractions Maybe a little more storage if possible
- Mark (7/5): Small, quiet apartment near Pimlico - Good location near Pimlico or Victoria tube, a quiet area for London. Good communications on accessing the property and secure. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Steep ladder to mezzanine futon area, bathroom uses a macerator toilet so toilet paper needs to go in a bin, also if you run the bathroom sink tap for a while it backs up into the shower drain. Some better finishing needed throughout the apartment with many poor quality repairs. The kitchenette only had x1 bowl that was usable, the other bowl had a hole, the kitchen sink plug did not fit (owner informed on arrival). Poor quality and inappropriate lock fitted to the balcony door.
- Geoffrey (10/5): Great stay fantastic location - Fantastic location close to the train station, lots of fantastic restaurants , bars and shops close by , the apartment is small but very comfortable the balcony was great for afternoon drinks , the owner made sure my check in and check out went smoothly and with ease
- Chiara (9/5): Belgrave Studio Apartments - Little nice studio in a wonderful quiet position. Near every station to reach every part of London! Self check in and check out, everything was wonderful!
- Diana (10/5): Exceptional - I recently stayed in this small apartment in London and absolutely loved it!
The location was fantastic—close to everything I needed.
It was clean, cozy, and had great water pressure, which I always appreciate.
The neighbors were also very friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant.
There was a small shop nearby with a great selection of fresh and delicious fruit, and a bigger supermarket was just a short walk away. There were also plenty of different restaurants around, so you would never ran out of options for meals.
One of my favorite parts was the balcony—it was perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee.
I also got to finally watch Harry Potter on Netflix, which isn’t available in my home country, so that was a nice bonus!
The landlord was incredibly kind and helpful. He even responded to my message in the middle of the night when I arrived, which I really appreciated.
I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting London and would love to stay here again next time I’m in the city!
- Rosie (10/5): Exceptional - Great central apartment - will definitely be booking again if available!
- Stuart (1/5): AVOID - it could cost you a lot - location do NOT book this place, you could lose a lot of money.
I arrived at approx. 6.30pm to find that the apartment had not been cleaned. I contacted Faizan to inform him of this, and he told me emergency cleaners would come at 8pm, which I agreed to. 8pm came and went, no cleaners arrived. Whilst waiting I tried accessing the internet (did not work) and the television (did not work). 9.30pm came and no cleaners arrived, and Faizan had stopped taking my calls. I ended up having to leave the apartment as I was so upset & angry at my night being ruined, and did not want to sleep in dirty sheets. Despite Faizan saying he would refund me in full, I have not had any money back as yet (1 week later). I've read other reviews of this place and this seems like a regular occurance - i.e. guests arrive to a dirty apartment, Faizan ignores their calls and waits for them to cancel. It's then very hard to get your money refunded (I was on the phone to Booking.com customer services for approximately 3 hours). Therefore I think that the apartment is a scam to part innocent guests from their hard-earned cash. Avoid.
- Maggy (1/5): Worst experience - I had no working toilet or shower for 24 hours. It got to a point where I had to walk to a cafe to use their toilets. Upon arrival I had to clean the whole flat which took me up to 5 hours. I had to buy new duvet covers and pillows along with candles and air fresheners; change the bed (because they were used covers) and buy a new towel. After the plumbers had come; poo was left on the bathroom floor and walls and the shower was still flooded with a strong smell of sewage. I had to move to a different hotel which resulted in me paying a further £1300 because there were hardly any hotels left that day. I’m still awaiting an issued full refund.
- Diane (2/5): Very poor -
- Julie (4/5): Uncomfortable - Location Very shabby, dirty, needs health and safety checks!
- Brian (5/5): Good location. Small room. Couldnt tune the telly in. - Location Cold
- Samuel (8/5): Cozy and quaint place to stay. -
- Caroline (8/5): Very good -
- Melanie (5/5): It was a pleasant stay, very pricey for how small the place is. - I loved the location of the property. I didn’t like how we paid extra for early check in and it was left a mess from previous guest. Also wish it had a bigger mattress since it’s just on the floor and hasn’t got a stand.
- Dylan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marco (7/5): Tiny apartment in Pimlico, clean and well equipped - We love Pimlico and Victoria area, price was fair, so we chose this super-tiny apartment.
Just a few minutes away from the Underground station and bus stops; close enough to the Victoria coach station (easy transfer to/from the airports).
Quite a good choice of restaurants and shops/markets in the surroundings.
The apartment was clean and the kitchenette well equipped.
The terrace above the main door is an excellent place for breakfast and relaxing.
Excellent for our needs, we enjoyed our stay. Much smaller than it appears in pictures.
The loft bed is a mattress on the floor (low ceiling: you can’t stand).
You can’t flush toilet paper down the toilet: it had to be put in a bin.
- Bazuhair (6/5): Nice location, needs cleaning, a bit smaller than shown on pictures, - Location, nice balcony and quite neighborhood
Close to a metro station Smaller than shown on pictures, it was not cleaned upon arrival after precious guests with dirty towels on bathroom floor, garbage around the apartment and used bed sheets. However, after communicating with the owner a cleaner was sent and cleaned the apartment to a somehow acceptable condition
- Emre (8/5): Tiny apartment in a great location - Location is great. A few min away from metro station, bus station, restaurant and markets.
Also close to Victoria station, which makes easier to transport from/to airport
Balcony is wide and comfortable.
Kitchen appliances are more than enough and clean. The bathroom and the shower are really small.
The little sofa is way too little to chill.
- Paul (7/5): Good - Nice location, perfect little studio for a short day TV didn't work and only decaf coffee but wasn't s real problem
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - The location was amazing and felt very safe, very close to a train to catch. The property is small but perfect for a solo traveller. Staff of the property were so kind snd helpful through out the trip (just a message away for any questions). A perfect stay for a London experience. I loved this stay and will be booking this again for my next London trip 100%!
- Lewis (9/5): Superb -
- Dariusz (3/5): This place is definitely overpriced since it is more or less 10m2 in total. - Location is perfect and it is generally clean, snacks are given. There is a wifi that works ok. ... it is very tiny. Everything is super small. The shower is 1m2. I am 190 cm, it is not possible to take a normal shower since you can not enter below the shower. The toilet paper can not be trashed to the toilet, just to the bin near the toilet. There is a device in the toilet/bathroom that produces O3 (ozonizer) - used to clear the air, kill the mold, but it can not be turned off during the time you are in!! It is not safe for health since it produces free radicals all the time the light is turned on in the bathroom. The host brought the snacks when I was not there but there was no shampoo at the shower and it was not added. It was also a bit smelly and a bit cold.
- Chloé (8/5): Great stay - amazing location and fantastic host! - Location is amazing - stayed here for a concert at the 02. Super central and close to the tube. Absolutely loved the space, although super tiny. More than enough room for two people. Nothing really - everything was great and the host was super helpful! Only negative I could possibly give was that we couldn't use the TV. We wanted to put some music on, and although it was a smart tv, it wouldn't allow us to connect or use youtube/spotify (We just played music the old-fashioned way and put our phone in a cup! Not the end of the world!)
- Robyn (1/5): Bad - Location was convenient Was a lot smaller than what it appeared in pictures. I did not realise the loft bed was a matress on the floor and you couldn't even stand up straight when you were up there.
Bathroom was tiny and there was a sign to say not to flush toilet paper down the toilet- it had to be put in a bin.
The balcony window was just secured with a flimsy latch and was not double glazed so could hear e ery noise from outside.
- Robert (6/5): Pleasant - Good location for the Tate and South Bank Centre Too small to be comfortable - it would have benefited from more careful design, especially with an eye to safety and comfort.
- Te (7/5): Good but not great - Charming, cute decor with nice furniture and lighting options to create a lovely atmosphere. The roof terrace was perfect. A generous amount of toileteries were there. Good location. First, a few small details: no dish cloths in the kitchenette and nowhere to hang a hand towel in the bathroom (there was a mark on the wall where it had been, but it had obviously fallen off and was put in the cupboard under the sink). In fact, a few more towels for the bathroom would have been handy too. There was only one fork, meaning my friend and I had to take turns eating dinner! Second, a big detail: no hot water in the shower, and also terrible water pressure. I was SO looking forward to a shower and hair-wash in the moring, but just couldn't get any hot water through which was really dissapointing given the amount of money I paid for the place.
- Muntian (9/5): Superb -
- Vendela (9/5): Fantastic place - Fantastic location, nice view from the balcony, the place had everything you need for a nice stay and the host was very nice and accommodating. We will for sure come back and rent this place again in a few months. The only thing I have to complain about is that you hear everything going on outside on the street at night, people talking and cars driving by every minute. I do think it’s not the apartments fault, I think it’s just London being noisy.
And the bed was a bit small for two people but we managed. Since we only stayed one night that was not a problem for us, overall we are very happy with our stay
- Aylin (10/5): A true gem in Central London - Overall, it's a really cute place. It felt like being in a movie set, and I am still in awe of how well the small space has been utilized. From the second I entered, it felt like home. The apartment is very well-equipped, especially the kitchen. The amenities and decor are top-notch. It is located in a beautiful terraced housing close to Victoria Station, and the Pimlico underground station is literally just around the corner. Communication with the Area Manager, Faizan, was pleasant, quick and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
- Jessica (9/5): Superb - Such a cute little apartment in the perfect location to explore the delights of central London. Wonderfully clean, with a well equipped kitchenette and a gorgeous little balcony. The host was very accommodating and a delight to deal with.
- Anonymous (10/5): Overall a beautiful apartment and a must-have-choice for future London visitors. - Upon our arrival the check-in procedure went very seamless. The apartment was very clean and comfortamble. Even though from a square meter point of view it is not much, the high ceiling including a very nice gallery in which the bed is located makes up the rather small space. Still the apartment was a very good choice. From the point of the online booking up to our departure Faizan was making sure that everything was provided.
- Kate (9/5): Beautiful, central apartment with rare outdoor space and very accommodating host! - Beautiful apartment in a central location with outdoor space and the most amazingly welcome and accommodating host! 😊 You couldn’t flush toilet paper down the toilet which was not mentioned in advance.
- Rylabelle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hannah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Collaboratif (10/5): the perfect location in London - very clean, very tidy and the host was very welcoming
- Anonymous (10/5): Beautiful small place, perfectly located :)) -
- Anonymous (10/5): This was an amazing find for what we paid. The host was incredibly accommodating and went out of his way to make sure we - The location was fantastic, checkin was so easy, and it was the cutest place! The whole place is set up so well and the balcony is a selling point in itself. Nothing
