• Alan (2/5): Horrible experience from start to end and they wouldn't give us a refund. - Not much to like with ants everywhere. Took a long time to find the hosts details to message or call them. When on the phone the woman laughed at our experience. When we arrived we couldn't get in because the keypad wouldn't work and it took us an hour to find the key access after trying to ring and message the owner. Then when we entered the property in the evening after being out at the conference, there were ants everywhere crawling all over the floor, in the corners, in the kitchen and on the beds. I woke up in the middle of the night with ants crawling over my face. It was a horrible experience.

• Anja (10/5): Perfekt für Familien - Tolle Lage, dennoch sehr ruhig. Wenige Minuten Fußweg zu verschiedenen S-Bahnhöfen. Bäcker und Späti um die Ecke. Alles da für ein paar Tage in Berlin inklusive erste Ausstattung Kaffeekapseln, Tee, Seife, Spülmaschinentabs etc. Dank des Videos ist der Eingang auf einfach zu finden.

• Reisen & Meer (1/5): - Das Apartment war sehr schön eingerichtet und eignet sich sicherlich sehr gut für eine Familie mit bis zu 4 Kindern. Für die Zwecke einer Übernachtung aus geschäftlichen Gründen war sie jedoch leider völlig ungeeignet. Der Text in der Objektbeschreibung stimmt nicht! Wir haben die Unterkunft gebucht, weil es in der Obejktbeschreibung heißt "Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern". In der Touristik bedeutet dies "mit 2 SEPARATEN Schlafzimmern". Dies ist jedoch nicht der Fall. Ein "Schlafzimmer" war der Wohnraum. Dies ist natürlich bei 2 Arbeitskollegen nicht toll gewesen, und sie haben sich verständlicherweise darüber beschwert. Der Gastgeber erklärte uns dann, dass dies die Schuld von booking.com sei. Man könne den Text nicht anders eingeben! Außerdem müssten sie ihn so eingeben, da sie ansonsten keinen Umsatz machen könnten (muss man jetzt nicht verstehen)... Da die 2 Personen trotzdem geblieben sind, wurde uns eine kleine Entschädigung von Herrn H. versprochen. Auf unsere Rückmeldung, wie es uns gefallen hätte, kam leider keine weitere Antwort mehr... Auch booking.com war nicht erreichbar, nur eine nette KI-Stimme, die meinte, wie sollten uns direkt mit dem Gastgeber in Verbindung setzen.
• Keally (9/5): The apartment was great! The neighborhood was nice. - It's very clean and close to a train station. We didn't dislike anything but have a couple of recommendations. Under cabinet lights in the kitchen and brighter lighting in the bathroom, especially the shower would be nice. Providing shampoo and body wash would also be appreciated.
• Ujwal Raj (7/5): Fully met our expectations. Definately recommend it. - Great location. Easy self check in. Clean room with kitchen. Can easily accommodate a family of 6 people. Close to train station and supermarket as well as few restaurants. Free public parking. Excellent hosts. Free public parking means one might need to search for available one in a neighbouring streets. The apartment has just one bathroom so be prepared to wait your turn.

• Michaela (7/5): - Sehr sympathische Gastgeber. Schnelle Erreichbarkeit. Fragen wurden gleich beantwortet. Gute Lage, schnell zu Fuß am Ostkreuz. Feine Wohngegend. Coole Bars und Lokale in der Nähe. Ausstattung in Ordnung. Super Betten. Gratis Parkplätze vorm Haus. Wohnung war nicht sauber, staubig, wurde jedoch vom Gastgeber schnell durch eine Reinigungsdame behoben.

• Antonia (9/5): Gute Lage, sehr guter Kundenservice - Eine sehr gute Lage in einem sehr guten Viertel. Szene und S-Bahn-Nähe. Das eine Bett stand im Wohnzimmer.
• Bora (9/5): Tavsiye ediyoruz - Büyüklüğünü, koltuklarını, ısınmasını, etrafındaki olanakları, tasarımını, zemin katta olmasını ve ev sahiplerinin hızlı cevaplamasını beğendik. Halı olmaması sebebiyle zemininin soğuk olmasını, banyo lavabosunun küçüklüğünü sevmedik.
• Karsten (8/5): Insgesamt Gut - Gute Lage für unsere Belange Wir hatten 2 separate Schlafzimmer gebucht. Leider war ein Zimmer verschlossen. Eine normale Kaffeemaschine mit Filtertüten wäre eine Verbesserung Das Handwachbecken (20x40cm) ist zu klein.
