• Kate (3/5): Good location, uncomfortable, and needs renovation. - Location. All communication and finding the entrance at the rear of the building is done over WhatsApp. Working lift (4th floor) I booked 7 nights, and 6 of them were on the sofa. Other reviews said the bed was 'tired', it was firm to like the floor. I did look for alternative accommodation, but the prices meant I would have doubled with the risk of not being refunded. The payment is done by cash. They arranged to meet on the street over WhatsApp, as my meeting place was after 22:00hrs, I asked them to come up, eventually... they did, but there were no receipts, you can request an invoice. Two controls for one TV, no picture, due to aerial issues. After MANY WhatsApp pictures trying to resolve, I gave up! I'm not a technician, by the way. Does not have streaming like (Netflix)
• McNeill (8/5): - Nice spacious apartment, dated, but clean and tidy with balcony, once I found apartment, very central and handy to everything, shops, restaurant, taxi, bus, really enjoyed my stay Actually include outside photo of apartment or.description of what it is near, ie Piazza gardens restaurant and UAB bank, it is all very well to send directions in whatsapp, but if you dont have or use whatsapp, then directions nèed to be sent via someother means, messenger, email, text message etc.
• Suzanne (10/5): Wonderful stay.would of liked to have stayed longer - Immaculate presentation. Apartment is very spacious with large balcony overlooking the water. Had all the necessary cooking utensils and treats for breakfast Nothing it was perfect

• dietmar (9/5): Gute Lage, geräumig, bequeme Betten und voll ausgestattet - Kein Frühstück. Die Lage war hervorragend und wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Das Appartement war sehr geräumig. Die Betten so bequem wie zu Hause, was für alle Quatiere in Albanien gilt. Das Finden der Unterkunft war ein Abenteuer, trotz telefonicher Unterstützung und kleine Videos zum Auffinden. Ein Albaner hat uns geholfen. Gilt auch für die Bedienung des Aufzuges, eine Mitbewohnerin informierte uns. Die Klimaanlage war einfach zu schwach bei den hochsommerlichen Temperaturen. Nette Geste wäre eine Flasche Wasser, wir kamen direkt vom Flughafen. Viel Platz und voll ausgerüstet. Wir können die Unterkunft auch mit diesen kleinen Abstrichen empfehlen.
