• Manek (10/5): Amazing view - Excellent location with an amazing view. Clear instructions were given prior to arrival. The place was clean and well equipped. Best place for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend.
• Guest (9/5): - The view was amazing! The beds are insanely comfortable, such a beautiful house and location. Everything about this place I absolutely adored and would love to return for future stays Some of the cookware (pans) need to be replaced as they are damaged and old. Nothing too bad, just an update likely necessary there. Also no salad/mixing bowls - we would have loved to have some big bowls to help serve food and mix things while baking etc.
• Timothy (9/5): Our stay for our wedding at olinda Tea house - We loved the view there was enough room for everybody and enough room where if you wanted to be by yourself to could be the pool table/ table tennis table was fantastic and the arcade gaming system brought back a lot of memories.the bathrooms where big enough and the showers had decent water pressure there was plenty of blankets and pillows for everybody the garage fit all out cars and the heating and cooling was excellent the house was clean. we didn't try out the fire pit but there is always next time. We will be back The only thing is on the description it said there was 2 swimming pools however its just a little pond

Poor information re heating. Freezing cold on our arrival. Our stay was for three nights.on the second day we discovered that there were three heating systems! Difficulty taking the bins up to the road. More board games would have been great.

• Johnrae1 (10/5): The perfect family getaway in a peaceful environment with amazing views - The beautiful gardens and spectacular views. The property itself with the vast amount of space, the entertainment room and all the facilities were amazing. A larger fry pan and smaller tongs would be good.
• Jayden (10/5): It was a perfect space to relax the night before the wedding, whilst also being the perfect location for travel and stun - The entertainment areas and views are perfect, photos did not do it justice.
• Hans (10/5): Beautiful scenery, excellent facilities, perfect for group of friends to stay and relax. - I booked the venue because it was close to my wedding venue. The check in process was seamless. Facilities were amazing - we particularly enjoyed the foosball table. The place was perfect for a group of friends to relax after our big event.
• Cathy (6/5): Magnificent views from this luxurious property but significant issues during the stay. - Location and view were splendid. Spacious rooms. Clean interiors. Quality inclusions and furnishings. Third toilet. Complimentary sparkling wine Magnificent rear entertaining deck Well equipped rumpus room. No swimming pool as advertised. Only two functioning bathrooms, not 3. Glass screen between 2 bedrooms which affected privacy between the two. Bath linen not easily accessible and of inferior quality. Most external doors to outside decks locked. Not allowed to wear shoes indoors and only informed this on the morning of arrival. Difficult to work heating, cooling, microwave, dishwasher. Very difficult access to property along single lane dirt road. Rigorous rules prohibiting a relaxing stay. Overpriced considering above issues.
• Ben (10/5): Just incredible - The location was amazing, very private but close to shops for groceries. The property itself is beautiful and huge and the view is just unbeatable. Just an unbelievable place and will look to return on day Nothing to do with the property - however the roads leading to it are incredibly steep - if it is raining heavily you will need a 4x4 or a decent car to navigate
