• haim (1/5): לאחר ההזמנה קיבלי הודעה לשלם במזומו 50 אירו עבור נקיון פעם ראשונה שנתקלתי בבקשה מסוג זה - לא ממשתי את ההזמנה הבקשה לתוספת נקיון בסך 50 אירו לאחר ההזמנה נראה לי חשוד ולא סביר מקוה שבוקינג יכנסו לבדוק את הענין

• Αλίκη (1/5): ΑΠΑΤΗ - Τιποτα καθώς δεν μπορεσαμε να παμε. SCAM-ΑΠΑΤΕΩΝΕΣ Ποτε δεν μπορεσαμε καν να μπουμε στο διαμέρισμα! 1. Αφου εγινε η πληρωμη και η κρατηση ήρθε αυτοματοποιημενο μήνυμα το οποιο μαε έλεγε οτι υπαρχει extra fee 50€ για τον καθαρισμο τα οποια ΠΡΕΠΕΙ δωθουν cash στην καθαριστρια Diana. Το οποιο δεν ηταν γραμμενο στο policy μονο σε μια υποενοετητα facilities. Αν ειναι να κοιτας 15 υποενοετητες για μια κρατηση δεν αξίζει. Ωστοσο σε επικοινωνία μας με την Booking.com μας ειπαν οτι υπαρχει δυνατοτητα να το αρνηθεις το συγκεκριμένο και αν επιμενουν να καλεις την booking. Οποτε αν πατε μην τους δώσετε ετσι τα 50€! 2. Το τηλέφωνο επικοινωνίας που εχει δεν απανταει καθως και δεν απανταει και στα μηνύματα. 3. Στο μηνυμα που αναφέρεται απο πανω δεν ανεφερε πουθενα οτι πρεπει να παραλαβεις τα κλειδιά απο αλλη διεύθυνση Νεοφυτου 4 αθηνα. Αυτο εμφάνιστηκε στις οδηγιες check in σε ενα μικρο section. Παρολο που πηγαμε στην συγκεκριμένη διεύθυνση για να παραλαβουμε τα κλειδια δεν ηταν κανεις εκει. Κανεις δεν απανταγε στο τηλέφωνο και στα μηνυματα και το μοναδικο κουδούνι ηταν σπασμενο με τα καλωδια εξω. Επισυνάπτω τις φωτογραφιες απο το μέρος που υποτίθεται θα λαμβαναμε τα κλειδια. Γενικα απογοητευση.

• Gino (8/5): Great location great facilities watch out for the stairs and don't hit your head like I did - The location of being only 10 or so minutes out of Athens centre was fantastic Gino Australia The street parking being hit and miss was an eye opener don't go round the block and try again it's gone The automatic cut out switch for the hot water was new even though it only takes 30 to 40 min to heat up. Being out all day and returning late then having to wait a bit for the water to heat up was novel. I understand why with electricity prices every where. Luckily it was so warm outside we were thankful for cool showers We loved hills clothes line after being on a 4 day cruise

Everything inside is brand new, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen, which had everything I needed to cook comfortably during my stay. Communication was seamless and super easy, and I really appreciated the flexibility of an early check-in. Every detail was so thoughtfully taken care of that I felt instantly at home. Honestly, I could have stayed there for months—it was that comfortable and well-appointed. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free, top-notch stay. A perfect experience in every way! Everything was Great !!
