La serratura del portone funzionava a fatica, abbiamo avuto serie difficoltà ad entrare, riusciva ad aprirla solo una persona del gruppo e questo può creare problemi. Consiglio di cambiare la serratura del portone.

- juan luis (9/5): Un apartamento con 2 habitaciones y todo lo necesario, en zona céntrica y a buen precio. - Un apartamento de 2 habitaciones con todo lo necesario a muy buen precio. La ubicación está muy bien (al lado de la Alameda de Hércules) en una calle muy tranquila, y que andando e incluso algún autobús, llegas en poco tiempo a todo el centro. Para guardar las maletas, antes de la entrada o a la salida, y vas a estar más horas en Sevilla, tienes taquillas en un lockandexplore a escasos 100m en Conde de Torrejón-8. Las llaves, que entiendo llevan un uso intensivo por distintas personas, necesitan habilidad manual e intentos para que abran el portal o cierren la puerta del apartamento interiormente, pero se consigue.

- Ulrike (9/5): - Die Lage ist der Wohnung ist (für uns) optimal. Sie liegt etwas außerhalb des Touristenzentrums von Sevilla, die Sehenswürdigkeiten Kathedrale und Alcazar sind aber noch fußläufig zu erreichen. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung findet man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants. Im Patio / Innenhof ist ausreichend Platz zum Sitzen und essen.
Weiterer Pluspunkt: Die Vermieterin hat dafür gesorgt, dass sehr viel früher in die Wohnung konnte. Die Wohnung ist etwas alt und dürftig möbliert und ausgestattet. Eine grundlegende Renovierung der Zimmer würde sie aufwerten.

Espacio demasiado reducido. Muebles viejos. Nos dijeron que seguramente podríamos dejar maletas hasta mediodía y el día de la llegada nos dicen que no. Nada recomendable

- Bruce (7/5): Acceptable. - Quiet location a few blocks away from the major noise areas of the old part of the city. Very convenient to the mercados, restaurants, tabernos, and walking distance to tourist and other areas .
Aircon in the second bedroom worked well . Keys were left in a tiny key box with a combination; as we arrived at 01:00 A.M., finding & opening the key box was a challenge on the extremely dark street.
Staircase is narrow and small ; if you were lugging full-size luggage up the staircase, be prepared to work.

It was quite a challenge for us to drag the luggage up to the apartment
- James (10/5): Quiet, traditional apartment in a great location. - The house was very traditional - we felt we were staying with friends. On arrival we were concerned about road noise from the cobbled street - no need, no car passed by whilst we were there !
The area felt very Spanish - wonderful and we have fallen in love with Flamenco which we saw at the local theatre (over the river). The kitchen could have a few more utensils.
