• Ronald (1/5): Unsuitable location for any family holiday. - We did not like anything. Spouse had liked interior photos only. Location was terrible; difficult to navigate in, using 20+ roundabouts to area of single lane streets, tightly packed cars and buildings. There was open space in front of the building but could not be accessed, no driveway, with curbs as far as we could tell. We had been instructed to stop to unload the car and then drive to find parking. There were cars behind us that did not appreciate our stopping. We could not tell how to drive onto building open space. Curbs were noted in the rush. The location is in what I would describe as a "tenement" of crowded, tall buildings and plenty of inhabitants. It was not a location my wife would ever stay in. We left to go the parking place we had rented several miles away where we decided this was not a location for a family on holidays. We informed Booking.com and requested refund but were denied. We would never recommend such a rental to anyone

• Maryse (8/5): Bien mais.... - La chambre principale est grande et confortable ( pas comme la 2eme) et l'appartement est sympa. Immeuble et voisins calmes. L'emplacement est bien mais se garer est une galère. La minuscule, soit disant 2eme chambre et la qualité d'un des 2 petits lits avec un matelas très incorfortable et un lit très étroit. Après l'avoir signalé au propriétaire il devait venir le changer mais il n'a pas pu apparemment mais a promis de le changer... Cette "chambre" n'a la place que pour 2 petits lits au touche -touche et du coup on ne peut plus bouger ni circuler. Pas d'armoire, pas de table de chevet pas de lampe de chevet et surtout pas de volet donc toujours la lumière des voisins; et aussi pas de prises électrique accessibles vers les lits. Pour se garer c'est la galère, soyez patient et tournez tournez...Même les places payantes sont rarement disponibles et les rues très étroites pour manœuvrer, quand on trouve...

• Feckanin (9/5): Príjemný, rodinný, spoznávací pobyt. - Apartmán v tichej rodinnej lokalite. Blízko obchod, autobusová zastávka. Kuchyňa obsahovala všetko, čo človek potrebuje, aby sa cítil ako doma. Všetko fungovalo, cez spotrebiče, klimatizáciu, wifi, TV. Majiteľ pripravil a poslal perfektný manuál so všetkým čo treba pre návštevu Barcelony. Za 30min sme boli v centre Barcelony(Autobus, vlak). Hneď nadväzujúce spoje, min čakanie. Skvelý pomer cena/kvalita. Pre nás boli mäkšie postele, keďže doma máme tvrdšie. Je to podľa osobných preferencií.

Huisbaas Mario reageerde direct op onze reclamatie van een vuile matras en stond binnen het half uur voor de deur met een nieuw exemplaar. TOP Veel lawaai in de staat, weinig of geen parkeren in de buurt als je met grote auto bent.

El horno era mejor no abrirlo. El sofá está lleno de manchas. El garaje está a 3 manzanas y la plaza es muy pequeña. Llevábamos un coche mediano y cabía con calzador.

• Robin (10/5): Idéal pour une étape avant d'embarquer à l'aéroport! - Appartement loué pour sa proximité de l'aéroport de Barcelone. Il était très propre, fonctionnel et décoré avec goût. Nous avons pu manger des tapas dans un restaurant à quelques minutes très bien également donc idéal pour notre format (une nuit avant départ à l'aéroport). Possibilité de prendre une place en parking sécurisé en supplément mais nous avons trouvé une place dans une rue adjacente.

Tuvimos que retrasar nuestra llegada por alerta meteorológica y nos facilitó información sin inconvenientes. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la recepción del código de acceso y, a pesar de las altas horas de la noche a la que llegamos, nos contestó enseguida para poder resolver la situación. No nos resultaron cómodas las camas; muy blandas para nuestro gusto. Pero entendemos que es una apreciación muy personal. La plaza de parking que ofrece es muy pequeña. No lo considero malo porque al solicitar la plaza, nos advirtió de que era de tamaño pequeño, pero es un dato para tener en cuenta.
• Bienvenido Augusto (10/5): Ottimo posto!! - L'appartamento era spazioso, incredibilmente pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, vicino al supermercato, bar, ristoranti. Ci torneremo sicuramente! Consigliato al 100%.
• Pascale (7/5): - Un beau volume dans la pièce principale, bon équipement (climatisation, lave-vaisselle, lave linge), instructions d’installation claires et détaillées et possibilité de louer un parking en supplément Il manque un peu d’ustensiles pour cuisiner (par exemple une essoreuse à salade, il y a un four mais pas de plat ou gant/manique, …). L’insonorisation de l’appartement. La relation avec le propriétaire s’est tendue quand il a compris que nous avions un chien sans l’avoir prévenu. Je sélectionne mes appartements sur booking depuis 4 ans en prenant soin de vérifier que le loueur accepte les animaux mais il est vrai qu’ensuite la réservation ne permet pas au propriétaire de savoir si vous avez un animal. Comme je l’ai expliqué, en France, il est inhabituel d’être facturé en plus, aussi n’ai-je sincèrement pas vu dans le détail de l’appartement qu’un complément était demandé. Ceci étant dit, j’ai bien entendu versé le complément de 20€ pour les prestations de ménage mais le ton utilisé par le propriétaire était désagréable et presque accusateur comme si j’avais sciemment caché la présence de mon chien pour éviter de payer le supplément ! quand je paie une semaine à plus de 1500€, un parking à 30€, je ne me fais pas voleuse pour 20€

Также за то, что смог заселить нас раньше в апартаменты. Апартаменты чистые, есть все необходимое. Заселение бесконтактное, удобно, быстро, никаких проблем. Благодарим!

• Simon (9/5): Great apartment, close to everything in Viladecans. - This is a great apartment, quite a spacious lounge room and kitchen. Great wifi and TV. Very close to bus stop (can go to train station) and supermarkets. Only a 6 minute walk to centre or Viladecans Rambla where there is some great icecream and food :) The shower is getting a bit old, could do with a renovation. Clean and fine to use though. Everything else great!

• Julie (10/5): Very easy to access and nice clean apartment - with a nice size patio. - It was very good communication for entering the building, finding the location, as well as the owner provided a "booklet" online to what was available and places to eat close by etc. We did not stay long here as we caught a flight the next day - but was very close with an Uber to get to the airport. I had no complaints - everything was perfect

He left very detailed inform about the place and gave good recommendations of places to eat. - It was clean, spacious, and had a balcony with a view of the city tops and nearby mountains. It was all good. I think it is best if you want to be near the airport. It might take a little long to get into Barcelona central. However, Viladecans was actually pretty cute and lively.

The place itself was quite well set up for cooking but we needed more a night just before an early morning flight, so having shops and food nearby was handier. Good that we could walk to shops. Looked everywhere for a kettle and no kettle or tea but has coffee machine but we were reluctant to buy full milk just for 1 night. We eventually used a frypan to boil water on stove but would have been nice to have one kettle.
