• Darcy (4/5): Average - The property itself has the potential to be lovely but the facilities, poor cleaning and management really bring the scores down. The location is amazing for exploring Trastevere and the mezzanine layout is cool as it felt spacious. The AC didn’t work and when I messaged the property they ignored me but had been responding up until then. Because AC didn’t work we had to sleep with the windows open which meant I was up all night due to the noise. It also wasn’t cleaned - there was smoked salmon in the bin causing a smell. When I asked about early check in, they said not possible but could leave my bag for 20 euro even though it was only 1 hour earlier - I got the impression the apartment was ready but they were just being difficult. They spoke to me awfully and not professional at all.

• Ana (1/5): Horrible disgusting and a lot of mold, also it s raining inside - Nothing Absolutely NO! It's the biggest lie, the host doesn't answer the phone, we don't have heat (it broke down the day before we arrived), absolutely zero interest. mold everywhere, it's raining inside, dust everywhere, not even a capsule in the coffee machine. totally disappointed!!! Avoid this location as much as possible! I will attach pictures so you can see in what conditions you will be accommodated. the most horrible accommodation I have ever encountered!

• Antonella (5/5): - La posizione era ottima, meno di 5 minuti dal centro di Trastevere. Ero in viaggio verso Roma, ed io chiamato per avere informazioni sul check in, chiamavo al numero dato da loro dopo la prenotazione ma nessuno ha mai risposto. Per avere una risposta ho dovuto fare una lunga ricerca sul web, scoprendo che avendo una specie di agenzia immobiliare, chiamando lì sono riuscita a contattare la persona! Una volta risposto mi è sembrato come se si erano completamente dimenticati della prenotazione. Tant’è che una volta entrata dentro l’appartamento il divano letto (dato che eravamo in 4) non era pronto, ne c’erano gli asciugamani a disposizione per 4 persone. Abbiamo dovuto preparare noi il letto e cercare le asciugamani. L’aria condizionata non funzionava, contattando il proprietario mi diceva che il giorno prima avevano controllato e funzionava, ma vi posso assicurare che non funzionava. Nella descrizione c’è scritto che c’era il Wi-Fi, ma non c’era nulla dove stesse scritta la password. Una volta contattato di nuovo il proprietario mi ha risposto dicendo che all’ingresso c’era un biglietto con nome e password del Wi-Fi, ma vi poss assicurare che non c’era affatto nulla. Peccato davvero! Perché la casa si trova in un punto veramente strategico per Trastevere, ed ad un buon prezzo. Sono rimasta molto delusa..

• Cristian (5/5): - Ottima posizione,casa sicuramente pulita Non c’erano i riscaldamenti, in compenso c’erano due stufette di cui una scoppiava letteralmente ad ogni accensione facendo pensare ad un corto circuito. Il phone appena messo nella corrente si è letteralmente bruciato . Non voglio essere malvagio nel pensare che c’erano problemi con le prese elettriche, inoltre poteva essere specificato in fase di prenotazione il problema dei riscaldamenti. L’acqua calda c’era ma a tratti, spesso non usciva. La proprietaria ha provato a mettersi a disposizione ma è sembrata più preoccupata quando ho deciso di non pagare la tassa di soggiorno per i plateali disagi avuti .

• Léa (5/5): - L’emplacement Appartement très froid, l’aération donne directement sur l’extérieur donc deux trous se trouvent au mur donnant directement sur la rue, des petits chauffages grilles pain sont mis à disposition pour ça mais dès qu’il y en a trop de brancher ça fait sauter le compteur. Tache de sang retrouver sur les serviettes et mégots de cigarette sur le rebord de la fenêtre

• Victor (5/5): Buena ubicación, pero mala comunicación! - La ubicación y cama cómoda Había una cama montada en medio del comedor y no había sofá, venía olor a humedad y había como toallas usadas y húmedas en un armario! Mal contacto con el anfitrión! No sabíamos dónde estaban las llaves y tampoco dónde dejarlas!

Hopelijk kunnen ze de dingen veranderen die we - Het was een hele leuke ruimte, goed bed,en een super locatie Douche was erg klein, toilet trok niet krachtig genoeg door. • Barbara (1/5): - Ho trovato l'appartamento non pulito con asciugamani per terra, letto disfatto e rifiuti della colazione sul tavolo. Ho chiamato ma nessuno ha risolto il problema se non tramite una nuova prenotazione che ho dovuto fare per avere un posto in cui dormire.

El baño era muy sucio, las toallas que dejaron estaban sucias y no había cobijas. Además tuvimos varias dificultades para entrar y encontrar ciertos servicios y el Anfitrión jamás contestaba nuestros mensajes
• MAtilda (4/5): - Finestre lasciate aperte, la casa era congelata al nostro arrivo. Odore di umido. Pulizia discutibile, le travi sopra il letto erano completamente impolverate. Bagno mal pulito ma anche molto antico con sporco incrostato. Arrivarci in macchina impossibile e anche trovare parcheggio. Piumone nascosto in un armadio e sporco. Per il prezzo pagato assolutamente incoerente. 0 acqua in bottiglia.
• Chiara (5/5): "Si può fare di più!" - La posizione era perfetta, in pieno quartiere di Trastevere, comodo agli spostamenti e tranquillo. La struttura era pulita e anche se abbiamo avuto un problema di check-in per un ritardo, gli host della struttura sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno fatto almeno lasciare gli zaini. Abbiamo apprezzato molto! Le scale per accedere alla camera da letto a soppalco sono veramente terribili e piuttosto pericolose. Il soffitto del soppalco è davvero molto basso, se ti svegli di notte e non abbassi la testa rischi di dare una bella testata alle travi in legno. La camera era piuttosto fredda ma con le coperte siamo riusciti a scaldarci un pochino, i cuscini del letto sono talmente brutti e talmente bassi che è come non averli.
• Roberta (5/5): Carino ma sporco - La struttura era in un ottima posizione, esteticamente molto carino. In primis la pulizia. Molto sporco. La finestra era rotta. Il condizionatore non funzionava. Il letto e il cuscino erano scomodissimi. Il bagno era sporco e pieno di polvere. Il phon era inutilizzabile. Il “kit cortesia saponi” erano tre saponette. Rotoli di carta igienica, 2 già iniziati. Tappetini in bagno sporchi. Nella cucina sporco e polvere ovunque. Nella macchinetta del caffè c’erano capelli e capsule vecchie di qualche altro ospite. E non erano presenti capsule nuove. La presa laterale al letto era “staccata” dal muro e molto poco sicura.
• Chloé (5/5): - La localisation et le design de l'appartement bien qu'il manquait quelques équipement comme un micro onde. Le check in était désastreux, manque de communication, je me suis retrouvée a la porte de mon logement avec un homme qui avait aussi mes clefs de l'appartement et qui ne voulait pas me laisser entrer, pour ensuite comprendre qu'il était l'intendant. Il ne parlait ni italien ni anglais et la personne qui m'a contacte sur WhatsApp ne m'avait rien dit... Bref horrible pour lui comme pour moi. Propreté douteuse, on sent que c'est l'usine, après m'avoir fait tout un plat lorsque j'ai demandé a arrive pour midi, alors que l'appartement était prêt, j'ai constaté un manque d'hygiène dans la salle de bain. Brosse des toilettes salles, papier tombé dans l'eau et le savon du précédent locataire dans la douche. Aucun savon pour les mains, bref...

• Josephine (6/5): Great location quirky apartment - Great location and quirky apartment The ceiling is very low on the upper level - even for a short person like me! There was conflicting information from booking.com and the managers as to check out time so I got a bit of a surprise when the cleaners arrived - not major but worth knowing

There was no iron , and this was their response ; “Because last time a client burn something inside so for now we dont put iron”. A bad response because this has nothing to do with us but the previous guests. Response times varied by the host, sometimes quick sometimes slow.
• Chris (8/5): Great space and spot in trastavere - Location and size great mezzanine bedroom lovely, my only problem with this is I'm 6ft tall and had to crawl round the end of the bed to get in. Comfort was great once in bed very nice apartment overall. No light switch by the door on entry
• Balazs (7/5): Good for a veey short visit. - The property I booked was changed in the last minute , so I am describing the one on Via Corso where I was relocated. The location is right next to the Piazza Popolo. The property did not have a working wifi. Even after two days I was told to scan the QR code under the modem, the wifi still did not work. Compared to this apartment, our new apartment had a super tiny kitchen, plain design, extremely uncomfortable beds, and difficult to enter mobile app sistem to open the door. I was told on the last day that there is a set of keys for the door downstairs. The app will not work while inside the building as there is no coverage- therefore you cannot open the entrance door. You must open the upstairs door from the street. The code provided did not work. It took us about 10 minutes to figure it out how to enter the code manually. Bathroom very outdated, mouldy roof and broken shower head.

• Jimmyc (1/5): MY BABY HAD TO GO TO HOSPITAL ... DO NOT STAY HERE! ... booking do not care and neither do owners! - BEFORE BOOKING THIS PLEASE READ FOR YOUR OWN SAKE These people are not human. In all my years and travels I have never come across such negligence. The owners of this property hide behind an 'agent' who gives 1 word answers to issues (of which there are plenty). It is actually cruel how they treated us. We were very pleasant and polite about a few issue, that we felt were easily solvable. It would take forever to go through all of them, the main issue was the lack of air-conditioning in the apartment. We flagged this very politly on day 1 and were assured that it woudl be fixed. We slept the 1st night on the sofa with our 3 month old baby as the apartment was well over 100 degrees, in the hope someone would solve the issue on the 2nd day. With the windows open you can here EVERYTHING. Including the drug dealer that lives in the building. Trading until 7am!!!! I was so worried (Windows open) I stayed awake to ensure the safety of my family. We chased and chased the rep to sort the air con so we could sleep safely ... we simply were ignored! ... apart from one message telling us that 'we have no update from the owner' ... finally after days of calls and chasing ... we got a forwarded whatsapp message of them turing on the airocn! (last day) ... we were delighted and hoped at least to not be troubled by drug dealers, insects and all manor of noises in the street ... we reutned to the aprtment ... it was like a sauna!!! they had turned the heating on (full) ... it was well over 120 in the apartmnet and we swiftly had to get the baby out and then then gather her things ... we stood on the street to cool down (11pm) ... we then tried to call the rep but was told 'it is too late for us to help you' ... they refused to pick up the call ... so a few messages were exchanged ... NOTHING was done. They told us to see if we could find soemwhere else to stay!!!! ... we had in the end to stay with friends who lived about an hour away and then come back to collect our things to catch the flight ...
• Siti (8/5): Clean, great location, complete amenities. - The location is very good. All the amenities were as advertised and clean. The TV had many channels including children's channels which was helpful. There were coffee pods and tea which was much appreciated. We liked the place, however a word of caution, the place is one the first floor. We travelled with 2 carry-on luggage which was manageable. I can't imagine carrying a bigger size luggage up those narrow stairs though.
