• Onre (1/5): - Juste l'emplacement proche de santa croce Appartement sale voire tres sale .. Douche qui remonte donc odeur nauséabonde également , douche qui ne s'écoule pas Salle de bain sale Placard cuisine sale Sol sale Et le frigo dégoûtant J'ai demandé avant d'arriver d'ouvrir le canapé et de faire le lit . Chose qui na pas ete faite .. L'état du matelas du fauteuil lit est a jeter. Traces multiples de pipi . Ainsi que de tres grandes traces blanches un peu partout .. Apres appel a l'agence et envoi de multiples videos et photos .. ils nous ont envoyes un gars avec juste de l'eau chaude et un savon .. ( je précise savon basique pour la toilette ) autant dire avec rien .. Personne nest revenu pour faire in ménage complet .. pour eux c'était propre.. . Jen ai tellement a dire que je vais m'arreter la .. A fuirrrrr !!!

• Claudia (1/5): Per evitare di rovinarvi le vacanze, evitate di andarci!!!! - Solo ed esclusivamente la posizione vicino al centro per il resto un disastro completo Tutto, a partire dallo sporco dell' appartamento, al fatto che non ci fossero coperte sufficienti e adeguate a due letti matrimoniali. Box doccia rotto ,arrabattato con la copertura di una tenda ovviamente sporchissima, asse wc rotta, lavandino bagno che perdeva allagando il bagno(ho dovuto mettere un catino e asciugamani sotto). Federe cuscini e teli doccia mancanti per due persone( eravamo in 4 come da descrizione check in ), coperte buttate lì all'arinfusa e mi è sotto pure il dubbio che fossero pure sporche perché in mezzo ho trovato un asciugamano sporco . Prese che si staccano dal muro , muri sporchi e cadenti, appartamento freddo perché il riscaldamento era al minimo indispensabile e bloccato da loro . Insomma un disastro completo su tutti i fronti. Ovviamente ho segnalato ai gestori ogni cosa con foto, video e lamentele. Dato lo schifo che ci è venuto , non abbiamo usato assolutamente niente della cucina. Finestre vecchie , alcune faticano anche a chiudersi ed altre non si chiudono per niente, oltre al fatto che non ci sono nemmeno le tende per garantire un po' di privacy. L'unico specchio che c'è tra le due camere è lurido che si fa fatica a specchiarsi e pieno di polvere incrostata. Foto sul loro sito completamente ingannevoli, se no non lo avrei mai prenotato se avessi saputo che era una catapecchia

• Soledad (7/5): - Mucho ruido muy temprano por la mañana , se escucha mucho ruido de la calle.

• Sònia (2/5): Un sitio inmundo - Buena ubicación. Un sitio inmundo, sensación de dejadez, poco higiénico en general todo. Paredes y suelos sucios, una estanteria en el suelo, al lado de una de las camas. Un sofa manchado, un trastero repugnante. El baño da asco, mucre total. La cocina aparenta en fotos lo que no es, tb falta de limpieza a fondo. No hay cabeceros y las camas parecen de juguete. No hay cortinas para mayor intimidad en horas de luz. Los dos aparatos de aire acondicionado son portátiles, por lo tanto hacen ruido, no son eficientes, te los dejan en medio de las habitaciones y el cliente debe hacer él mismo sus historias para extraer el tubo por las ventanas que quedan abiertas, muy cutre. Desangelado, decepcionante.

• geoffroy (3/5): Appartement très bien passé, mais à part ça rien ne va.! ! ! - Pas grand-chose, si ce n’est l’emplacement La chaudière fonctionnait très mal, il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude ou alors brûlante, la douche était inconfortable, porte cassé, pas de pommeau de douche, juste un ciel de pluie avec une pression inexistante. Deux clims Portable faisant un boucan d’enfer, impossible de la faire tourner toute la nuit, sinon vous ne dormez pas. Et si vous ne l’allumez pas, vous avez extrêmement chaud 30° dans l’appartement. Nous avons passé quatre nuits en enfer. la lunette de toilette n’est pas bien fixée, nous nous sommes donc tous pincer à plusieurs reprises. Le lavabo avait un débit où il fallait compter 30 secondes pour remplir un verre d’eau, donc obligé de se brosser les dents dans la cuisine. La machine à laver, le linge avait une odeur nauséabonde. C’est bien dommage car l’emplacement était juste parfait.

• Olena (5/5): Passable - location is very good , close to all main attractions.
• Colleen (5/5): Passable - The location was fantastic. The apartment was very spare and not terribly clean, particularly the floor. The bathroom was very small and tight. With a few adjustments, the apartment could be much more comfortable. Although on a side street, it was very noisy. As in indicated previously, the bathroom was a disappointment. It was great to have a washer.
