Jc (2/5): - We spend more than 3 hours to find the right building and the room number. There was no one to call, for information, no one picked the phone provider.etc. And, by Monday a lady knok our door at 9:45am someone .asking us to leave. We said check out is at 10 am. Ilwa missing 15 minut to 10 anf we have been already asked to leave. This place needs some more customer service. the time for check out its important, but when there is bad service al tleat you can do is wait for your tenant to leave happy and not push out the door. This not cool. The view was great.

Guy (7/5): Nice clean quiet place in a quiet neighbourhood - The place was located in a very quiet neighbourhood and there was no noise from other rooms or in the hallway. There were lots of kitchen supplies and dishes. The checkout time was too early - have never had to check out of any place before 10am.

Jana (4/5): The owners lack of care to tend to the ant problem was awful. We slept with hundreds of ants for 2 nights: not acceptabl - Nice location, nice bright suite. There was a horrible red ant problem. Lack of concern from the landlords was not acceptable. We also wanted to check in an hour early and was told no, yet we showed up and it was ready and vacant. No discount or anything offered for the ant problem and no care to fix it either. The description says toilet paper is included however we ran out and were told it is not included and had to go buy a package. Also should indicate the waterslide and pool next door is extremely expensive $90 for 4 people for the day and if you want to use it even for an hour, you have to pay full price. Totally ridiculous. Would not deal with these owners again as they do not care about the comfort of their customers.

Kim (5/5): Passable - comfortable large, access to waterpark TOO MANY STAIRS. DID NOT INDICATE NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE UNIT HARD TO FIND NO ONE AT THE SITE TO HELP TO FIND UNIT. STAIRS ABOVE AND BELOW UNIT. PROBLEM TO UNLOAD CAR AFTER LONG TRAVEL DAY. RECEPTION IN MAIN BUILDING REFUSES TO HELP LOCATE UNIT.

Karen (7/5): Our stay was fine. had asked for an upper floor and early checkin and never received a response. I would stay here aga - the size of the apartment was great. it was quiet and clean The jet tub didn’t work, the tv was tiny, seems outdated
Bruce (7/5): Good - Front ground floor deck. Kitchen didn't have any glasses. Furniture and decorations are a bit dated. The Raku for the TV is very limited on what you can watch without additional fees.

Alejandra (8/5): The place was great but the communication between host and visitor could've been better. - The location is really beautiful and quiet. We really enjoyed having a BBQ and the bed was really comfy. The place is pretty ideal when it comes to having a private space in Fairmont. This place is not associated with the Fairmont Hot Springs Resort which I should've maybe looked into more. In addition, the hot springs resort is not open to the general public but only to members, which you can purchase but it's $35 plus the $12 entrance fee. In addition, I didn't receive an email with clear instructions about what building we would be staying at and our code was changed from the one that I initially received. There's just too many separate emails which makes it confusing.

Was wanting to sit on patio & drink a cup of coffee Modern appliances & decorated Paying extra $93 for cleaning for one night . Not enough information regarding Hot Springs. Drove to Radium for Hot Springs Not enough info re recycling/garbage etc. Didn't see the 8:15 p.m. email until after we checked out. Check out too early.
Matthew (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful scenery of the mountains as well as nearby wilderness (first time seeing a bear climb a tree in person). Clean and spacious inside with a nice kitchen full of amenities - very private - quite cozy. Also the in and out access to the parking lot out the back is very convenient. Jacuzzi tub didn't work
