Aucune insonorisation (rue très bruyante), mouches dans l’appartement dû à des problèmes d’humidité, tâches sur les murs, odeur provenant du réfrigérateur même s’il était propre.

• Mathilda (7/5): - Die Unterkunft war gut! Man läuft zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten zum Strand und zur Hauptmeile. Supermärkte sowie Cafés und der Bahnhof sind auch direkt um die Ecke. Das Zimmer war für 2 Personen komfortabel, Bad ebenfalls. Es gibt eine Küchenecke mit kleinem Kühlschrank sowie Waschbecken und Teller & Geschirr. Das Zimmer war sauber. Wir hatten zwar einen Kaffeekocher aber kein Kaffeepulver. Dafür gab es Teebeutel jedoch keinen Wasserkocher. Das ganze wirkte etwas lieblos. Außerdem ist es nicht wirklich isoliert, man hört wirklich alles von draußen und aus den anderen Zimmern.
• Tetiana (9/5): If I ever return to Barcelona, I would absolutely stay here in this exact room again. - I fell in love with the room where I stayed for 7 nights, and especially with the terrace. The light through the stained glass windows enchanted me every morning, playing on the walls. The only thing I would change—though I honestly don't know how—is the other guests who kept trying to force the main entrance door open. The building's entry code is very convenient and easy to use, and the door opens smoothly. However, other hotel guests would try to break through the entrance door every single night, creating terrifying noises that scared me. As a Ukrainian traveling abroad for the first time in 4 years from a war zone, I woke up in a panic every night out of fear. I suppose this sound isn't as loud on the upper floors. I stayed on the ground floor, which had a very cozy terrace. The service was excellent.

В этот раз было очень шумно...некоторые постояльцы, видимо, не смогли запомнить код для входа и колотили в дверь так, что на все апартаменты было слышно. Другие постояльцы всю ночь общались на 1 этаже очень горомко и мешали спать. Также жаль, что в номере с террасой на терассе нет никакой мебели...

Hay una terraza pero no hay ni una mesa ni una silla donde sentarse. un escaso perchero donde colgar las cosas, y una vidriera preciosa pero sin persianas. hay unas cortinas que son insuficientes para aislar la luz. En general poco mimo, poco acogedor. Soy de Badalona y lo alquile para una noche romantica. no lo recomiendo en absoluto.

• Jonah (7/5): - Está cerca de un centro con restaurantes, y de la estación de metro y tren. La ventana no tenía vidrio ni seguro, y estaba cerca de un balcón lo cual no parecía tan seguro.
• Marek (5/5): - The location was good. Close to underground, train, busses, the sea and the central part of Badalona. Contactless entry. If we saw a picture of our room beforehand we would have probably not rented. There were visible roof leaks on the window wall. No additional blankets in the room or pillows. Only 2 chairs (we used them to leave our clothes on, so we had nowhere to actually sit on besides the bed). No shelf in the bathroom to put your toiletries on. The smell of detergents and insect repellents was stagnant. The light in the corridor is constantly on and it was lit the whole night coming through around the door even closed. The building is very small and that's not a problem, but the booking photos don't give enough justice. AND it's situated right on a bus track street and it gets pretty loud after 5AM. The whole building is shaking from the bus passing by. It can count to the experience part, but when you need to sleep it can get tiring.

• Immel (5/5): appartement bruyant - l'immeuble est plutot joli, et il est à 4 minutes du métro et à 4 minutes du train, les lits sont neufs et la déco est de bon gout. Si vous avez la chance de loger dans un appartement sur jardin, je pense que c'est bien. nous logions dans l'appartement numéro 1, au rez de chaussée sur rue. Je n'ai jamais dormi dans un appartement aussi bruyant. La rue est tres passante et tres bruyante. Les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage. De plus l'immeuble comporte 20 appartements, et à chaque fois que quelqu'un rentrait ou sortait la porte cochere claquait et faisait beaucoup de bruit dans notre appartement qui était juste à côté. Pas possible de dormir sans des bouchons d'oreille anti bruit, et encore. La porte d'entrée de l'appartement était aussi épaisse que la porte de la salle de bain et ça n'est pas suffisant pour protéger du bruit.

Niewygodne łóżko z fatalną poduszką, fatalna akustyka, wszystko słychać i z budynku i z ulicy, każde przejeżdżające auto, przechodniów (pokój na parterze, brak światła dziennego przez drewniane okiennice), no i niestety czystość średnia - pajęczyny i pająki w rogach na ścianach i pod oknem, brudne ściany i listwy, psuje to wrażenie

• María José (10/5): - El departamento era amplio, cómodo, limpio y tenia excelente iluminación natural a pesar de estar en el subterráneo que fue el que nos tocó. La ubicación es genial porque está a 5 minutos del metro que te lleva al centro de barcelona, quedarnos aquí nos salió mucho mas barato y la conexión con los lugares turísticos es perfecta por estar cerca de la estación.

The window is facing to the street and its old school window just like a paper. We felt like "sleeping on the street" and also the room is next to the main door, and every single time if someone came in and close the door it was a huge bang.

• Selda (4/5): - Super Lage. Man ist sehr schnell im zentrum und es ist in der ubahn- bzw. Bahnhof-Nähe. Das Zimmer war nur sehr oberflächlich geputzt, überall waren Haare. Sehr viel staub im Zimmer. Keine Ablagemöglichkeit im Badezimmer und nur ein Hacken. Waschbecken im Badezimmer war nicht stabil, hing etwas von der Wand weg. Man hört jedes Tür knallen von anderen Bewohnern- sehr hellhörig. Die Wandfarbe bröselt tlw. Von der Decke hinunter.
• Kelvin (1/5): If you value sleep and peace- DONT STAY HERE! - The bed was comfortable and the accommodation was close to the beach and the trains. The property is clearly an Air BnB which wasn't made clear on Booking.com. There is significant resentment amongst the locals who are very negative towards people staying at this property. The front doors have very heavy iron door knockers and locals thump on the door night after night, they race their cars and bikes up the street, stand and yell at the residents consistently through the night EVERY night! We were jeered at when coming and going on a number of occassions. There is no double glazing in the windows so the noise carrys. The traffic on the road is constant. We had very little sleep over the 5 nights we stayed and this accomodation was expensive! The shower was broken, there was no electric jug, minimal supplies, no safety considerations like evacuation plans or ways to escape if there was a fire. Given how angry the locals are safety should be a consideration. The property needs security cameras. They also need to take the big door knockers off the doors. The kitchen has very little in it so being self-contained wasn't possible. There is only a microwave with very few cooking dishes, utensils or cutlery. Two cups and one was cracked. Thankfully we had our own travel cups. The advertised garden was a mess!

Zona tranquilla ma da scoprire Avevo la stanza numero 1 che è all'ingresso a livello strada e marciapiede e si sentono tutti i rumori. Di notte non è trafficato ma il via vai degli altri ospiti disturba un po'.

Wir konnten uns nicht erklären, im obersten Stock und trotz konstant geschlossener Fenster im März (!) jede Nacht von Mücken zerstochen zu werden. Das gesamte Apartment ist verständlicherweise übersäht von Blut/Mückenspuren unserer Vorgänger. Fliegengitter würden diesen nervigen Umstand wahrscheinlich verhindern.

Badalona muuseum, kauplused, kohalik turg ja rannapiirkonna kohvikud on jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Kahjuks kostub maja läbi ja ka tänava müra (nt prügiautode toimetused, koolilaste hommikune häältekoor) on tuppa liiga hästi kuuldav. Kui külastaja on hea unega, ei ole sellest suuremat probleemi.

• Aliyev (1/5): terrible hotel and infested with ants - Our stay here was very bad. The room was infested with ants. When we complained to the host, they simply sprayed chemicals in the room, but it was impossible to stay there because of the strong smell. At the same time, dead ants were everywhere. Also, taking a shower here was terrible. When one person was showering, the water would run out, and the other person had to wait at least 1–2 hours. The host had not informed us about this in advance.

• Emma (4/5): Ich war etwas enttäuscht - War sauber Das keine Kaffeemaschine da war obwohl ich dem Zimmer so gebucht hatte,da war nur eine Espresso Maschine,ohne Kaffee und Teebeuteln ohne Wasser Kocher . Die Wände sind sehr dünn ,habe alles gehört und unsere Tür hatte so eine große spalten.

• Tavakoli (4/5): Overall, the stay was not satisfying because of the poor service and shower issue. - The location was good and the place was generally clean. We had a bad experience with the shower. The water suddenly became cold and it took about 30 minutes to get warm again. When I complained, they said we should wait 15 minutes between showers, but only one person was using the shower and no one used it before. Because of this, my partner got sick. Also, there was no apology or compensation, which was disappointing.

• Michele (5/5): Pessimo soggiorno - La facilità nel fare l'accesso in abitazione Lontananza dal centro di Barcellona , é comoda soltanto se si vuole trascorrere il tempo a Badalona. La stanza purtroppo non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. I cuscini erano estremamente sottili e scomodi, al punto da rendere difficile riposare bene durante la notte. Anche l’acqua calda della doccia durava pochissimo, costringendo a fare tutto di fretta. Un altro grande problema è stato il rumore: la finestra affacciava direttamente sulla strada e si sentivano continuamente gente ed auto passare. Come se non bastasse, proprio sotto la finestra era parcheggiato un camion che alle 6 del mattino veniva acceso e lasciato in moto per circa mezz’ora, rendendo impossibile continuare a dormire. Inoltre si sentivano chiaramente gli scarichi delle altre stanze e spesso anche le porte sbattere nel corridoio. Nel complesso l’esperienza non è stata piacevole e il riposo è stato molto disturbato. Fortunatamente sono state solo tre notti.

• LORENA (7/5): Una estancia agradable - Tiene buena ubicación hacia Barcelona con el metro estás allí en 20 min, la cama es cómoda y el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para poder cocinar Se escuchaba el ruido de la calle, pero nos cambiaron de habitación y se portaron muy bien con nosotros, muchas gracias!
• Tomás (7/5): Buena ubicación, precio carísimo - Hubo buena comunicación con el personal, pero siempre por teléfono o Whatsapp. Habitación amplia con una pequeña terraza sin muebles, que daba a un patio de manzana orientado al oeste. Era tranquila, aunque supongo que las que dan a la calle son más ruidosas. La cama y la almohada eran cómodas. Todo pensado para 2 personas. Cocina pequeña, mesa de comedor. Baño amplio. Apartamento bien iluminado y ventilado. Tiene aire acondicionado. El edificio está muy cerca del centro y de la estación de tren. Dispone de lugar gratuito para dejar las maletas después del check out. Hotel sin recepción, aunque hay personal por las mañanas. El precio fue carísimo, más de 240€ la noche, aunque supongo que debido a que coincidió nuestra estancia con el Mobile World Congress y se aprovecharon. No hay armario para guardar la ropa, sino un perchero visto. En el baño no hay repisa para dejar el neceser. En la cocina se echa en falta un microondas. La carpintería es de madera antigua, no hermética y sin vidrio aislante. La lámpara sobre la mesa no funcionaba. El TV no se veía cuando llegamos pero lo arreglaron el día siguiente. Es un edificio antiguo sin ascensor, no apto para personas con movilidad reducida.
• Ferreira (7/5): Tudo perfeito menos a questão da água quente. - Moderno, limpo, muito automatizado, com bastante privacidade. Pouco tempo de água quente para tomar banho, não deveria ser monitorizado ter no máximo 2 banhos por dia. Mal começávamos a tomar banho a água começava logo a vir fria, não dava para tomar um banho completo de água quente.

• Felip Alfons (5/5): Instalaciones buenas con demasiado ruido - Ubicación y amplitud de la habitación. Las ventanas al ser muy viejas dejan huecos grandes con respecto al marco y respecto a la otra ventana. Había mucho ruido en la habitación por culpa de esto. Parecía que estabas durmiendo en la calle.
• García (10/5): Estancia perfecta - Amé el alojamiento. Está ubicado a 8 estaciones de sagrada familia en metro por lo que era muy accesible a todos lados. Está en un barrio residencial muy tranquilo, estaba todo MUY limpio y la habitación era grande y cómoda. Tenía una mesa y cocina equipada. El pueblito de Baladalona era muy lindo y lleno de tiendas. Lo encontré perfecto.

• Léa (7/5): Bruyant mais pas cher - Pas très cher et studio confortable Studio mal isolé, on entends tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir ou les chambres d’à côté. Le sol de la salle de bain était sale à notre arrivée.
