• Dana (9/5): Spokojnosť, ubytovanie splnilo naše očakávania. - Priestranný, čistý byt, pohodlné postele, dostatok miesta na osobné veci. Chýbali nám len poháre na víno, boli tam len dva pre osem ľudí :-).

• Alexandra (8/5): Super zentral und jederzeit wieder - Die Lage war super, direkt neben der Metro und in ca. 15-20 Min zu Fuß bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Apartment ist im 5. Stock, aber es gibt einen kleinen Aufzug. Die Geräuschkulisse ist absolut ok und das Apartment war von der Sauberkeit i.O. Die Matratze im hinteren Schlafzimmer (gegenüber Küche) muss dringend ausgewechselt werden. Die Lage ist super zentral aber leider auch mit vielen Obdachlosen versehen und recht schmuddelig. Die Küche wurde von uns nicht benutzt, kann daher nichts dazu sagen.
• Kelsey (7/5): Overall the apartment suited our needs. - Location was great, nice and close to the train station. The apartments was very spacious for the 6 of us, it was also very clean, except for the bed my son slept in. We were a little confused on how to get in when we were dropped off by our private transfer the staff arranged for us. We weren’t given instructions but it was quickly sorted after calling the owner. Also one bed out of 5 must have been missed because there was hair and small elastics in it.

• Paula (6/5): - Estaba muy bien ubicado, y cómodo para grupos grandes Los baños, una ducha no salía el agua con presión, un baño no se podía casi utilizar y si te duchabas no había manera de regular la temperatura, salía ardiendo o helada, no había punto medio y cambiaba como quería. La lavadora no funcionaba tampoco
• Izabela (8/5): Polecam my bylismy bardzo zadowoleni. - Duży, przestronny apartament. wszędzie blisko. 3 duże sypialnie, łożka komfortowe, dwie łazienki jedna z wanna, druga z prysznicem. Pralka i zmywarka, w kuchni duży stół. Własciciel mógłby uzupełnić troszke naczń w kuchni tj , szklanek czy lampek do wina. Ale i tak nie ma na co narzekać.
• Yenti (4/5): Not worth at all - Big space The house looks worse than the photo so don’t trust the photo. The air conditioner didn’t work and there is no fan so be ready to stay in sauna house if you choose this place and travel in summer. There are many weird people walking outside of the house so be careful when walking back to the house at night.
• Michelle (5/5): Good but wouldn’t stay again - Location close to metro Allowed us to drop our bags before check in Organized transfer from cruise port None of the doors closed properly Couldn’t lock bathroom doors All doors creaked loudly No directions on how to use items eg gas hob that was quite hard to turn on. Not told what to do with bins, not much toilet roll for 5 guests for 6 days. No cloths for us to wipe down, only one kitchen towel. The bedroom opposite the kitchen has a broken bed that needs to be replaced immediately (the one by the window). There are several wooden slats missing, a leg of the bed was broken off so the whole bed was wonky. It was even too uncomfortable for my 12 year old to sleep on - so definitely not good for an adult. Air conditioning not great, we woke each night sweating. The elevator is not great, no fault of owner though

• Foteini (8/5): Great stay overall - Location and spacious One bedroom does not have an ac and it was hot and using the fan was too noisy to sleep. It would be good to be able to fully use the second toilet.

• Kerstin (5/5): Gute Lage zu überhöhtem Preis, da die Ausstattung nicht wie zugesichert! - Wir reisten als Familie mit insgesamt 7 Personen an. Das Apartment bietet für die Personenzahl ausreichend Platz. Die Lage in Laufentfernung zum Bahnhof Termini war für uns und unsere geplanten Ausflüge gut. Die Ausstattung ist nicht entsprechend den Angaben: zwei SZ haben je eine Klimaanlage. Das dritte SZ zum Hof gelegen, verfügt nur über Ventilatoren, genauso wie die Küche. Eine der Klimaanlagen funktionierte seit dem Anreisetag nicht. Wir haben gleich den Vermieter kontaktiert. Die Kommunikation fand auf drei Kanälen statt: Booking und zwei WhatsApp- Chats. Es verbargen sich nach unserer Wahrnehmung mitunter unterschiedliche Personen in den jeweiligen Chats. Ein Techniker wurde an Tag 4 geschickt, die KA funktionierte noch immer nicht. Wir hatten die ganzen 9 Tage / 8 Nächte mehrere Tage 39 Grad. Erst an Tag 5 empfahl uns die Kontaktperson, das Kondenswasser abzulassen, was wir dann auch taten (mit dem großen Suppentopf). Dann lief die KA. Der Geschirrspüler funktionierte die ganze Zeit nicht. Es erfolgte keine Regulation. Die Toilettensituation ist für 7 Personen absolut inakzeptabel: eine Klobrille ist deutlich kleiner als die Kloschüssel, man rutscht hin und her. Beim zweiten WC geht NUR ein kleines Geschäft. Mehr schafft die Spülung nicht. Und: es ist absolut nichts vorhanden was man bräuchte: keine Geschirrspültapps, keine Küchenhandtücher usw. Bis auf abgezähltes Geschirr ist nichts da. Wir sind echt enttäuscht, haben wir doch extra nach gewissen Ausstattungsmerkmalen geschaut. Und günstig ist die Unterkunft dafür auch nicht. Zudem möchte man an seinen Urlaubstagen nicht mehrfach mit den Vermieter- Personen chatten.
• Liza Jane (5/5): - The location. It’s walking distance to Termini which is ideal. The facilities are old especially the bathrooms. The toilets are old and are tricky to flush. It definitely needs an upgrade.

• Robert (6/5): Good value apartment - Location and cleanliness. No communal space, 2 bathrooms but only 1 working lavatory (other one had a macerater so pee only). Coffee machine poor. Only 1 set of keys. When checking out you need a key to exit the ground floor!!(no good when keys have to be left in apartment on 5th floor!!) Decor bit dated. Equipment level not great in kitchen - consider this if you need to cook!!

• Naz (8/5): Wonderful, Large Apartment Suitable for Groups - Piero was friendly. The apartment was clean and warm. One of the showers in the bathroom was tiny. Also, both of the toilets were a little problematic because they're old. They would benefit from a renovation.
• Simon (9/5): Massive comfy beds, great location - This apartment was lovely, with the biggest beds from our stay in Europe (we were in 4 different apartments and hotels in Paris, Venice and Rome). The bedrooms were large, comfy, and 2 of the 3 rooms have excellent air conditioning (it was very warm when we were there), with the 3rd king size bedroom having a handy large fan in it. The tv had Netflix on it, and the WiFi worked a treat. The kitchen has all you need. It is a short walk to the big train station, there are some lovely restaurants in the surrounding streets, and the underground is close, to take you into Rome city centre. There are several supermarkets and coffee shops within minutes of the apartment. The owner also helpfully organised a taxi van to take the 5 of us to the airport The lift didn’t work for one of the days, and the climb up 5 flights of stairs was a little exhausting.

• Alan (5/5): I would not chose to stay in this property should I revisit Rome in the future. - The property was close to a metro station - easy to move around Rome as a result. Nice pizza and great coffee/pastries nearby. Out of the 3 bedrooms, only 2 had air conditioners - Only 1 air conditioner was working. The air conditioner remote controllers did not work. It made for uncomfortable nights for my group of 5 in a hot and humid Rome. A lot of homeless people on the streets in the area and a lot of uncollected garbage.

• Stephine (8/5): Very Recommend - Location was excellent. Same comer as metro to use for all the site visits. 15 minute walk to train station to get to from other cities and airport. 2 baths both with showers a bonus for 5 people. Had elevator/lift so don’t have to climb 5 flights of stairs! Only 2 rooms have air conditioning (both with 2 queen beds) and other room 1 queen bed has a fan only. My son was in room with he said temp was fine. Our room we did not find remote to turn on a/c, but in fairness we did not try to contact manger for remote. Room with remote did not cool off enough to our liking. We were also there during one of the hottest Rome times. This would not prevent me from renting again.
• Re (8/5): Fantastic Place to Stay in Rome - Great location. Large apartment with 5 king beds. 5th floor location, with a small elevator. 15 mins walk to the Rome Termini to catch trains to airport and all over Italy. Many great restaurants across the road. The cafes and Indian/Chinese fast food places on the ground floor are not very good. 'Bar Allo Statuto' is a great cafe for cocktails and outstanding pizza located nearby: exit main door to street, turn right, go across road.

• Deb (10/5): it was a lovely place in the right place - no breakfast, but a lovely coffee shop downstairs. location was the reason we chose it. Close to Metro, termini, and hop on stops not a lot of great food in the neighborhood that we found
• Heather (8/5): The owner was very responsive, touristic spots are walking distance,& metro on the corner. - The apartment was very spacious and it has a petite elevator. (It’s on the 5th Flr). Two bathrooms were very convenient. Walkable location for most tourist attractions, but also close to the metro (right on the corner). In addition the owner can arrange a car service for airport or cruise port travel which was very convenient. They (a production company) are filming right outside of the apt. and will not let pass to get into the building. We were forced to stand around outside multiple times throughout our stay. (Not the owners fault but something to consider as weather gets hotter). Everything else was work around. No lights in the main bathroom (easy fix). No screens in the windows to prevent flies and gnats. However I would stay here again.

• Orinta (7/5): Quite good if the heaters were working when we want it to work - Space in the apartment, nice to have 2 bathrooms(bath and shower, both with toilets) for handful of people, beds are nice, 2 packs of keys, there's an elevator (the apartment is on 5th floor) which suites for 2-3 people, max 4 small people :) Big dining table. Cold floor plus the heaters are not working 24/7, you have to turn it on again in the morning(clothes doesn't dry after washing because the heaters turns off during the night). We had to search for the missing blanket for one bed, the host was too slow to answer and after getting messages in english, I've started receiving it in italian somehow(had to use a translator). Make sure you know who is answering you on this site, because the lady met us and a man was answering on the site.
• Andras (8/5): Longish weekend with Family of 3 gen. - Location was very good, close to Termini, central train station. It was comfortable for our family (3 gen.), 3 badrooms, 2 bathrooms. The communication with the landlord was fine. I missed the wine glasses! :( The dishwasher didn't work.

• Eugene (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, great apartment, and exceptional owner. We definitely would recommend this place! Close to everything and safe. Alessandro was very helpful, friendly, and easy to reach. An owner who are willing to walk an extra mile for his customers.
• Kelly (10/5): A great space with really lovely decor. - We loved this apartment. It was large, clean and very well equipped. Our family of 6 spent 2 nights here at the end of our trip and we really enjoyed it. Despite having a 2pm check in time, the cleaner asked us to return at 4 because she wasn’t finished.
