• Michael (9/5): - Perfekte Lage !! Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Unkomplizierter Check-Inn / Out und schnelle, reibungslose Kommunikation. Schlafzimmer „nach hinten“ absolut ruhig. Alles in fußläufiger Nähe.

• Anita (9/5): Zentrumsnahe super Unterkunft - Die Wohnung hat uns im Allgemeinen sehr gut gefallen. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Küche gut eingerichtet. Die wirklich zentrale Lage ist hier hervor zu heben. Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt👍👍😃 Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden😃
• Bettina (10/5): Perfekte Unterkunft für Bayreuth-Besuch - Ideale Lage in Bayreuths Altstadt, sehr schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und bestens ausgestattetes Apartment, unkomplizierter und sehr prompter Gastgeberkontakt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Türcode bei Eingang zum Apartment hat nicht funktioniert. Es gab aber Schlüssel in Schlüsseltresor, daher alles gut.

• Paschel (9/5): - Schöne kleine Wohnung in 1.OG, toll eingerichtet, Balkon, viele Bücher falls Langeweile aufkommt. Die Innenstadt ist in 2 Min erreicht. Die Bayreuther Parkanlage (Hofgarten) in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Hat alles Spaß gemacht im Frankenland.

• Lona (8/5): Wir sehen uns im August 2025 wieder in Bayreuth - Very nice apartment, with everything that was needed for an opera week and furthermore the landlord had provided beers and water in the fridge and capsules for the coffeemaker upon arrival. Excellent and efficient communication with the landlord. Noice from the street, handymens renovating the building on the other side of the street were playing very high music during the weekdays, however when the renovation is finished this wouldn't be an issue.

The Apartment had everything you could want, the location was excellent and the host has thought of everything including high quality furnishings and a super comfortable bed. A++++++++
