• Luca (1/5): Pessimo - Nulla Sporca, ovunque, lampadine rotte, due boccette di sapone da 10cc per una settimana, priva di ogni genere di prima necessità, zero acqua, se vuoi bevi dal rubinetto, non esiste un tovagliolo per pulirsi. Il giorno che devi andare via alle 10.00 in punto ti suona la signora delle pulizie e non va via fintanto non ti ha cacciato da casa.

• Ana (7/5): Lokalizacja ok, czystość - lepiej przygotuj się na mycie naczyń w zlewie. - Spokojna lokalizacja jako duży plus, do centrum Uberem ok 15 min. Duży salon, duży taras, łazienka i dodatkowa oddzielna toaleta, duży plus! Zmywarka nie działała. Wszystkie naczynia w kuchni były brudne, po zameldowaniu musiałyśmy pomyć wszystkie naczynia ręcznie. Informowaliśmy personel odpowiedzialny za lokal ale twierdzili że zmywarka działa. Tyle w temacie. Ciepła woda - tylko na 15 min a potem trzeba czekać kilka godzin aż się nagrzeje. Nie miałyśmy informacji że tak to wygląda. Pralka - podczas prania wyskakiwała z szafy. Lodówka- długo nie otwierana, smród przy otwarciu.

• Lesley (1/5): This is sold as a luxury apartment, it is NOT luxury, AVOID! - The porter in the apartment block was very friendly and chatty A few notes for people to know before they book this apartment, I would recommend you go elsewhere: - floors, kitchen, fridge, bathrooms, windows (and ledges), sofa cover, mattress and cushions were all dirty - draws in bedroom are scratched and broken, doors sticking in bathrooms - curtain rails are broken which means you can't open them so we spent 6 days in complete darkness - dishwasher didn't work, electrics kept tripping if you used more than just the TV i.e. a hairdryer for instance - terrace was filthy and full of weeds, furniture was not usable as broken - whole apartment and terrace in need of a complete refurb and clean - the surrounding area is very residential, communal bins overflowing and we had to avoid dog poo on the pavement - agents rude and when we raised these issues they offered us a small room with no cooking or outside facilities - communication lacking between the agents and I had to duplicate texts to 2 different agents - agents got aggressive, defensive and argumentative when we gave negative feedback and expressed we were not happy - they had the cheek to turn up with a cheap box of chocolates on our last night to thank us for staying, the irony! - I would highly recommend you avoid this property, area and agents! I made the agents aware the next day of our concerns and nothing was resolved, apart from they did drop off 2 additional bath towels, we were only given 2 originally for 6 days!

• Josee (5/5): Déçu . Photos sur demande - L’emplacement et la grandeur de l’appartement L’appartement n’est pas bien entretenu. Mur sale, défraîchi aurait besoin de rénovations majeures. La terrasse n’a pas été lavé (mur et plancher) depuis longtemps. Ne correspond du tout pas à Luxury, tel que specifié dans le nom de l’établissement.

• Dave (5/5): - The area was great The property was not well maintained, the shower leaked, the kitchen tap spurted everywhere, the bathroom door caught on the floor, the bed was not great. The property didn't seem well cared for.

• Hesen (10/5): Loved it - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The owner was a very kind and friendly person, always ready to help. She answered all our questions at any time and made us feel very welcome. They also changed the towels during our stay, which we really appreciated. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, in a great location. Overall, an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

• Cinthia (10/5): Exceptional - Great apartment and great host! We had a wonderful time there (we spent almost a week there). Romina was really helpful and responsive, always doing her best to assist us. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. Furthermore, the neighborhood is really enjoyable, with plenty of lunch spots and supermarkets nearby We liked everything. We were already aware that the apartment is not located in the city center, but it’s very easy to reach by public transportation or a 30–40 minute walk, which we actually enjoyed quite a lot.
• שרון (10/5): wonderful! - we had a wonderful time at agathae place. we stayed for a week. the place is peacful and after a long day of traveling rome it's great to come back to a place that feels like 'home'. it's close to transport that take you all around rome. we slept well, eat well - you can cook in the kitchen easily, and the balcony was used a lot! the place is very clean and tidy. Romina was available to any question and was a great smilling and paient host. very reccomended palce. we'll come back again. the water in the sink in the bathroom didn't run well.
