Natellie (1/5): WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE - I did not like anything about the apartment. The pictures and the description on Booking were not an accurate account of the apartment. I DID NOT FEEL SECURE. The door on the street was unlocked the second door was accessed with the pull of a shoestring and the actual door to the apartment was only secured with a flimsy lock not a deadbolt. The large television in one of the photos was broken and smashed hiding behind a wardrobe. The window covering that didn’t offer any privacy were falling off because they were only in place with tape and the windows did not have rolladens. One of the beds was coming apart however, all of the beds had scene better days. Also, the washer had a bad smell and the dryer was out of service. The paint and wallpaper on the walls was peeling and some of the electrical outlets did not have coverings. Almost as soon as we entered the apartment I called the property manager and told him our concerns then I called booking. The property manager denied us a refund and Booking hasn’t been able to get us a refund either.
