• Diego Gonzalo (10/5): Hermosa estancia en Navigli - la ubicacion es perfecta, el dueño del departamento muy atento. La zona cerca de los canales, muy cerca del duomo, tiene un balcon lindo exterior y la decoracion del departamento nos encantó. Volveriamos de nuevo!

Die Lage ist prima, nur wenige Minuten zur Metro und den Kanälen von Navigli mit Bars und Restaurants. Zum Dom sind es gute 30 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es fehlte an nichts. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war gut und freundlich. Buche ich gerne wieder!

• Kat (8/5): Schönes kleines Apartment in toller Lage - Das Apartment is super gelegen, man braucht ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis ins Stadtzentrum. Außerdem hat man eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür und verschiedene U-Bahn Stationen sind schnell zu erreichen. Für 2 Personen ist das Apartment wirklich perfekt. Es verfügt über ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer, eine Küche und ein Bad. Darüber hinaus gib es einen Balkon. Wir haben die Küche nicht wirklich genutzt, sie schien aber gut ausgestattet zu sein. Bei An- und Abreise hat alles reibungslos geklappt und der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Ich würde das Apartment wieder buchen. Leider kampieren Obdachlose nachts vor dem Hauseingang, was die abendliche Rückkehr weniger angenehm macht. Ein Mülleimer im Bad wäre gut gewesen.

Ascenseur à disposition. Entree de l'immeuble sécurisée. Interlocuteur très facilement joignable. Il n'y a pas de coin salon qui permette de s'asseoir confortablement. Le porche devant la résidence abrite des gens sans domicile fixe qui viennent passer la nuit : Pas très rassurant.

• Makar (7/5): Great apartment in my beloved district - The apartment is very comfortable for a solo- or couple-traveler. It’s is convenient and not small. The balcony is wonderful. There was a weird smell, especially in the bathroom. Towels and bed sheets were also somewhat smelly a little bit.

Visto il prezzo mi aspettavo un appartamento più moderno, e qualche conforto in più. Purtroppo la televisione in camera non funzionava al nostro arrivo, sarebbe stato ideale se fosse stata sostituita. Visto che dovrà essere fatto comunque.

• Anya (9/5): Great place to stay in Milan - Apartments has a really good location in the vibrant Navigli area. From there you can get to lovely channels with a lot of restaurants and bars or to many other historical gems of Milan on foot or if you want to get faster, public transport is just near by(tram station 1-2 minutes walk, metro station 7-10 min). Flat is specious and decorated in lovely style, well equipped with all facilities that is required for the staying. Host was really helpful with everything and fast with assistance on requests. He provided all information for a great staying, along with good recommendations for places where to eat or get wine.

• Barbara (8/5): Tolles Appartement mitten in Mailand - Schönes Appartement, man hat dort alles was man braucht. Sehr sauber und geräumig. Einfache Anbindung in die Stadt. Alles zu Fuss zu erreichen, Metro und Straßenbahn in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es lässt sich nicht vermeiden, dass es etwas lauter ist durch den Straßenlärm, wenn man mitten der Stadt wohnt. Nichts für Leute mit leichtem Schlaf. Es gibt ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die in der Wohnung noch angepasst werden können, aber das würde uns nicht davon abhalten, dort nicht wieder zu buchen.
• Irisa (5/5): Never again 👎 - There is a nice and cosy interior, big room. A comfortable bed. Also, there is a good location with a lot of public transport. 1. Very bad kitchen facilities. No kettle, just a very old pot (photo is attached) for making tea. No fry pan, I couldn't even make omelette for my son. And two old bad and unpleasant pots. No salt, no sugar, no black pepper, no oil. I understand it's small pieces but it shows how the owner looks after the apartment. 2. No blankets. We came when the weather was warm enough, anyway, I prefer to cover myself. But we didn't have any choice except the sitrow veil. We had to cover our old clothes with strong old flavours. (Photo is attached). 3. Very bad bathroom facilities. Just three almost finished bottles with conditioner and any shampoo and anything. 4. Sloppiness. There was a cappuccino on the refrigerator that had dried out and turned to stone. The same was true of the coffee. This isn't necessary, and I don't demand cappuccino or coffee, but it shows how much the owner cares about the quality of what they offer. All these little things really spoiled the overall impression of the apartment. 5. Very very noisy apartment!!! It was impossible to sleep with an open window because of the train line next to the building. That train was working almost all night!!!
• Agnieszka (7/5): Miłe mieszkanie w klimatycznej dzielnicy. - Mieszkanie jest ładne, w dobrej odległości od ścisłego centrum. Położenie w urokliwej dzielnicy Navigli , z paroma kanałami jak w Wenecji. Nie działalność do drzwi w dniu przyjazdu i miałam szczęście że ktoś pod nimi akurat był. Mieszkanie jest nad bardzo ruchliwą ich, po której or wczesnego rana jeżdżą głośne tramwaje. Konieczne jest zamykanie okien na noc. Nie działała suszarka do włosów.
• Siering (9/5): Great apartement very close to the city center. Perfect location for all coty tourists in Milano. Would recemmend it to - Very nice location and the balkony was for sure the highlight of it. Also, the stuff was very friendly and provided help if needed. The restroom smelled a bit strong like perfume or something else. Not the worst of course, but we rather had the door closed all time.

• Andrea (8/5): - Príjemne zariadené . Priestranné . Klimatizácia v spálni nevychladila na menej ako 27-28st aj keď bola zapnutá na 24.
• Bronislava (8/5): Prijemne ubytovanie - Výborná komunikácia s prenajímateľom, dom s vrátnikom, pár minút od zastávky metra resp električky. Dole je dobre zásobený supermarket,oproti sú fast foody a kaviarene, obchodný dom Coin. Pár minútová pekná prechádzka k Navigli, detto sa da na pešo prejsť aj k Duomu. Kuchyňa dobre vybavená, spálňa priestranná, v oboch miestnostiach je klíma. Je to pomerne rušna ulica, elektricky je pocut dlho do noci a od skorého rana, takze kto je na toto citlivý, veľmi sa nevyspi. Vankúše neboli veľmi pohodlne, ale na tie tri noci to bolo ok.

• Jarrod (5/5): Good location, average facilities - Location was good at the property The bed needs to be fixed or replaced, the constant squeaking of the bed when you simple sit on it or roll over in it, has caused lack of sleep for the two nights we stayed in the facilities. Along with noise from the above apartments as the room is on the bottom floor.

• Gosia (9/5): Superb - It's a great apartment to have as a base to explore Milan. It has got beautiful big windows that let in a lot of light, but also keep all the city noise away when closed. Location is great and everything is reachable on foot. The highlight was the balcony that gets sun throughout the day all the way till sunset. Would definitely recommend!

• Alexandra (10/5): Gorgeous and clean apartment with a helpful host - Absolutely gorgeous! The apartment was so clean and a complimentary prosecco was waiting for us in the fridge! Tea, coffee, bath towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer and many other small things were provided which made out stay super comfortable. The communication with the host was so quick, he was really friendly and helpful. The location is great, only 15 minutes walk away from the center, tram lines are nearby and a grocery store is just 1 minute away.
• Jana (9/5): Superb - The apartment was really nice and unique! It had a vintage feel but also modern. Everything was clean and working fine. We used the washing machine and hung our clothes to dry in the balcony but still had space to sit and relax with our coffee or wine. The room is quite spacious, we had two medium suitcases opened and there were still space to walk around. Mattia is such a great host, he gave clear instructions for check-in and also provided "welcome kit" for us (a bottle of water and bubbly). He was also helpful and attentive, offered to get us a driver because there was a train strike happening and we needed to go to the airport. We're also happy with the location as it was close to restaurants and there are a convenience store and a pharmacy in the same building. There is also a local butcher shop right across the street. It can be a quite noisy especially during the weekends, but if it doesn't bother you then you should definitely stay here. We would come back again!

Also within walking distance to the area around the Dome. Mattia welcomed us and was very service minded. We're very happy with our stay. A little noise from the street, but expected in a city. No problems when using ear plugs.

Kitchen is well equipped and also comes with Airconditioning. Bathroom is very spacious and comes with a bath tub/Jacuzzi and separate shower which was comfortable. The balcony was an amazing addition with nice views of the street and a nice place to enjoy some drinks! The service was wonderful, host kept good contact and offered a list with places to eat, this was a nice service to have. I would really recommend this accommodation when visiting Milan!

The apartment looks exactly like in the photos. A beautiful bedroom, as well as a large kitchen and bathroom. The terrace is also a huge plus. A great recommendation for anyone who wants to be located in what is probably the most fun part of Milan, while keeping all the important things relatively close. The real flavor of Milan is not actually around the popular tourist centers but right around the Navigli canal. Not a single negative thing.

Even though we were late (after 11 p.m.), he was waiting with the keys. I recommend. Perfect location for exploring Naples.

The apartment was clean, with vintage furniture, all the things you need were provided by the host (towels, hairdryer, soap, kitchen ustensils). I didn’t like the fact that the windows did not cover the outside noise, especially the tram noise. When you go to sleep is like the windows are still open. Very noisy apartment, also from the neighbors (not all the time).

• Barry (8/5): Very good - Fortunately Fred met us at the front door. Apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. Balcony was a pleasant place to relax. Shutters kept most of the street noise at bay. Location was excellent with the Metro a few minutes walk away and tram spots right outside the front door. This was the quickest way to the city centre. Easy walk to the restaurants along the Ripa Di Porta Ticinese.

Mattia and their brother were easy and fast with their communication. The balcony was great for meals, relaxing and people watching as well. Nothing! It was great, my only suggestion is a few succulents for the balcony (I can imagine it would be very hot in summer for regular plants!)

Bedroom was spacious, comfortable. Air con works well, patio is nice, perfect apartment space. Communication with host was prompt, easy check in. Check in time was later in the afternoon but that is sort of out of control with previous guest and cleaning, no complaints.

Friendly host met us to hand over keys, all nice and easy. No fault of the apartment but quite noisy mainly due to the trams. Just get a few beers down you on the canals and you'll sleep like a baby.

Everything was excellent, but if we had to say something "bad" would be that the furniture/decoration looks very old-fashioned and could be renovated. Definitely not a big deal!

• Λουκάς (10/5): Wonderful stay! :) - Very cute and clean apartment with balcony on excellent location. The host was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend! The road in front of the building would get a bit noisy. It wasn't an issue for us, but perhaps a light-sleeper would mind.
