• Chloe (1/5): - Very sketchy location, our car window was smashed and we were robbed. Hotel management did nothing to help financially other than offer free parking. Mina at the front desk was very helpful in getting our vehicle repaired and lining up a rental vehicle. I was later told break ins happen weekly. Hotel needs to better inform guests of this upon arrival.

• Bharat (10/5): Great stay, value for money - The hotel is in a great location, and the staff are very kind and helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated how quickly my request for a room change was handled, it was taken care of immediately.

• Rachael (8/5): Overall Good stay - Staff were courteous and helpful. No noise and great services. There was no mention of paid parking on booking.com. It was $15/night. I wish they were transparent with this information.
• Sharon (8/5): The location was good and the room was clean. Staff was friendly - We were in for medical reasons and found the location convenient in relation to the surgical facility. The parking was an issue-from what I understood if we moved the car there was a chance we may not get a spot when we returned. I found this odd especially after paying $15 a day for parking.

• Gruntinhabitus (5/5): - Room renovation, wifi, convenience and breakfast. Staff was also helpful and pleasant. The room would have been an 8/10. The breakfast offered was both appropriate and tasty. However, the positives were outweighed by the orientation of the room and the limited light through the window. The room was about 8 or 10 feet from the adjacent building. No direct daylight entered the room at all, and very little indirect light did. The window sill was covered in pigeon feces. This should have been made clear when I booked. I would likely have paid to upgrade.

Made my life so much easier. Saw people checking car doors at night…. But not hotels fault… just due to area

• Nathaniel (9/5): Needs a proper bathroom door. - Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast included (extra option) was fantastic. Good shower. Call me old fashioned, but I like a bathroom door that locks. Especially when in a double Queen room. Parking lot seemed sketchy with lots of people walking around in it late at night (and in the morning).

The crap parking lot reminded me of people fighting over pool loungers at a resort. It's not a great area of town but a great place to experience Regina.

• Shauna (3/5): Won’t choose this hotel again - There is as pee stains on the toilet, bottom of the shower was not clean. Parking was two blocks away in a not great area of the city and they expected a woman to walk alone. When I asked the very nice lady at the front desk if it was safe she said “Well nothing has happened tonight so far so let’s hope it stays that way.” I lucked out and a very nice man was parking in the same lot as me and he walked with me

• Richard (4/5): It was okay - The room was good. Bathroom was good. Clean. The light blocking shade on window was good. Large TV was a nice bonus along with an actual guide of what was on. Hardwood entry, carpet around the bed. Night light in the bathroom was a good idea. Breakfast smelled good as I walked by, but didn't have time to stop. The room could use a little better lighting. Dark colours and limited lights made it hard to see things. When first coming in the light switch for the room was hard to find as it is not adjacent to the door but across the entry by the bathroom, Bed was very uncomfortable resulting in a very poor night sleep. Too hard, not your typical Marriott bed. It was hard getting a comfortable temperature in the room

• Jesse (8/5): I was there due to medial testing at The Ceneral Hospital. - The 5 block proximity to The General Hospital was convenient, the breakfast nook, the lovely Memories fine dining restaurant, the easy parking in the lot and The Italian Delli next door The snoring man in 303...oh right, that was me. I can't see a series downside to this place. Note, if you part in the lot, at check in they ask your license place so that security knows that the car belongs

• Michael (9/5): receptionstaff can be a pain in the ass and your credit card - room was great. staff at reception poor. staff at reception were not flexable. I still have authorized charges on my credit card of $470.00, $35.00, $1.00 and $220.00 I was told after final checkout after staying another day due to weather the remaining balance was $178.23. I was told they charge a damage deposit of $50.00 which was refundable. This is the first time I have ever been charged such a fee. Because of all this I cannot recommend this facility to anyone.

• Kiel (1/5): Stay somewhere else. This place is horrible. - It was clean ish When I booked it said complimentary breakfast. The next morning they said we had to pay for breakfast. Also had to pay for parking. Already overpaid $225 for a room with water stains on the ceiling and a bathroom door that doesn’t even close.

They have us a wheel chair room which wasn’t the room we choose, maybe because we asked for an early check in to be ready on time but we had called ahead and asked for it so they knew what we were wanting.

Tried to take payment despite being told it was paid to booking.com and provided the email confirmation and when we checked out we were asked to return to the desk by the same staff member who already knew the reservation was paid. Another staff member had to come tell her to let us go on and to deal with booking.com directly

• Abeera (7/5): Where's the hot water - Everything was good except the water temperature, there was no hot water. The water was cold even when turned towards hot and it made showering super uncomfortable. Everything else was good.
