• Vyrna Buchanan (9/5): Beautiful unit and wonderful to stay with friends and family. Fitted 6 adult friends perfectly. - Exceptionally clean, and airy apartment. Had all the amenities, and was really comfortable with everything. Can't complain whatsoever. Everything was perfect. The hosts were exceptional, in reference to communication and professionalism.

Nice big tv , although would have been nice to have an additional tv in the master bedroom . A few extra supplies like more coffee pods and tea bags.

• Stephen (9/5): Excellent close-to-beach 3-bedroom apartment perfect for 3-generation family vacation. - Excellent and clean space for 3 generation family holiday (with 4 adults, 2 children) for 2 night stay. I wish we had a 3rd night but our schedule did not allow. Large couch (for family watching TV) and well-equipped kitchen with dining table / chairs for cooking and eating in. The second bathroom was perfect given there were 6 of us. Mollymook beach is a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive straight down Golf Avenue. It’s a nice clean fine sand beach, lifeguards in force, ample free parking, two adjacent food / snack establishments, etc. The facilities included showers and lawns too, and they also had a new playground just up from beach 2 minutes. We are not golfers, the adjacent 9-hole course looked lovely for those so inclined. Club house had restaurant on beach good for coffee, breakfast, lunch, and fine dining. The sea-view / ocean-view was pretty limited, in part because the next door neighbor on the seas side has recently added an extended deck with privacy fence that blocked much of the view.
• Kim (7/5): - the unit was well stocked with lovely crockery, cups, glassware etc and the bed was very comfy and 2 comfy chairs on the balcony. There were many streaming services available for guests to use on the big screen tv and the unit was very clean. we didn't realize the unit backed onto a main road (our fault as we should have looked at its location more carefully before booking). The couch while looking big and comfy was almost too big and very soft-made it difficult to get out of, and very tricky to try to sit comfortably on the couch with a cuppa.

Bathrooms lovely and beds comfortable. A great place to stay. All good although we didn't realise that the property backed onto a busy highway.

The whole apartment was so clean and fresh on arrival. Nice and close to the beach. Definitely worth the money and would recommend to others.

Everything accessible from Bella Vista. My son loved the large sofa and t.v. :)
