- Fazilah (2/5): Nightmare. - Apartment okay untuk stay. Looks like the host not ready to receive guess. 1. Instruction asked us to take card from key box no 2. But no key inside. Because of that, the host asked to take the key from key box no 1. 2. According to the host, there is no parking lot for room number 2. Which surprising me. When we did our booking, stated that parking need to pay, RM10/day. We okay with that and we expect the parking lot is inside the building. The answer from the host : I haven’t been there how do I know?”. Speechless. When we asked the security, there is a parking lot for us. 3. Entering the unit, the sofa bed cannot be used as the 2 legs, spoiled. 4. We stayed there for 4 nights, 3 persons. The hanger provided only 2, towel 2 and no extra blanket for the 3rd person. Tissue box is on table but no tissue. 5. We faced a problem with the tekevision. Message the host, sometimes reply, sometimes no. When we called, refused to answer. They fix the problems (television & sofa bed), on 2nd day before we check out. Meanings, for the first 3 days, we could not watch television. 6. Deposit will be refunded within 3 working days. We checked out on 31/1/2024. 1/1/2025 is PH. 3 working days will be counted from 2/1/2025 - 4/1/2025. Until now I didn’t receive the deposit. Messaged them but no reply. Overall, apartment is okay but the host is terrible.
