- John (3/5): Venice very nice cost of hotel & condition of room made stay at hotel less than fair. - Location GREAT Lobby nice Breakfast good FLOOR TERRIBLE looked like tree roots growing thru floor even tho I was on second floor. 2 free bottles of water only the first night after first night you pay .I started at a hotel that cost half of what this room was & free water the whole stay.Last WAY OVER PRICED FOR THE ROOOM!! The water front terrace in photos looked a lot bigger & you needed a reservation to sit out there TERRIBLE.

- Francesca (9/5): Straordinario - Posizione ottima vicino alla stazione Santa Lucia. Colazione eccellente, tante varietà dolci e salate, da provare assolutamente. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile oltre ogni aspettativa. Direi che le stanze sono un po piccoline, bagni molto belli però in stanza non c’è un vero armadio nè un poggia-valigie, quindi risulta molto molto scomodo avere lo spazio per gestire la propria roba.

- Jessica (9/5): Great option close to train station - Great location if you need to be close to the train station. Overall the hotel was nice, breakfast was great. You will have to walk quite a bit to get to the main attractions, but the trade off is being close to the train station so you can walk. Pillows could’ve been a little better but beds were comfortable.

Everything would be perfect if the hot - Convenience especially if you arrive by train, good location, sit right next to Grand Canal, however it can be a bit noisy (from floating garbage truck) as we got the room near its pier.

- Borodavchenko (7/5): - Отель находится в четырёх минутах ходьбы от железнодорожного вокзала.. Это очень удобно. Хороший завтрак, вкусные круассаны. Классная терраса на первом этаже выходящая на канал. Из номеров входящих на воду шикарные виды из окна. Если окна номера выходит на широкий фасад отеля, ближе к каналу , то с четырёх утра начинается движуха. Прямо под окнами находится площадка для разгрузки всего. Поэтому если сон чуткий, берите номер либо строго на канал, либо куда-нибудь во двор.

- ErikaSal (10/5): Excelente ubicación con vistas al Gran Canal - El hotel era comodísimo. Estaba perfectamente ubicado, a sólo 300 metros de la Ferrovia y de una parada del Vaporeto. Tiene restaurante y bar, con lo cual facilita las cenas. No desayunamos porque el horario de salida del tren era muy temprano.

- Anthony (6/5): Mixed bag, good location but bathroom smelt of damp and mould - The location was great, very close to the station and the buffet breakfast was nice It was a mixed bag, they upgraded us to a double room which wasn't great when travelling with my son. Then downgraded us back to a twin which smelt of damp and mould. I had to mention this twice to the front desk before they offered to move us. Room 3 was ok. It seemed like some staff were good and switched on, some not so much. For example they gave us a drinks voucher for the bar which then wasn't accepted by the waiter, hence good and bad
