• Sara (4/5): Disappointing - La ubicación Sorry but we cannot leave a good review. On arival the instructions to open the door did not explain to hit the top Button before and after the numbers. After we got in we found there was only 3 chairs and one if these Broken and dangerous fir a Booking if 4. We tried to have Coffee only 3 cups and no glasses. The wifi did not work as all the networks did not exist. The blackout curtain was missing we found it in the cupboard and installed. The trundle beds had board missing one was under the bed and one in the cupboard. We also installed those to make the bed confortable. One IS still Broken. We sent numerous messages which were ignoured about the wifi but also to inform bathroom sink would not drain. We have since looked Up reviews and have seen that some of these problems were reported in 2024. We Will be honest that the premesis IS good but maintenace and customer service is well below expectation.

• Gil (6/5): Pleasant - Excelent location and everything was very clean The communication wasn't very clear about what to do about the door. The kitchen barely had any equipment. And worst of all, a lot of light came into the room. The curtain barely did anything and it was very bothersome
• სანიკიძე (6/5): Pleasant - It had a very good location, close to everything. First of all, the cleanliness was terrible — there was dirt on the walls and everywhere. There was no Wi-Fi either. Communicating with the host was a hassle and very frustrating. Overall, I was really disappointed.
• Артем (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is in a good location. Walk to the metro, bus station, railway station 10-15 minutes. The renovation is good, the furniture is new, the beds are new, the apartment is clean. What I didn't like. Wi-Fi is not working in the room, there is no iron, but there is an ironing board, there is no hair dryer, there is a broken kettle. This was mentioned to the owner, but he did nothing during the 4 days of rest.
• María (1/5): Not going to repeat - Nothing about it, only the location. Pray that nothing happens to you because the host WILL NOT ANSWER YOU We entered the apartment the first day and it smelled like someone had been smoking there a week. Awfull. The courtain was broken so we had to put it aourserlves. Then, there were not sheets for the bed. We had to call him multiple times and he sent a worker to bring us something to cover the mattress. On booking, the host mentioned that it was included the hairdryer, shampoo, gel shower etc WE DID NOT HAVE THEM AND HE DID NOT BRING ANYTHING Lastly, there was only 3 glasses and a few plates
• Blondlet (4/5): I can't recommend it. - Good location. Room dirty, towels still wet, sheets dirty and trash still in the rubbish can. Tricky communication with the owner. However, he gave us a new room which was dark and smells cigarets. Way too expensive for what it is.
• Cansu (1/5): Absolutely disgusting experience - Nothing. Absolutely disgusting experience. The room was filthy and crawling with insects — they were everywhere. We reached out to the owner and got completely ignored. No help, no apology — just a shameless message begging for a good review. This was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed, and I wouldn’t go back even if it were free. Stay away.
• Giacomo (1/5): Nightmare - Nothing Worst experience ever, when we arrived we found just one towel each, dirty sheets and side beds, broken heaters, no hair drier. We ask for help but nobody has shown up. We decided to move to another hotel. The host I’d call it, the Ghost, invisible. Avoid this if you want to enjoy your stay in Prague.

• Irena (8/5): New Year in Prague - The apartment is very close to the center, with convenient transportation and easy accommodation..warm and clean, but a small room with two double beds in it, one of which is a sofa bed...not suitable for 4 guests...the kitchen is comfortable enough for cooking. Despite everything, the apartment is nice, but the price is quite high for the offer... We expected there to be a separate bedroom in the apartment and a stove (the stove was listed in the apartment amenities)...the price is too high for an overnight stay, for the apartment that is offered.

Communication with the host, check-in process, issue with the room not being cleaned at the time of arrival, issue with the delivery of keys, amenities not as listed (does not have oven nor fireplace), the place is somewhat oversold in the description, property safety.

• Kunal (8/5): Little High price as compared to facilities but location wise good - Location, convenience, apartment with basic facilities. For a small family, recommended this apartment with kitchen studio. There was toiletries, kitchen utensils, etc made stay comfortable. Communication for check in could be made easy so that travellers don't find problem who is not local. There is no reception. Some hanging clips required for winter coats. Curtains are not proper. If want to sleep till late, it is not covering whole window. No television.

• Rima (5/5): Average stay - Location. The property owner is highly non cooperative.. It does not have any wifi which caused a major problem for us. Even after repeatedly asking for it, the owner refused to provide. The check in time was 3pm.still the owner handed over the room at 4pm.I have been to many places in Europe but never had such a bad experience in any apartment.

• Deshmukh (9/5): Good stay, good location. Faced slight inconvenience but not that big of a deal :) - Good location and clean property. I had booked for 4 people. There was one double bed which was very comfortable, but another sofa-bed, for this half part was comfortable, but the other half was very uncomfortable, i did write to the property owner/ manager but no one came to take care of it, or simply provide an extra mattress.

Cleaniest was a bit of an issue, however the owner quickly rectified the issue. There was no TV and the room was a little basic, however a perfect apartment if you want a budget friendly apartment in an excellent location.

• Maria (3/5): Poor - 1st thing which was not acceptable - we didn't receive any check-in instructions before arrival, so I had to call by phone and ask the owner for them. The owner told that I need to find him on WhatsApp and send him the number of the reservation. After some time, he sent me the instructions, how to get to the property. When we got to the apartments, we fount out, that it was not the room, which we booked with a separate bedroom, but a small studio with a double bed a couch and a kitchen in one room. I called the owner back and he told me, that the bed in the room, which was booked by me was broken by previous guests, so he can only propose us to stay in this room and to move to the other one the next day. I didn't agree and had to find another place to stay urgently. The thing, which we have mentioned during our 20 minutes stay in the apartments - only 1 pc small dirty towel per person, uncomfortable couch, dirty floors, windows are towards the loud motorway

• Anane-ani (9/5): Superb - The apartment is in a quite quiet place. It's not next to the central sights, but not far either. The apartment is clean and tidy. Internet works well. The owner gives you detailed instructions and answers all questions in a timely manner. As I mentioned, the apartment is clean, but the bed covers could be whiter and smell better.
• Hayden (10/5): Exceptional - Great location was close to most of the attraction sites. 7 min walk and your there. Easy access has parking near that you could bargain with the price. The only disappointment was that there was no fan, ac or any kind of cooling system.

• Basilis (5/5): Passable - Goog location with tram, bus and metro stations close to apartment. We left our luggage until 13.30 to the apartment the check out day. It was very difficult to communicate with the owner about our check in. He didn't reply to e mail and messages we sent. We called him twice to inform us how we will get the keys. Only at the check out, sent us an e mail first thing in the morning to remind us that it is check out day. It was only 4 big towels in the apartment for 5 days. The hair dryer wasn't working.

• Nareerat (2/5): Our nightmare T T - Location is quite close to Florenc subway station, convenient to go to other places. Roomsize is quite large. Kitchenware is quite good. Cleanliness. We arrived almost midnight and found out that the toilet bowl and bathroom floor was very dirty. It looked like the toilet bowl was exploded. There is human's splash all over the bowl and bathroom floor. We texted to the owner but he was 100 km away from the apartment and will send the Cleaner next day. So we had no choice but to clean the bathroom by ourselves at midnight without proper cleaning tools. Anyway, the Cleaner did come next day. Also the facilities are under expectation. There are only hand soap and shampoo bottle in the bathroom with little of liquid left. I also informed the owner but the Cleaner didn't fill up the bottles. No floor mat in the bathroom. Towels are low quality, they left scrap after using. No hanging rack and no shelf to place things in the shower stall. The water heater in the quadruple room was not stable. It cut off after 2 people used it. I had to shower with very cold water during the 2nd night. Also there is no hair dryer in this room while the other room's hair dryer was broken. TV in the quadruple room was also broken. There is washing machine but no drying function and no rack or place to dry. So I didn't use it. The door of quadruple room requires some technic to open. We asked the owner but he couldn't help much since he was far away. My brother had to search the internet and luckily we found one clip showing the technic to open this kind of door.
• Eliezer (8/5): A great fix if you're in a jam - My flight was delayed and I was in a pinch - I had to find a place to stay in short notice. This place was just what I needed and at a reasonable price. Towels were small and lightweight but I assume that's to discourage people from stealing them...

Only this is good for the stay. Poor contact with owner. No info about keys left until we call owner. Bathroom door lock don’t work. Bedroom door don’t lock ether. Not wo good stay.

• Andrii (5/5): Passable - Good Location and comfortable kitchen. It was construction in front of a window and it was very noisy in the early morning. Also, there was no soap and shower gel. The towels were very small.

• David (5/5): Terrible communication and access instructions. - Excellent location, comfy beds, clean. Terrible communication. I was not given any instructions on how to access the apartment. I had to call three times, and they didn't speak English. We were stuck outside the apartment in a freezing blizzard at 9 pm at not being able to access the apartment. The original email they sent was flagged as spam and didn't look trustworthy. I still have no idea who owns the apartment. Until we had access I was half expecting it to be a scam.
• Devin (6/5): Pleasant - Room was clean and cozy 84 euro was too much for what breakfast was offered. A few more harty options be suggested.
• Yuan (8/5): Very good - Private and quiet, the amenities are fine , room is specious , cp high, maybe because relatively low season In oder to open the front door and apartment door made me kind of tense in the very early morning . Should advise the customer of details information and contact person .the tower for body drying is too small and should provide one napkin for facial drying too.
