• Carolina (7/5): Prático e funcional para uma estadia de praia em Marbella - O serviço de atendimento deste alojamento era extremamente eficaz e cordial. Foram extremamente prestáveis durante o processo de check-in e na ajuda para entrar no apartamento (que tivemos um pequeno percalço), mas também para tentar resolver os problemas da internet. A localização do apartamento era excelente. Situado numa zona calma ao lado da avenida principal, mas sem barulhos estranhos. Marbella não é muito grande, assim sendo faz-se bem a pé e dali chega-se rapidamente a qualquer lado. Há um supermercado grande praticamente do outro lado da avenida, o que é muito conveniente. Para quem quer ir até à praia pode contar com uma curta caminhada até ao passeio marítimo, mas também fica perto do centro histórico. Para além disso também existem muitíssimos restaurantes nas redondezas. As comodidades eram as esperadas e havia espaços de arrumação. A limpeza do apartamento deveria ser muito melhor. E o nosso edredão da cama estava sujo, até tinha pêlos e cabelos de hóspedes anteriores. Achamos que este aspecto tem de ser melhor cuidado e gerido. Existe um pequeno estendal e tivemos o azar de que uma peça de roupa voou e caiu num pátio inferior. Após quase duas horas e muito esforço nosso finalmente conseguimos recuperar o nosso item; todavia o atendimento não nos soube dizer a quem pertencia o pátio durante esse processo. Posteriormente e com o desenrolar da situação descobrimos que era do banco Santander, contudo devido a este incidente achamos que devia existir um aviso no apartamento a comunicar que o pátio inferior pertence a outro edifício o que o torna praticamente inacessível, e que não se responsabilizam pelos itens (o que é normal, mas achamos que devia ter esse disclaimer). O espaço é mais pequeno do que parece nas fotografias, mas em termos de comodidades corresponde ao esperado porque apresenta o que se vê nas fotografias. A internet/wi-fi tem falhas e é preciso reiniciar o router para as resolver; a televisão está conectada à internet então sofre das mesmas falhas.

• Julie (9/5): A perfect stay. Spotless, comfortable, and in the best location with a lovely, friendly host. - We had such a lovely stay! Antonio and his team were wonderful. They were friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. The apartment was spotless, really well equipped, and the bed was super comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better, everything was just a short walk away. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in Marbella! Nothing really, if I had to pick something it was the mattresses on the single beds were not as comfy as the king size bed but even so, they were not uncomfortable.
