Seulement 2 couteaux pour 4, pas d'essuis dans la cuisine ni dans la salle de bain. Pas de dessous de plat. 1 seul rouleau de papier toilette.... pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain.

• Konstantinos (4/5): Some good quality’s over ruled by bad accessibility bad decor choices and high price to quality ration. The place needs - The apartment was very clean and tidy, the landlady was friendly and very accommodating! The apartment had a nice view from the living room balcony. The beds were satisfactory and it had Ac on both rooms, the tv,s were Smart with the living room one with limited function. The space was bright and it was close to the city center with free parking a few meters from the property. The appliances were new and good quality and the kitchen was adequately equipped. Above all else the worst aspect was the accessibility without an elevator the apartment we were staying was on the second floor and for a family of 4 and my wife pregnant it was a hellish experience to traverse every day, the stairs were narrow, steep and a section were very tall and difficult to climb the front door was very narrow with one wrong step and you would fall down a flight of stairs. To enter the building you had to traverse a very narrow side walk with obstacles and the road beside it was a very nasty mud road with huge water puddles. Another huge negative was the bathroom it had NO glass or even a bathroom curtain to stop the water from flooding the floor. And to add to the misery it had no space to store our stuff we were forced to store them outside the bathroom. Even worse when you finish your bath as you head out to your right there is a large balcony door with NO curtain so you are visible from outside. When you enter the living room + kitchen area you would think the owner was in some kind of no furniture challenge it was the most empty space I have ever seen, it had an uncomfortable small couch and a small table and that’s it Also watch out if you’re 170 Cm and up, watch your head or you would crash into the freaking chandelier in the kitchen???? Weird decor choice just bizarre decisions all around and quite expensive for the city it’s at we paid a bit over 2000$ lev for about 11-12 days stay for the price I could stay in a luxury 5 star hotel overall would not recommend.

• Atchara (9/5): We purposely came for the Rose Picking Festival with lots of activities around this area, otherwise, Kazanluk itself ha - Everything is new. Comfortable stay. Situated on a high floor with no elevator, but we asked for help from the lady owner. The shower area has no curtain, so the whole bathroom is wet. A bit pricey for that weekend which happened to be the yearly Rose Picking Festival. Otherwise, the usual price is quite low (according to Booking.com) By the way, to communicate with the lady you need an app to translate.
